Marshall's Crossing Reviews
Woke up at 2 AM in minus 3 degree weather and furnace had quit. Got under electric throw and waited till 6 to call maintenance. Within in two hours or less my furnace was fixed with a whole new blower assembly and working perfectly. Couldn't ask for better results than that. Donovan is a jewel of a maintenance guy. Thanks Marshalls Crossing!
Jan 15, 2024 · Dianne VanNorwickVery nice mobile home park. The one I stayed in was very spacious and they put in new carpets right before we moved in so it was nice and clean. Sometimes had to wait awhile for maitenance people to get there when we had an issue but they always fixed it right the first time. Only real downside is the dump across the street, wasnt terrible but deffinatly had the days where I just wanted to stay inside because of the smell.
Dec 26, 2018 · AquaJay 35I put a detachable shower head in one of my showers. A year later I began to notice mildew coming out between the shower and the bathroom sink wall. When I noticed it was a weekend and I notified maintenance and his response was it wasn't an emergency and to call the office on Monday. So I called the office and did a work order and still never had anyone come out until months later. When he came out he said that the leak was from the shower head that I had replaced because it was too heavy and it busted the pipe. Maintenance only replaced the pipe and shower head and the hole that he put in the wall in order to do so. After that they said it was my responsibility to have it fixed at my cost since it was my shower head that caused it. No one in the office is anywhere sympathetic for anyone going through problems especially financial problems due to Covid-19 in the year 2020. I have other issues in my home which takes forever to get maintenance out to fix all the the problems. I've lived here for at least three four years now and 2020 has definitely made me hate this place and want to move.
May 30, 2022 · Amanda MillerVisited a friend. The trailers were nice, but right across the street from a dump. I could smell the dump before we even got there, and it was a very cool day. Probably even worse when it's hot out.
Oct 27, 2018 · Rickie WoodringI've lived here for 10yrs now and the dump smell is not the main problem the dump gets higher every year and cell signal gets worse ever year I'm down to 1 bar now I'm sure this is the last year I will be able to make calls I have Verizon if u have a smaller company service like t-mobile like my mother-in-law or my neighbor texts only for u.now the service for the pool and club house or just trying to get things fixed here is horrendous flashing was ripped off my roof took me 4yrs to get them to fix it and that's just one example and they keep raising the rent every year for the last five years rent goes up and quality goes down seems to be a growing trend around here and to top it all off the quality of people moving in here is getting bad we even have a local drug dealer now!! Convenient right!?!? Also the pool and club house is now closing 20mins to 30mins early now because we have a lazy p.o.s. working nights now we had a great woman working the pool the last couple of years but management wouldn't give her a raise so she left. The traffic in here the speed limit is 15mph but everyone drives 30 to 40mph sometimes faster! It's a simple fix with speed bumps but there too lazy to do anything about it so that's some thing to think about if u r considering living here trust me the smell will be the least of your concerns
