Little Lake Estates Reviews
Great place to live! Moved here after losing everything to Hurricane Katrina (Slidell). Was meant to be temporary till home prices went down. BUT once we were treated by management decided it was going to be GOOD! As time went on we decided the ceiling looks the same as our house! No crime, great neighbors & management can be related as good friends but caring like family!! WE FOUND THE PERFECT NEW HOME!!! clean, low price, pool, pond, crime free - management deals with problems moment they happen! If you have problem with lot - remember YOU chose it! Don’t complain!!
Jul 04, 2024 · Tammy SandersThis is a nice quiet community, with great management. The pool is a little small, but a nice place to relax and meet neighbors. They are close to a store and a VFW post that hosts events, cooking, and wedding receptions. You can also stop by and have a drink, with the home town veterans, and get the local scoops. LLE isn't city incorporated, city issues for Baker and Zachary aren't, on your ballot. School rezoning affects school age children, however there are affordable private schools across the area.
Feb 27, 2018 · Chris EdelenTrees need to be cut down. This place is beginning to look like a "trailer park". Loud "boom boom" noise. I like living here , but, this mobile home community needs a lot of work..
Mar 27, 2023 · Wanda HillLived here for 20 years and never had a problem. There is a stocked pond and a pool, convenient to Baker and Zachary right off Hwy. 19 and management is super nice.
Dec 24, 2016 · John LeeI drove through here looking to purchase a lot or even trailer w lot but after seeing the *pond* locks I'm sure to keep children out for safety which was good but a bit too closed off for me, place looked okay except for the few yards/lots (trash) I guess some like to live with junk in yards * not judging * just want to have nice clean neighbors that's a wrap on my review July 2014
