Flushing Estates MHC can be contacted at (810) 652-5220 or +1 810-652-5220 for inquiries about residency and availability. This established community offers a distinct lifestyle compared to typical short-term RV parks, focusing on fostering a sense of belonging and providing essential services for its residents.
Environment and Community:
Based on available information, Flushing Estates MHC aims to cultivate a community atmosphere. While specific details about landscaping and common areas are limited, the mention of a "play escape" in a customer review suggests that the park provides recreational facilities for children, indicating a family-friendly environment. This feature distinguishes it from many basic RV parks and highlights a focus on the needs of families looking for a more permanent setting.
The park's location in Flushing, Michigan, offers residents access to the local amenities and services of the town. Flushing is known for its welcoming atmosphere and proximity to natural attractions, potentially offering a peaceful and convenient living environment for those who choose Flushing Estates MHC as their long-term residence.
Services and Amenities:
While comprehensive details about all services and amenities are not explicitly available, the reference to a "maintenance staff" in a review is a significant positive aspect. On-site maintenance ensures that residents have access to support for upkeep and potential issues within the community, a valuable service that contributes to a comfortable living experience. This level of service is often more extensive than what is typically offered at transient RV parks.
The process described by one resident regarding approval and closing within a short timeframe suggests an efficient and helpful management team, at least in some instances. This efficiency can be particularly appealing to individuals or families needing to settle into a new living situation quickly.
Features and Residential Living:
Flushing Estates MHC primarily caters to manufactured homes, offering a more permanent and often more spacious living arrangement compared to traditional RVs. The positive review mentioning the ability to bring in a specific type of Clayton home, identical to one desired elsewhere at a significantly lower cost, underscores the potential for residents to establish comfortable and personalized living spaces within the community.
The emphasis on following park rules, as highlighted by a satisfied resident, suggests that Flushing Estates MHC maintains standards to ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents. This structured approach can be beneficial for those seeking a stable and predictable community setting.
Important Considerations and Potential Drawbacks:
It is important to acknowledge the concerns raised in one of the provided reviews. Issues regarding price, management, communication, and inconsistent standards for tenants are significant points that prospective residents should consider and investigate further. The reported bug infestation at the front of the park is also a serious concern that warrants attention.
These negative comments highlight the importance of prospective residents conducting thorough due diligence, including visiting the park, speaking with current residents (if possible), and clarifying all terms and conditions with the management before making a decision.
Promotional Information and Call to Action:
While direct promotional offers are not available in the provided information, Flushing Estates MHC offers a unique residential living experience in the Flushing area for those seeking a long-term alternative to traditional RV parks. The potential for quick approval, the presence of maintenance staff, and the family-friendly aspect with a play escape are attractive features.
If you are looking for "RV parks near me" with a focus on community, stability, and the opportunity to establish a long-term residence in a manufactured home, Flushing Estates MHC may be worth exploring. We encourage you to contact them directly at (810) 652-5220 or +1 810-652-5220 to inquire about current availability, pricing, and to address any concerns you may have based on the resident reviews. Flushing Estates MHC Reviews
The play escape and maintenance staff are the only good thing about this place. Price, management, and communication are trash. There are inconsistent standards for tenants. Tenants told me there was a bug infestation at the front of the park.
Oct 10, 2024 · Amaya DarkloreWe have been here for 6 months now. Criquette and Debbie got us approved and closed in less than 10 days. Our original park would not let us bring the Clayton we had selected into there park. Ordering thru them added over 60 thousand to the final price. We were in a Hotel at that point for 4 weeks. The unit we have here is identical to the one we wanted. In the process of signing papers Criquette explained the rules as per the lease. We were happy and are still happy. I am so tired of all the negative reviews Criquette and Debbie have posted against them. They both go out of there way to help. Simple follow the RULES and you'll not have a problem. Jan 15, 2025 · Antoinette AwadMy dad moved out November first. He let the front office staff know the first of October that it would be his last month there. Now it’s December 6th and he still has yet to receive his deposit back. Per Michigan law 554.610 he should have received it back in full since they haven’t sent him a notice of damages within the 30 days they are allowed by the state. Know your rights. Don’t let rental companies walk all over you. They have failed to reach back out to him the last two weeks he has called about it. Making them not in compliance with any of the things they hold themselves standards to. Do better Cambio Communities.
Dec 06, 2024 · Kristajeann MoreyI cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for all the help from the park manager Criquette Hurd. She was absolutely outstanding in getting me into my home in a timely manner. Her communication was very transparent and honest the entire time. On behalf of me and my family knowing she is at the front office running the park makes us feel safe, secure, and appreciated. She deserves all the recognition! Thank you so much for making this a easy transition for us all.
Nov 05, 2024 · Aleshia CainPoor management... They don't plow their roads. They don't supply a shed, but fee you if your mower isn't in a shed, when you build a shed it's theirs. Same with sliding glass doors, sliding patio doors have no stairs or porch/deck and when you build one it's theirs. They supply 1 car driveways, but tow your vehicle if you park on the grass. They will keep your security deposit 100% of the time. We had to literally sue them to get our security deposit back. For $1,300 per month it should be managed much better...Update: Surprise surprise. They still didn't refund our security deposit after the civil judgement, within the 21 day requirement... I dont let stuff go, so for a measly $1,155 I'm required to get a court ordered seizure of property to get my security deposit back! What a group of clowns these people are.
