Longs Mobile Home Court Introduce
Located at 26530 Plymouth Rd, Redford Township, MI 48239, USA, Longs Mobile Home Court is listed as a mobile home park. While the platform category is 'rv parks near me,' it is crucial to understand that based on the severely negative feedback from multiple individuals, this location appears to function as a long-term residential mobile home park with significant and alarming issues, rather than a typical RV park catering to short-term stays. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based solely on the information available from the provided online reviews, which paint a deeply concerning picture of the community.
The feedback regarding Longs Mobile Home Court is overwhelmingly negative and raises serious safety and management concerns. One former resident describes the conditions as so "horrible" that they feared for their own life while living there. This individual alleges that "trailers are sold illegally" within the park. Furthermore, this reviewer claims that "over half the park is on Crack," indicating a severe drug problem within the community. The ownership is also heavily criticized, with the former resident stating that the owner is "so far behind in taxes he's about to lose it" and that the owner "doesn't have an llc." Adding to the management issues, the reviewer states that the park has "no problems turning off someone's water and telling them." This individual claims to have been advised by a city official to move out "ASAP" due to the owner and reports having "ran out of there." The former resident also alleges that individuals claiming to own their trailers likely obtained them illegally from previous occupants and that mail is no longer being delivered to the park, requiring residents to pick it up at the post office. This individual also mentions considering legal action due to health problems allegedly acquired while living there but ultimately deciding it was "not worth it" and expressing relief at having left.
Adding to the severe concerns, a second individual, who does not even live at Longs Mobile Home Court, recounts a horrifying incident of being "mauled" by dogs while walking by the park with their girlfriend. This incident resulted in a three-day stay in the ICU, the loss of two fingers, and a broken arm for the reviewer. The reviewer states that their lawyer contacted and continuously attempted to serve legal documents but found "no management" present. This individual strongly criticizes the alleged allowance of an "unregistered" pit bull with "no shots" being kept on a lot with a "radius of 9 feet." The attack resulted in the reviewer losing their job and career, leading to a strong recommendation to "Stay away" from the park, which they describe as being populated by "Crack heads, bums and stray dogs." The reviewer also points out the disturbing proximity of a "childrens water park" not even a block away from these alleged dangerous conditions.
Based solely on these two reviews, Longs Mobile Home Court appears to be a community plagued by significant issues that severely impact the safety and well-being of individuals in and around the park. The allegations include illegal activities, dangerous conditions, and a complete lack of responsible management. Due to the extremely negative nature of this feedback, it is impossible to identify any positive aspects of the environment, services, or features of Longs Mobile Home Court based on the provided information. There is also no mention of any promotional information.
Key details that are severely lacking due to the overwhelming negativity include:
- Any description of the park's physical environment or upkeep.
- Information about any services or amenities offered to residents.
- Details regarding lot sizes, utility provisions, or community facilities.
- Any information about park rules, regulations, or management policies (beyond the alleged negligence).
- The presence or absence of on-site management or contact information for responsible parties (despite the provided phone numbers, the reviews suggest a lack of accessible or responsive management).
- Any indication of a sense of community or positive social environment.
- Any promotional offers or information for prospective residents (which would be highly improbable given the reported conditions).
Given the alarming nature of the provided reviews, any individual considering Longs Mobile Home Court, even in the context of its listing under 'rv parks near me' (which seems highly inappropriate based on the feedback), should exercise extreme caution. The information strongly suggests that this is not a safe or well-managed living environment.
Prospective individuals should be aware of the following critical concerns based on the reviews:
- Allegations of illegal activities, including the sale of trailers.
- Claims of widespread drug use within the park.
- Reports of a complete lack of responsive or responsible management.
- Incidents of dangerous animals, including a severe dog mauling resulting in serious injury.
- Concerns about basic services, such as mail delivery and consistent water supply.
- A general atmosphere described as unsafe and detrimental to well-being.
In conclusion, the available information paints a dire picture of Longs Mobile Home Court in Redford Township, MI. The reviews highlight severe safety concerns, allegations of illegal activity, and a complete lack of effective management. Based on this feedback, it is strongly recommended that individuals avoid this location. There is no information available regarding any positive aspects, services, features, or promotional offers. The inclusion of this mobile home park under the category of 'rv parks near me' is highly misleading given the serious and dangerous conditions described by former residents and visitors.

Longs Mobile Home Court Reviews
I used to live here. Trailers are sold illegally and so horrible. That you are afraid for your own life. Over half the park is on Crack. The person who owns this place is so far behind in taxes he's about to lose it. He doesn't have an llc. They have no problems turning off someone's water and telling them. I was advised to move out ASAP because of the owner by a city official. I ran out of there. If someone says they own there Trailer. They got it illegally from the person before. The mail is no longer being delivered there. You have to pick it up at the post office. I would sue over all the physical problems I acquired there with the health problems. But it's not worth it. I'm glad to be out of there.
Jun 08, 2024 · Jody StephensonI dont even live there and have lost 2 fingers due to people having there dogs out side. On string leashes. Last year me and my girlfriend were mauled. I was in ICU for 3 days, lost my fingers and broke me arm, My lawyer contact and continuously showed up to physically hand them legal documents, but theres no management. You should not be allowed to rye a pitbull unregistered with no shots , On a lot with a radius of 9 feet. I lost my job and career from just walking by that park. Stay away I recommend.. Crack heads, bums and stray dogs. Sad thing not even a block down there a childrens water park.
Jul 19, 2019 · Brandon YoungNo management, break ins, pit bulls running around attacking people. Lastly, gangs have moved/squatting in the empty mobile homes. No safety here whatsoever! If I could not give any stars I would! How about -5 stars!
