You can contact them at (469) 640-8381 or +1 469-640-8381 for inquiries and availability.
Based on the available online reviews, experiences at Little Ridge RV Estates appear to be somewhat polarized, with some residents expressing high satisfaction and others reporting significant concerns. It is important for prospective residents to consider both perspectives when evaluating this RV park.
One positive review from a former resident who lived at Little Ridge RV Estates for a year highlights several appealing features. They praised the private, fenced, and gated lots, which offer an added sense of security and privacy for residents. The presence of two laundry rooms was also noted as a significant convenience. Furthermore, the reviewer mentioned fast WiFi service and extremely responsive park hosts as key reasons for their positive experience, awarding the park a 5-star rating. They also described the neighbors as friendly and supportive, fostering a sense of community within the park.
Additional positive aspects mentioned in this review include the concrete pads at each site, which provide a stable and clean parking surface for RVs. The availability of storage sheds on the lots was also appreciated, offering residents extra space for belongings. For families with children, the presence of a small playground was noted as a valuable amenity. This reviewer concluded by stating that Little Ridge RV Estates is "one of the best RV parks in the area," indicating a high level of satisfaction with their living experience there.
In contrast, another review presents a considerably less favorable perspective of Little Ridge RV Estates. This reviewer described the park as "always loud," attributing the noise to vehicles frequently revving their engines when leaving. They also raised concerns about the safety and management of pets, specifically mentioning two white pit bulls that were "constantly getting out running around."
A significant point of criticism in this negative review was directed towards the park manager, identified as Candince, who was described as "completely rude." The reviewer alleged that the manager would "do absolutely nothing" to address resident issues. As an example of such issues, the reviewer mentioned a couple who frequently engaged in loud arguments, involving breaking glass and slamming doors, and implied that these disturbances were not being adequately addressed by the management.
This negative review concluded by labeling Little Ridge RV Estates as "absolutely the worst trailer park to be at," strongly advising against choosing it as a place to stay. The stark contrast between this review and the positive one suggests that the living experience at Little Ridge RV Estates can vary significantly, potentially depending on individual circumstances, lot location within the park, or interactions with management and other residents.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" and considering Little Ridge RV Estates, the information available indicates a community with some attractive features, such as private gated lots, concrete pads, storage sheds, laundry facilities, and potentially fast WiFi. The positive review suggests a well-maintained environment with responsive management and a friendly community atmosphere.
However, the negative review raises serious concerns about noise levels, pet control, and the responsiveness and demeanor of the park manager. These are crucial factors that prospective residents should consider, as they can significantly impact the quality of living within the park.
Given these conflicting accounts, it would be prudent for local users interested in Little Ridge RV Estates to conduct further due diligence. This could include visiting the park in person to assess the environment and noise levels, if possible. It might also be beneficial to try and speak with current residents to gain a broader understanding of the typical living experience at the park and to inquire about how management addresses resident concerns.
The mention of "trailer park" in the negative review, while the name is Little Ridge RV Estates, might indicate that the park accommodates a mix of RVs and mobile homes, or it could simply be a term used by the disgruntled reviewer. Clarification on the type of accommodations primarily offered could be helpful for prospective residents.
In conclusion, Little Ridge RV Estates in Nevada, TX, offers the appeal of private, fenced, and gated lots, along with amenities like laundry rooms, potential for fast WiFi, concrete pads, storage sheds, and a playground. A former resident praised the responsive management and friendly community. However, another review paints a contrasting picture, citing issues with noise, uncontrolled pets, and an unhelpful and rude manager. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" should carefully weigh these differing perspectives and conduct their own investigation to determine if Little Ridge RV Estates aligns with their individual needs and expectations for an RV living experience.

Lived here for a year and loved it. Private, fenced and gated lots and two laundry rooms, fast WiFi and extremely responsive park hosts is why I gave it 5 stars. Neighbors were friendly and looked out for one another.Loved the concrete pad and storage shed and small playground for the kiddos. One of the best RV parks in the area.
Mar 03, 2025 · Jeremy M (OldVWlvr)Always loud, cars will rev their vehicles every time they go to leave. 2 white pit bulls are constantly getting out running around. The manager named Candince is completely rude. Anytime you have an issue, she will do absolutely nothing to stop it. There's a couple that likes to fight constantly, breaking glass and slamming their doors. Absolutely the worst trailer park to be at.

May 26, 2024 · Suzanne GreshamWhat a great place, wish other RV parks would consider something like this. Wonderful when you have pets and they can be in a place without having to be on the leash at your site.
Sep 14, 2022 · Kat OldhamVery clean and quiet park. It has fenced rv parking with gates.
