Mar 06, 2025 · William RascoI have been here a short time but I find the park to be quiet and safe. Water has not been an issue and i did ny due diligence before moving in because of the reviews and the water company took a lot of responsibility which if people would do the work they may find out its not the community there are underlying issues. And the one time it was shut off due to a pipe being busted by plumbing contractor and I received a text message letting me know and giving an approximate time frame to turn on but with repairs no one can guarantee and it did take longer but it's not something the park did purposely and it's no different as if you own your home someplace and you have a pipe bust, you can have plumbers come when they can and they can attempt to tell you a time but unti they get in and start working they can't guarantee so why do we think because we rent from someone it changes things. I understand it can be an inconvenience but it's not done on purpose it's for a reason. Anywhere we live being a home we are buying or a place we are renting issues can come up and instead of placing blame on someone or someplace we need to think that we don't know the full story and we shouldn't just assume. I think the community has issues but everywhere does, and yes looks like management has changed more than im sure even CAMBIO would like to see but change happens typically due to something not working properly and it can take a few changes before the right one is the one that makes things better. Maybe this new manager is the one Sycamore has been looking for and they will be the right change we just need to give it a chance. I think we will see positive happenings over the next few months let's focus on the possibilities what can it hurt.
Nov 09, 2024 · wendy DominguezNot military friendly. No pro rating when moving out. They wanted $1100 a months rent, for 4 nights. There is absolutely nothing in their lease agreement about pro rate moving out. When moving out, petty comments were made to my husband about “oh moving out is sure hard, huh?”They also turned the water off before the 1st. So I’m sure there will be a fee because of we couldn’t properly clean the home. Don’t waste your money here. There’s nicer and safer homes for sure.Ants are crazy around there no matter how clean you are. Water is constantly turned off due to them working on it. So planning around bath times, cooking or doing dishes is ridiculous.I had two puppies on my porch, I called to have them removed and they said it was because there was trash on the porch. There was literally a rug and car wind shield fluid on the porch. Imagine calling your OWN property trash. It’s like saying, their pool is trash because a dog peed on their fence. Make it make sense. If you’re lookin for cheap but rude, this is your future neighborhood. Will definitely make sure all of our military families know NOT to move here and waste their time and money. This place should honestly be black listed.
Nov 01, 2024 · Megan Wilson - PhillipsWouldn’t recommend moving to sycamore trails. Especially if you have kids at home and the water being constantly turned off for hours and sometimes the whole day. They switch management like almost every week so rules and expectations are constantly being changed and management is just unprofessional. Also one thing sometimes the water smells like sewer when I try to brush my teeth and it’s sick. My husband had been in the hospital from that nasty water. Our lights flickered when turning lights on and off and they said that it’s the plug cover needs to be changed and it’s not going to help change it and that is was the wiring in the trailer. So we called and called and talked too the people in the office and they said they will get to it and I told maintenance and when I called corporate they told me they been going threw people that works in the office… then I called the office call me and tell me that only way out of my lease is if I pay 2000 dollars. Told me that I need to communicate better with the office. Well I did what I could do. I work all the time I call them when I can threw out the month. So we moved and cleaned the trailer up. Not just that their was people living next door and they never closed their windows they would run around in their underwear and make out and strip day or night and I got kids under 12 and I don’t want my kids seeing that. I know I’m not the only one that gots kids living their. Well I understand they pay their rent and but please have a little respect for people around you. Told office about it so many times and they didn’t do anything about it. The past two months I have seen more people move out because of all this. Not just that prior from moving, we had this car would drive by our house. One night was like 10 times and then the following night they would drive by twice and then the night before after that they would drive by three times and they would drive really really slow when they got right there in front of our trailer and then they would drive off and come back around to the same thing over and over. Not just that last time we spoke with the Maintenance guy to talk to him about some thing He said that he wasn’t allowed to talk to the tenants Or they would write him up or fire So he had to continue doing his job Without speaking to us like we can’t even stop Ask him about fixing something The office about what’s going on with something Or he would get in trouble for it.
Oct 01, 2024 · Crystal PerouWouldn’t recommend moving to sycamore trails. Especially if you have kids or a baby like me and the water being constantly turned off for hours and sometimes the whole day. They mowed my grass and trying to charge me $45 without saying anything after I just mowed 2 days before and they said it was 6inches tall! They switch management like almost every week so rules and expectations are constantly being changed and management is just unprofessional…. Also one thing sometimes the water smells like sewer when I try to brush my teeth and it’s sick. In my opinion lawn care should be included with the rent for how much they be charging for this trailer.
