Situated conveniently along Highway 99 and in close proximity to the renowned Woodbridge vineyards, this location offers a blend of natural scenery and access to local attractions.
Environment and Atmosphere (Based on Reviews):
One reviewer enthusiastically describes Mokelumne Beach RV Park as a place that facilitates the desire to live amidst nature's beauty, under the sun and moon. The park's location alongside a flowing river is highlighted as a significant environmental advantage, contributing to a controlled temperature and providing a beautiful upfront view for visitors. The presence of "Greenery and the water surrounding" further enhances the natural appeal of the park, suggesting a potentially lush and scenic environment that allows guests to immerse themselves in the countryside of California.
The proximity to the Woodbridge vineyards is also noted as a key feature, positioning the RV park as an ideal base for those interested in exploring the local wine region. The reviewer suggests that it's a "must try this location if you have RV and wanted the explore countryside of California with Wine and dine ofcourse at a stone throwing distance," painting a picture of a relaxing stay combined with opportunities for local culinary and viticultural experiences.
However, a contrasting review introduces a significant concern regarding the park's current state of maintenance and management responsiveness. According to "the people living there," the new owner reportedly "doesn't care about the maintenance there and doesn't respond to their calls." This feedback suggests a potential disconnect between the appealing natural environment and the upkeep of the park's facilities and infrastructure. It also raises concerns about the level of service and support that long-term residents and short-term visitors might expect from the ownership.
Services and Features (Based on Reviews):
While the first review emphasizes the park's convenient location and natural surroundings, it does not provide specific details about the services and features offered at Mokelumne Beach RV Park. Typically, RV parks offer a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests. These may include:
- RV Hookups: Including water, sewer, and electrical connections.
- Restroom and Shower Facilities: For the convenience of campers.
- Laundry Facilities: Allowing guests to take care of their laundry needs.
- Potentially Wi-Fi Access: Providing internet connectivity.
- Common Areas: Such as picnic tables or communal gathering spaces.
- Waste Disposal Services: For proper sanitation.
Given the mention of long-term residents in the second review, it can be inferred that Mokelumne Beach RV Park likely caters to both short-term and potentially longer-term stays, suggesting the presence of necessary infrastructure for RV living. However, the lack of positive mentions regarding current maintenance and management responsiveness raises concerns about the quality and upkeep of these services and features.
Promotional Information and Why Choose Mokelumne Beach RV Park (Based on Reviews):
Mokelumne Beach RV Park offers a potentially attractive location for RV enthusiasts looking to explore the countryside of California, particularly the Woodbridge wine region. The park's proximity to vineyards, combined with the scenic environment featuring a flowing river and lush greenery, could be a significant draw for those seeking a nature-oriented experience with convenient access to local attractions.
Potential positive aspects, based on the first review, include:

- Proximity to Woodbridge Wineries: Ideal for wine enthusiasts looking to explore the region.
- Convenient Highway Access: Located along Highway 99, making it easily accessible.
- Opportunity to Experience Nature: Embrace the RV lifestyle amidst California's natural beauty.
However, these potential benefits must be carefully weighed against the serious concern raised in the second review regarding the new owner's alleged lack of attention to maintenance and communication. This negative feedback could significantly impact the overall guest experience and the long-term viability of the park as a desirable destination.
Conclusion Based on Available Information:
Mokelumne Beach RV Park offers a promising location with natural beauty and proximity to the Woodbridge wine region, which could appeal to those seeking "RV parks near me" with a focus on countryside exploration and local attractions. The scenic environment, with its riverfront setting and greenery, is a notable advantage highlighted by one reviewer.
However, the serious allegations from residents regarding the new owner's neglect of maintenance and lack of responsiveness are significant red flags. These concerns could detract from the positive aspects of the location and potentially lead to a negative experience for both short-term visitors and long-term residents. Prospective guests should be aware of this recent feedback and consider it carefully when making their decision.
Given the conflicting information, individuals interested in staying at Mokelumne Beach RV Park may want to seek more recent reviews or try to contact the park directly to inquire about the current state of maintenance and management practices. It is crucial to have a comprehensive understanding of the current conditions before making a reservation.
For those primarily seeking a well-maintained and responsive RV park, the recent negative feedback regarding Mokelumne Beach RV Park warrants caution. While the location offers undeniable appeal, the quality of the experience may be compromised if the reported maintenance and management issues persist.

Mar 15, 2019 · Tracy CrawfordBetter have a lot of money 1,000 a month and a 1,200 deposit and when you leave don't think you are going to get that back. And the electric bill will take the rest of it.And you will need cash to move in, and if their is money coming back from the deposit, it will be in a check, you might get it in 2 weeks.I would not recommend this place to no one.
