Sep 03, 2024 · Denise WeldenWe sold our house and moved here to Millen RV Park Campground while waiting for our next adventure. We have been here for aprox one year! Pattie manages this place and is absolutely wonderful day in and day out! She keeps the campground tidy and is very friendly and helpful. Here with two kids, never a safety problem. This place is located right outside of town, hidden in the woods. Located next to Recreation department. Has playground, track, basketball and tennis court. In town, I suggest Downtown Cafe and Rounds Seafood for lunch and dinner. Cute boutiques in town for coffee and clothing. Multiple Churches that are inviting. River boatramp is just down the road. Very convenient place. Grocery and dollar stores are just minutes away. Magnolia Springs State Park is on opposite side of town , great escape. Millen coin laundry is in town its convenient. Cost of electric and rental wont hurt your pocket! You won't be disappointed if you make this home, a pit stop for hunting or exploring, location to stay for work or a temporary home like we did!
Nov 13, 2023 · Christian SumnerPatti Allen is the park manager and she is AWESOME! She is extremely friendly and helpful! My husband and I just bought our camper and we couldn’t figure out how to water from the kitchen sink. Patti sent her son to help us. To me that goes a long way when you are away from home! My husband and I stayed for 3 months and we truly enjoyed the peace and quiet that surrounded us. I was able to order items from Amazon and Patti would always deliver my packages. My husband and I will definitely return to this RV because of the great atmosphere and wonderful people!
