When evaluating potential living arrangements, it's crucial to gather information from various sources. While basic details like location and contact information are readily available, insights from individuals who have experienced the community firsthand can provide a more comprehensive understanding. Publicly available online reviews offer some perspectives on life at Woodvalley Mobile Home Park, which should be taken into account when making your assessment.
One recent visitor shared observations indicating a potential decline in the park's upkeep. The review mentions issues such as overflowing trash receptacles, requiring a resident to keep trash on their porch for several days. This raises concerns about waste management and the overall cleanliness of the community areas. The reviewer also noted the presence of significant potholes in the roads within the park, which reportedly caused difficulties for a resident with mobility issues. This suggests potential challenges with infrastructure maintenance and accessibility, particularly for individuals with disabilities.
The same review also recounted witnessing a verbal altercation between an adult and a child regarding trash disposal. While acknowledging that the child was reportedly disrespectful, the reviewer expressed concern about the manner in which the adult addressed the situation. This incident might suggest potential issues with community interactions or the handling of minor disputes within the park.
Another piece of feedback from someone trying to assist family members residing in the park specifically highlights the problem of "MAJOR pot holes" located in front of their trailer. The reviewer indicated attempts to contact management regarding this issue and expressed an intention to involve local housing inspectors if the problem was not addressed. This further underscores the concerns about road maintenance and management responsiveness to resident needs.
The historical context provided by one reviewer, recalling road maintenance occurring infrequently in the past, might suggest a long-standing pattern of infrastructure upkeep challenges. The observation of weeds growing through a driveway also points towards potential neglect in maintaining individual property appearances.
Based on these publicly available reviews, prospective residents considering Woodvalley Mobile Home Park should be aware of potential challenges related to park maintenance, including waste management and road conditions. Accessibility for individuals with disabilities may also be a significant consideration due to the reported potholes. Furthermore, the observed interactions between residents and the alleged lack of management responsiveness to infrastructure issues could be factors influencing the overall living experience.
For individuals actively searching for "RV parks near me" or evaluating mobile home park options in the Tuscola area, it is strongly recommended to conduct thorough personal investigation into Woodvalley Mobile Home Park. This should involve direct communication with the park management to inquire about current maintenance schedules, waste disposal procedures, road repair plans, and community guidelines. Visiting the property in person to assess the current conditions of the roads, common areas, and available mobile home lots or units, if possible, would also be a valuable step in the decision-making process.
Given the concerns raised in the online reviews, it would be prudent for potential residents to ask specific questions about how the management addresses maintenance requests, ensures the upkeep of infrastructure like roads and waste disposal systems, and fosters a positive community environment. Understanding the park's policies regarding these aspects will be crucial in determining if Woodvalley Mobile Home Park aligns with individual needs and expectations for long-term living.
In conclusion, Woodvalley Mobile Home Park in Tuscola, MI, presents itself as a residential option. However, publicly available reviews highlight potential issues concerning park maintenance, road conditions, waste management, and management responsiveness. Individuals considering this mobile home park should conduct comprehensive research and a site visit to gain a clearer understanding of the current living conditions and services provided before making a commitment.

Woodvalley Mobile Home Park Reviews
Came to visit my grandfather the other day. First time back in years (he usually comes to my house) and it’s really went down hill. I could always call this place home. But it’s gotten real ugly. When I visited trash was over flowed and my grandfather had to hold his trash on his porch. He’s old and stable but he cannot be lugging around and waiting 4 days to take his trash. I’ve started speaking to case managers to get him moved out. IF you have family of disabilities I do not recommend. Even the roads are full of pot holes. And it causes him trouble driving due to a back rod. Also i witnessed a rather large and aggressive man yelling at a kid about trash? The kid was disrespectful as well (after they had gotten yelled at which caused us to look out windows) but should not have been spoken to the way we heard from INSIDE my grandfathers home. Again this has been my first time back in a very long time so hopefully it is usually much better, but I do not like how it has turned. When I was a kid I remember having to wait a 1 whole day every other summer so that they could re-tar the roads. I drive a motor bike and I had to walk my girl through some of those pot holes. I can find weeds starting to grow through my grandfathers driveway. Honestly from my few hours of visiting I found a lot to talk about. Is someone running this place still?
Mar 05, 2025 · Raymon GarcI tried contacting management for my family that lives here to try to get the MAJOR pot holes in front of their trailer. Pls respond to my texts and/or otherwise wise I will be reaching out to local housing inspectors as suggested by my lawyer.
Mar 06, 2025 · Edward HallWe installed gutters and leaf guards on one of the homes , everyone was very nice to us at Star Improvements
Feb 03, 2021 · Shawn YorkI have lived here nearly 12 years. The wide lots and having a massive tree in each lot makes you feel as if you live more in a country setting. The residents are pleasant. Management keeps issues to a minimum
May 11, 2023 · Tim HutchisonMy grandma lives here she's asked the park manager to cut a branch down so it don't destroy her home and he refuses to do anything about it. Not to long ago he cut a branch on a neighbor tree because it feel on her gutters then he denied the incident ever happened. He won't give out the owners phone number or email. We have asked him many times to fix some things that are not her responsibility and he ignores every request. If the owner reads this please get in contact with me
