Jan 13, 2025 · Kirstie DavenportThis place has changed a lot since Micheal the new management guy came in... I'm very impressed with the changes I see from doing work and driving passed this everyday! Whoever you guys have running it, I hope you are taking care of them because clients I do work for in that park are very happy as well and happy with the way stuff is being handled. That used to be way different! Good to see positive change in my city!
Mar 24, 2024 · The RiotI came across this place looking for a place to live. currently they are fully occupied, but i have been working with the community manager there, and he is very easy to work with. Always answers his calls and has been very courteous and helpful in every way. Says there will hopefully be a completely remodeled trailer.
Jan 04, 2024 · joey paviaI recently inquired about a home here, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. The community is friendly, the amenities are well-maintained, and the management is responsive. I appreciate the sense of security and the overall peaceful atmosphere.
Dec 29, 2023 · Daniel HartleyThe park itself isn't bad and the office lady is a sweetheart. Some neighbors were really sweet and others... meh🤷♀️.All in all it's a good place. I would suggest they be a little more strict on that background check, though.
