Mountain View Trailer Park Introduce
Mountain View Trailer Park, located at 5118 Jordan Valley Rd, Trinity, NC 27370, USA, is presented as a trailer park that might offer accommodations for recreational vehicles for individuals searching within the category of RV Parks Near Me. While traditionally serving as a community for mobile homes, some trailer parks also provide sites for RVs, catering to both transient and potentially longer-term stays. For those seeking RV Parks Near Me in the Trinity, North Carolina area, Mountain View Trailer Park is a listed option; however, it is critical to thoroughly examine the recent feedback from individuals who have resided in or experienced this property.
Recent customer reviews available online paint a concerning picture of the environment and conditions at Mountain View Trailer Park. One reviewer described it plainly as "a trailer park" and elaborated on several negative aspects, including "noisy cars, noisy neighbors and drug addicts to boot." This individual suggested that those seeking a stereotypical negative "trailer park experience" would find it at this location. Furthermore, they alleged that the "Landlord doesn’t do proper upkeep for tenants either," indicating potential issues with maintenance and the overall condition of the property.
Another, more detailed review corroborated and expanded on these negative observations. This reviewer initially focused on traffic safety concerns within and around the park, stating that many residents in a particular section needed to improve their driving skills and understanding of traffic laws. Specific issues mentioned included failure to stop at a stop sign and dangerous maneuvers when turning onto Jordan Valley Rd. The reviewer claimed to have nearly been hit numerous times by speeding residents over the past year. Beyond traffic concerns, this individual also alleged a significant police presence ("Cops are in and out of there all the times for something or another"), a neglectful maintenance person ("the maintenance guy, creepy as he may be doesn't take care of anything"), and an indifferent new ownership ("the new owners doesn't care how much trouble the people in there cause as long as they pay their rent"). The reviewer concluded by stating that the park was "becoming a nuisance more than the last owner ever dared."
Given these overwhelmingly negative recent reviews, it is impossible to provide a positive or even neutral description of the environment, services, and features of Mountain View Trailer Park based solely on this information. Typically, RV Parks Near Me strive to offer a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment with adequate amenities for their guests. However, the feedback received strongly suggests that Mountain View Trailer Park may fall significantly short of these standards. The allegations of noise issues, safety concerns related to driving within the park, potential criminal activity necessitating frequent police presence, and a lack of proper upkeep are serious considerations for anyone looking for RV Parks Near Me.
Prospective RVers considering Mountain View Trailer Park as a potential option should be exceedingly cautious and strongly consider alternative locations. The reviews highlight significant issues that could severely impact the quality of their stay. If, despite this feedback, an individual still wishes to explore this option, a thorough and unannounced on-site visit would be absolutely essential. During such a visit, particular attention should be paid to the noise levels, the general condition and cleanliness of the park, the behavior of residents, and any visible signs of maintenance or security concerns. Engaging with current residents (if possible and safe to do so) might provide further insights into the daily living conditions.
Based on the provided negative reviews, it is highly unlikely that Mountain View Trailer Park offers a range of desirable services and features typically associated with reputable RV Parks Near Me. While basic utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer) might be present, the alleged lack of maintenance suggests that their condition could be questionable. Amenities such as clean restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, or recreational areas, which are often expected at RV parks, are not mentioned and cannot be assumed to be available or well-maintained given the overall negative assessment of the property.
No information regarding promotional offers or specific amenities tailored to RVs at Mountain View Trailer Park is available in the provided text. Given the serious concerns raised in the reviews about the fundamental living conditions and management of the park, it would be prudent for potential visitors to prioritize addressing these issues before inquiring about any potential promotions. A safe, clean, and well-maintained environment is a primary expectation for those seeking RV Parks Near Me, and the available feedback suggests that Mountain View Trailer Park may not meet these basic requirements.
In conclusion, for individuals searching for RV Parks Near Me in Trinity, NC, Mountain View Trailer Park at 5118 Jordan Valley Rd is a listed option. However, the recent and detailed negative reviews raise significant red flags regarding noise, safety, traffic issues within the park, lack of maintenance, and alleged indifference from the new ownership. Potential visitors should be extremely cautious and are strongly advised to consider alternative RV parks in the area. If Mountain View Trailer Park remains a consideration, a comprehensive on-site inspection is absolutely necessary to verify the current conditions and assess whether the park can provide a safe and satisfactory RV living experience. Direct contact with the park management at (336) 687-4166 or +1 336-687-4166 should be approached with a clear understanding of the serious concerns raised by previous residents.

