It's a nice community with friendly citizens. Except for one that I was supposed to pick up an item from Facebook marketplace. She gave instructions that led to a cornfield at the southwest end of the trailer park where there's nothing but a pile of gravel and a storage shack and no home. It seemed pretty sketchy, but I had my bat. After a while, I left. Only when I arrived home (back in Illinois) did she then give her actual trailer number, which was nowhere near where she sent me. Never again unless we meet in a public place.

This is uncalled for and when you tell them not to they say u don't own the lot or the drive..... don't Move here u will regret it.. update: we got some new workers here and the girl seems pretty nice. This is how it should be u should be happy where u live not harassed weekly n bullied like the last manager n her husband was.

And to top it off if the owners do something to cause harm to your personal property they tell you they own it who cares this place is one step away from completely run down!!
