You can reach them at (989) 624-9029 or +1 989-624-9029 for inquiries. Based on the available reviews, Pine Ridge RV Campground offers a blend of appealing natural beauty and amenities, alongside some concerns regarding its management.
One recurring theme in the feedback is the aesthetic appeal of Pine Ridge RV Campground. One reviewer described it as "such a beautiful campground," indicating that the natural environment and the grounds themselves are well-regarded. Another reviewer who stayed seasonally also mentioned that they "love the location, grounds & amenities," reinforcing the positive aspects of the physical setting of the RV park. For those searching for "RV parks near me" where the beauty of the surroundings is a priority, Pine Ridge RV Campground seems to deliver.
In terms of amenities, the second reviewer noted their satisfaction, although specific amenities were not detailed. However, the fact that they enjoyed the atmosphere as seasonal campers suggests that the park offers facilities and a community feel conducive to a comfortable and enjoyable stay, whether short-term or longer. They also mentioned courteous and professional staff, which is a significant aspect of the overall experience at any RV park.
The seasonal camper also highlighted the positive social aspects of staying at Pine Ridge RV Campground, mentioning meeting new neighbors and celebrating local festivities. This paints a picture of a welcoming community atmosphere, which can be a major draw for those looking for more than just a place to park their RV when searching for "RV parks near me." They also specifically praised Norm, the owner, as being a "most gracious host," which speaks highly of the personal touch and hospitality offered.
However, not all feedback was entirely positive. The first reviewer, a long-term visitor of over 25 years, expressed significant dissatisfaction with the management team. Their grievances included the inability to make reservations more than 30 days in advance and alleged arguments with campers about "added costs." This negative experience led them to decide to no longer visit Pine Ridge RV Campground, despite acknowledging its beauty. This feedback indicates potential issues with the park's policies and customer service aspects of the management.
The seasonal camper mentioned that the park was closing for the season at the time of their review, which suggests that Pine Ridge RV Campground might operate on a seasonal basis. This is important information for potential visitors to note when planning their trips and searching for "RV parks near me" that are open during their desired travel dates.
Considering these points, Pine Ridge RV Campground appears to be an RV park with attractive physical grounds and amenities, fostering a positive community atmosphere, and having courteous staff, including a well-regarded owner. However, there are concerns raised about the management's reservation policies and potential disputes over costs, which prospective visitors should be aware of.

If the aesthetic appeal and a friendly atmosphere are high on your list, this park could be a good fit. However, it would be prudent to inquire about their reservation policies and any potential additional costs upfront to avoid the issues encountered by the long-term visitor.

Speaking with the management can help clarify any concerns raised in the reviews and provide a better understanding of what to expect during a stay.

Pine Ridge RV Campground Reviews
Such a beautiful campground. But it has the worst management team ever. From not being able make a reservation more than 30 days out to arguing with campers about " added costs". After over 25 years if bi-annual visits, ( spring and fall) I give up. Pity really. But life goes on and I will gladly spend my money somewhere else.
Apr 27, 2025 · Steven KaczorowskiWe love the location, grounds & amenities. Staff are always courteous & professional. My wife and I were seasonal this past year and enjoyed the atmosphere. They're closing for the season this week, so we're packing up for now. I'm going to miss this place & the people. It was a great experience meeting new neighbors and celebrating the local festivities. Norm, the owner, has been the most gracious host! My best regards.
Oct 26, 2024 · Sergio ReyesLoved the campgrounds themselves. No wifi, pool, etc is actually a plus as I’m used to boondocking/tent camping. Overpriced for what it is though, not to mention pay to shower, and $8 PER PERSON if any family in the area wants to stop by for lunch or something… The only staff member that was nice to interact with was the older gentleman in the office, everyone else seemed to hate their jobs. Everything was fine the first few days, then we left and came back after a couple days after having had to take care of something out of state. Hooked the camper up, and no water. We eventually got enough to get a trickle out of the faucets, and after a lot of messing with it, got somewhat of a flow. Still not enough pressure to even wash your hands. First guy that came out to look at it treated me like I was stupid (I can go over my background if you want…) and said it’s my trailer is the issue. Went back through everything and double checked/replaced strainers and filters, still nothing. Went out and bought a pressure gauge and hooked to the spigot (that was spewing water btw…) Lo and behold, low water pressure, and would bottom out as soon as a faucet in the camper was opened, and flow would drastically drop after 2 seconds. Next guy that came out again tried to blame my trailer also, until I showed him the gauge. Then it was “it’s city water. Not my problem, I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Campground would be perfect if the staff was actually friendly and helpful. Looks like I’ll be slowly filling my fresh tank with the abysmal pressure for the rest of the time here so I don’t burn out my water heater.
Oct 23, 2024 · 79 FirdBeing an older campground it has a nice secluded feel to it with all of the trees. The bathhouse is nice but could use a paint job in the showers and also the showers are pay, a quarter will get you 4 minutes. We were on #173 which did well in the rain we got. As for the cell service, being a Verizon customer I had 2 to 3 bars of 5G. The OTA TV channels were good till it rained. With all being said, we'll be back not sure when but we'll be back.
Aug 07, 2024 · BillyWe stayed July 4-6 2024 and this is a old school family campground just as I remember as a kid. The service was friendly and efficient and seemed fairly clean although showing its age. 50/30/20/15 amp service and water with sewer at ever site and conveniently located in the middle of the sights reachable without extensions. The site was fairly level. The only thing that could be improved is the height of the sewer compared to most trailers once part was a bit out of level. It was quiet with old growth trees for good shade and felt secluded although just minutes from Frankenmuth. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations.
