This is the WORST place to live. Do Not Buy a Home here!🗣 Dont bother calling for help even the emergency line. You better have connections or know how. All they care about is fixing and selling sub par mh. The maintenance is a joke. Barely see them around only to shovel, clear leaves and tear down old homes that are eye sores. Secretary always means to call but DEFINITELY calls if its for the rent. Compare it to any nicer park in town or in Rockford. Sure you pay double in lot rent but you see the difference as soon as you drive in. Its managed correctly!! Neighbors are probably nicer too! - R P
