Or perhaps you're looking for a welcoming and established mobile home community to call home? You can reach them at (580) 226-0506 or +1 580-226-0506 for inquiries.
Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park aims to provide a community atmosphere for its residents, whether they are in mobile homes or utilizing the RV sites. While specific details about the park's amenities and environment are best confirmed directly with the management, online presence and reviews offer some insights into what you might expect. It's important to approach these insights with a balanced perspective, considering all available information.
Based on available information, the park appears to have undergone some positive developments, particularly concerning the management and community spaces. One long-term resident of 14 years expressed strong appreciation for the current manager, Gail, highlighting her hard work and positive impact on the community. This resident specifically mentioned the rebuilding of the playground, suggesting an effort to enhance the living environment for families with children. This positive feedback indicates a potentially improving or already pleasant community atmosphere under dedicated management.
However, it's crucial to also consider other feedback. One recent resident shared a less favorable experience regarding the condition of a specific unit upon move-in and the subsequent maintenance response. This review detailed issues such as pre-existing damage, delayed repairs to essential appliances like the oven and dishwasher, and prolonged inaction regarding structural concerns like missing side paneling. The review also mentioned challenges with the air conditioning and the resulting high electricity bills, ultimately leading to the resident breaking their lease. This perspective highlights the importance of thoroughly inspecting any potential unit and clarifying maintenance procedures and response times with the management before committing.
It's worth noting the stark contrast between these two reviews. The positive review emphasizes community improvements and management dedication, while the negative review focuses on individual unit conditions and maintenance responsiveness. This suggests that experiences at Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park may vary, potentially depending on the specific unit or RV site, and the timing of residency.
For those specifically searching for "RV parks near me," Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park could offer long-term site options. While the reviews don't explicitly detail the RV-specific amenities, the presence of RV sites suggests the availability of necessary hookups. If you are considering Meadowbrook for your RV, it would be prudent to inquire about the specifics of the RV sites, including:
- Availability of full hookups (water, sewer, electricity)
- Amp service provided
- Condition and size of the sites
- Any specific amenities for RV residents (e.g., laundry facilities, restrooms, showers)
- Pet policies for RV residents
- Rates for daily, weekly, or monthly stays
Similarly, for those interested in mobile homes for rent or purchase within the park, it's essential to gather detailed information about:
- Availability of mobile home units
- Lease terms and conditions
- The condition of the specific unit you are considering
- Maintenance responsibilities of the tenant and the park management
- Park rules and regulations
- Lot fees and any additional charges
Given the mixed feedback, prospective residents, whether for RV stays or mobile home living, should proactively engage with the management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current conditions and policies. It would be beneficial to request a tour of the park and any available units or RV sites to assess their condition firsthand. Asking detailed questions about maintenance procedures, response times, and any ongoing improvements would also be advisable.
Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park's location in Ardmore, Oklahoma, provides access to local amenities and services within the city. Ardmore offers a range of shopping, dining, and recreational opportunities. Its location in southern Oklahoma also provides proximity to natural attractions and outdoor activities.
In conclusion, Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park presents itself as a community catering to both mobile home residents and RVers in Ardmore, OK. While there are indications of positive management and community development, potential residents should be diligent in their research and due diligence. Visiting the park, inspecting available sites or units, and having open communication with the management are crucial steps to ensure it meets your individual needs and expectations when searching for "RV parks near me" or a long-term mobile home living situation.

Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park Reviews
I moved into unit 5 last year. Gail was extremely helpful in getting me in there cause I was going through a divorce.First the condition of the unit on move in: Terrible, nails, and two sided tape all over the walls, patches of carpet missing, found old food left in shelves. simple fixed stuff myself ($3 can of white base rustoleum from walmart to clean and fix the vent hood over the oven. side paneling along the trailer was broke and missing all around trailer.Affter move in:1 month, oven went out and broke, was told its just the pilot light and was never fixed.Dishwasher: took a month to come in and had to install it myselfside paneling: I recieved a letter one day from the city of ardmore about the issue saying it needed to be fixed, when I gave the letter to Gail, she simply said, "i know" to the date, it still hasn't been fixed, which is upsurd cause in thier leasing contract it states to let them know about side paneling to help reduce heating cost.AC, AC went out one evening, i opened the box and cleaned out the paneling myself, diaagnosed the problem and called gail with the information that morning. It took almost 6 weeks for anything to be done about the problem. The solution, I was given a small window unit, which I also had to install myself. Collectively after that, I would come home and it would be usually over 85 degrees in my unit everyday and wouldn't begin to cool off until after sun set. Ultimatly I was told, it is what it is.Meanwhile I occured a HUGE electric bill as the malfuctioned AC attenpted to work running me in the poor house. I made it throught the winter but as soon as the tempature started rising I petitioned for the AC again with no help.Eventually I felt like the living conditions were unlivable in the current state and broke my lease. I wasn't going to comment until I noticed that they have since than moved someone into unit five. The unit side paneling still hasn't been fixed to date and they solved the AC problem by adding another window unit (why couldn't I get that).Upsetting is I left that place in better condition than move in and i still havne't recieved word about my deposit and doubt I will.See pictures attached.

Oct 11, 2024 · Amanda BlackMangers is to the point kind of person. I have Lived here for almost a year. The place is clean and have had no problems with anything. Trailers are old and need some updating but over all nice place to live.
Feb 05, 2024 · David ShannonThis was once a good place to live. Those days are over. It’s a dump. A ghetto. A trailer park in every sense of the word. And as if that weren’t enough, the property manager is a rude, abrasive, loud mouthed bully. Keep looking, you don’t want to live here.
May 16, 2023 · Kimberly BaileyIt's a quiet mobile home park. Not a bad place to live. It's in Plainview School District which is a very good school! I wish they accepted housing assistance out here tho because it would make it a lot more accessible to people and open up another place in Ardmore for people, such as single moms, to live.