Mountain View Trailer Park Reviews
It’s a trailer park..noisy cars, noisy neighbors and drug addicts to boot. If you want the real trailer park experience just live in this one. Landlord doesn’t do proper upkeep for tenants either.
Apr 11, 2025 · Cecilly SinkI had to come back and add to my review as most of the people on this side need to go back to drivers ED and learn how to drive and it probably wouldn't hurt to go back and get an actual education as well because they are some of the most ignorant and inconsiderate people around. The stop sign just up the road is not a suggestion, it means stop and not pull out in front of someone already up to speed and when turning onto Jordan Valley Rd. it's not a curve, it's a turn so if you have to cross the other lane to get on the street and almost hitting someone pulling up to the stop sign then you should rethink your life because you're not the brightest crayon in the box. People on that side don't know how to drive to save their lives, speed limits don't mean anything to them and I've just about been hit about 15 times over the last year alone! Cops are in and out of there all the times for something or another, the maintenance guy, creepy as he may be doesn't take care of anything and the new owners doesn't care how much trouble the people in there cause as long as they pay their rent. The place is becoming a nuisance more than the last owner ever dared.
Jun 05, 2024 · WildCat StudioI have a few friends that live in the park. It's back off the main road. Nice and quiet. Large yards and it was clean around people's homes. There's a basketball court but I don't know if there are any playgrounds or other recreational areas. The roads are paved and have speed bumps. The speed bump are not painted so they can take you by surprise if you aren't careful. It looks like a good safe place for children to play and ride bikes and stuff. The lot rent is reasonable. I would like to see the speed bumps painted. They can wreak havock on a vehicle's alignment.
Apr 16, 2019 · Beverly RobertsonFirst, I must say I believe that this mobile home community does not even deserve a 1-star rating but since I had to choose in order to leave this, that is what I chose. Second, I am leaving this review on behalf of my cousin who wishes to remain anonymous because she fears that should she come out with the truth about this community she would be evicted.Almost 2 years now I have watched as she and her family have struggled after making several requests to have repairs made on her mobile home. Mind you, it is the landlord's responsibility to do the maintenance but it is more important to him to take care of his friends in the park versus others. I have seen for myself, this man standing out in the front yards of his friend'ss homes (they are tenants in the park) pot and drinking beer. I have also witnessed this very same man picking fights, yelling at the top of his lungs, and cussing out tenants in a very public manner. He is very unprofessional and has actually done more damage to the reputation of this mobile home community than the previous owners did. I have been present when my cousin has spoken directly with the landlord / maintenance man one in the same, asking for repairs and I have personally heard him promise her that he would be by the next day or within a couple of days to take care of the matter. Again, to this very day nothing has been done.I believe that there are many tenants in the mobile home park that are very kind and would bend over backwards to help and they are not the ones I speak of when I give this place a 1-star rating. My rating is based solely on what I have witnessed myself with my own eyes my own ears and so forth in dealing with the management team. I would not suggest this as a place to raise children mainly because of what I have seen the landlord himself doing drinking beer publicly with the tenants smoking pot with them and you can definitely tell the difference between the smell of cigarettes and the smell of pot especially if you're in criminal justice as I am. I did not believe the mobile homes are healthy to live in much less raise children or have animals in and I believe that the landlord is just in it for the money & perks he gets for managing the property.Keep in mind that companies such as this will pay people or give them perks for leaving positive reviews on their website to bring in more business oh, this is a very common practice. I do not leave a negative comment to be mean or ugly just to put the truth out there and hopefully someone who cares me either by the property and bringing a new management team and do a better job with it or it'll just continue to run downhill.
Mar 04, 2020 · Autumn Crystal PhoenixAbsolutely horrible place to live, choose some where else to rent from. The previous owners did a much better job at making the trailer park look decent now its simply a slum because the inexperienced maintenance person refuses to make repairs and if they do get done you typically have to fix it yourself because it wasn't done right or you may have to pull some teeth just to get work done. This is just bad business and laziness. Everyone hates living here all the trailers are run down and look like crazy due to maintenance not doing his job.. The next post will include names and phone numbers
