Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates Introduce
Welcome to Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates, located at 127 Mallard Pointe Rd, Drummonds, TN 38023, USA. Situated within the "RV parks near me" category, Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates offers a residential option for those seeking mobile home living and potentially RV accommodations in the Drummonds area. The available customer reviews present contrasting perspectives on the community, which should be carefully considered by prospective residents and visitors.
When searching for "RV parks near me" and evaluating mobile home communities, it's essential to consider feedback from current or former residents to gain insight into the environment, management, and overall living experience. The reviews for Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates offer a polarized view, with one long-term resident expressing general satisfaction while another details significant negative issues.
One reviewer states having lived at Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates for eight years as an "R/V parked" resident and indicates a generally positive experience, noting that "it has its ups and downs like anywhere else" but overall "i like it here just find." This suggests that some residents, particularly those in RVs, may find the community acceptable for their needs.
However, another reviewer provides a significantly more critical assessment of Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates. This individual raises several serious concerns regarding the park's environment and management. They describe the roads within the park as being "covered with pot holes," indicating potential issues with infrastructure maintenance and the overall appearance of the community.
Furthermore, this reviewer details unsanitary conditions around the dumpster area, stating that there is "trash all around it as well as a burn site for other items that won’t fit in the dumpster." This suggests potential problems with waste management and adherence to safety regulations.
A significant concern raised is the frequency of law enforcement involvement, with the reviewer claiming that "the cops are called every other week if not at least once a week." This indicates potential issues with safety and security within the community, which could be a major deterrent for prospective residents, especially families.
The reviewer also expresses dissatisfaction with the maintenance crew, asserting that they are "definitely not certified to be doing half the jobs they do" and that it may take "5-7 visits to fix one issue." This suggests potential problems with the quality and efficiency of maintenance services, which can significantly impact residents' quality of life. The need to "continuously notify the landlord (if he even answers / responds)" for repairs further highlights potential issues with communication and responsiveness from management.
In terms of the living conditions within the homes, the reviewer alleges that they are "infested with roaches" and that "mice/rats are bad in the winter months," indicating potential pest control issues. Additionally, they warn of "wasps surrounding every trailer" and the presence of snakes, raising concerns about the immediate living environment and potential safety hazards, particularly for children.
Based on these serious allegations, the reviewer strongly advises against living at Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates, especially for families with small children, and states that if a rating of 0/10 were possible, they would choose it. They suggest that while the park may be "cheap and easy to get in," there are significant underlying reasons for this.
Given these contrasting accounts, the environment at Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates appears to be a point of contention. While one long-term RV resident expresses general satisfaction, another provides a detailed list of negative aspects related to infrastructure, cleanliness, safety, maintenance, pest control, and management responsiveness.
The limited information does not provide a comprehensive list of services and features offered at Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates. Typically, mobile home and RV parks provide essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups. Based on the reviews, potential services and features may include:
- Roads within the community, although their condition is reportedly poor.
- A dumpster for waste disposal, although the area around it is described as unsanitary.
- Maintenance services, although their quality and efficiency are questioned.
- On-site management, although responsiveness is reportedly an issue.
The fact that one reviewer is "R/V parked" indicates that Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates does accommodate recreational vehicles, placing it within the "RV parks near me" category. However, details regarding the specific amenities and services available for RVers, such as the size and type of hookups, are not provided. The positive experience of the long-term RV resident suggests that the RV portion of the park may be managed or experienced differently than the mobile home areas.
The significant discrepancy between the two available reviews underscores the importance of exercising caution and conducting thorough due diligence before considering Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates as a place to live or park an RV. Potential residents should attempt to gather more information from various sources, if possible, and consider visiting the property to assess the conditions firsthand.
No specific promotional information is included in the provided data. It is unknown whether Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates offers any incentives for new residents or special rates for long-term stays. Interested parties would need to contact the management directly at (901) 837-8160 or +1 901-837-8160 to inquire about current availability, rental rates, and any potential special offers.
In conclusion, Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates in Drummonds, TN, presents a complex and potentially concerning picture based on the limited customer reviews. While one long-term RV resident reports a generally satisfactory experience, another provides a detailed account of significant negative issues related to infrastructure, sanitation, safety, maintenance, pest control, and management. Prospective residents and RVers should carefully weigh these contrasting experiences and conduct thorough further investigation, including direct contact with the management and potentially visiting the property, to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the community and determine if it meets their needs and expectations. The serious allegations raised in one of the reviews warrant particular attention and scrutiny.

Mallard Ridge Mobile Estates Reviews
Well I've been here 8 years and it has its ups and downs like anywhere else, IM R/V parked and i like it here just find
May 02, 2025 · DavidThe roads throughout the park are covered with pot holes. The dumpster in the back has trash all around it as well as a burn site for other items that won’t fit in the dumpster. The cops are called every other week if not at least once a week. The maintenance crew is definitely not certified to be doing half the jobs they do. It may take 5-7 visits to fix one issue. You’ll have to continuously notify the landlord (if he even answers / responds) in order to get something repaired. The homes are infested with roaches. Mice/rats are bad in the winter months. There is also wasps surrounding every trailer so be cautious when taking your children out to play. Watch for snakes too. If I could rate a 0/10 I would. Highly not recommended. Especially for families with small children. It may be cheap and easy to get in trailer park but there is a reason for it.
