Newell Mobile City Introduce
Are you currently searching for "RV parks near me" in the Vallejo, California area? Newell Mobile City, located at 210 Newell St #2844, Vallejo, CA 94589, USA, presents itself as a mobile home park that may offer options for those seeking longer-term accommodation, potentially including spaces suitable for RVs. You can contact them at (707) 651-9380 or +1 707-651-9380 for further information and inquiries.
Based on the limited feedback available from online reviews, Newell Mobile City appears to offer a somewhat unique and potentially appealing environment. One reviewer described it as a "cute little village" and a "kind of a hidden secret place." This suggests that the park might possess a charming and perhaps less conventional atmosphere compared to larger, more commercialized RV parks or mobile home communities. For individuals seeking a more intimate and possibly quieter setting, this could be an attractive feature.
The same positive review also highlighted a "great location" and the fact that some accommodations are "furnished." The mention of a great location is significant for those who value accessibility to nearby amenities, attractions, or transportation links in the Vallejo area. The availability of furnished units could be particularly appealing for those who are relocating or seeking a temporary but comfortable living space without the immediate need to bring their own furniture. This could potentially cater to traveling professionals or individuals in transition.
Furthermore, this reviewer noted the presence of a "pool" and "very nice" weather, suggesting that Newell Mobile City offers recreational facilities for residents to enjoy, particularly during the warmer months. A pool can be a significant amenity, providing opportunities for relaxation and social interaction within the community. The mention of nice weather likely refers to the generally pleasant climate of the Vallejo region, which can enhance the outdoor living experience for residents.
The positive reviewer also specifically mentioned a "Great lady that runs the place!" This personal commendation for the management suggests a friendly and helpful on-site presence, which can contribute significantly to a positive living environment and a sense of community within the park. A responsive and approachable manager can make a substantial difference in addressing residents' needs and fostering a harmonious atmosphere.
However, it is crucial to consider all available feedback to gain a balanced perspective. Another reviewer shared a considerably less positive experience. They described the son of the manager as "OK" but expressed significant concerns about the mother, alleging that she was a "busy body who told me several tenants business the day I met her." This raises potential concerns about privacy and the handling of personal information within the park. Such behavior, if accurate, could be a significant deterrent for prospective residents who value their privacy and the confidentiality of their personal matters.
The negative reviewer further stated, "Don't deal with her. However, she undermines everything he says or allows. I had the worst experience. I wrote it all down but chose not to post it. Trust me don't do it." This strong and cautionary statement suggests potentially serious issues with the management dynamics and the overall living experience at Newell Mobile City. While the specifics of the "worst experience" are not detailed, the intensity of the recommendation to avoid the park should be taken into consideration by anyone contemplating residency.
Considering the "RV parks near me" category, Newell Mobile City, while described as a "mobile city," may still accommodate RVs for longer-term stays. Typically, such parks offer essential services and amenities to support residential living, which could also be applicable to RVs staying for extended periods. These services often include:
- Utility hookups: This usually encompasses water, electricity, and sewer connections for each space. For RVs, it's important to inquire about the availability and capacity of electrical hookups (e.g., 30 or 50 amp service).
- Waste disposal: Information on the park's waste management procedures is necessary for long-term residents, including those in RVs.
- Common areas: The mention of a pool suggests the presence of at least one common recreational amenity. There might be other facilities such as laundry rooms or community spaces. It would be beneficial to inquire about the full range of amenities available.
- Roads and infrastructure: The condition of the roads within the park and the overall infrastructure are important for the accessibility and maintenance of both mobile homes and RVs.
Given the contrasting reviews, it is particularly important for individuals considering Newell Mobile City as a potential "RV park near me" or long-term residential option to conduct thorough due diligence. This should include:
- Visiting the park in person: A site visit will allow you to assess the environment, the condition of the park, and the available spaces firsthand. Pay attention to the overall atmosphere and the interactions you observe.
- Speaking with current residents (if possible): If you have the opportunity, try to speak with current residents to get a broader range of perspectives on living in Newell Mobile City and their experiences with the management.
- Directly inquiring with the management: It is crucial to have a detailed conversation with the management to ask specific questions about rules, regulations, lease agreements, utility costs, and the availability of RV-specific amenities if you are considering it for RV living. Address any concerns raised in the reviews directly with them.
- Understanding the lease agreement: Carefully review all terms and conditions before signing any agreement.
- Observing interactions: Pay attention to how the management interacts with current residents and potential residents during your visit.
While Newell Mobile City is described as a "cute little village" with a potentially great location and furnished options, the serious concerns raised by one reviewer regarding management behavior cannot be ignored. Prospective residents should weigh the positive aspects against the potential negatives and conduct thorough research to determine if this community is the right fit for their needs and expectations.
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in Vallejo, CA, it is always advisable to explore multiple options and compare the features, services, and reputations of different parks before making a decision. Newell Mobile City presents an interesting case with both positive and negative feedback, making thorough investigation even more critical.
Newell Mobile City, located at 210 Newell St #2844, Vallejo, CA 94589, and reachable at (707) 651-9380, offers a unique proposition as a potentially charming and conveniently located community with furnished options and a pool. However, the serious concerns raised about the management warrant careful consideration and thorough investigation by any prospective resident, whether for long-term RV stays or mobile home living.

My husband and I travel together and this little village is so cute! It's kind of a hidden secret place. Great location and it's furnished. There is a pool and the weather is very nice! Great lady that runs the place! Hope to be back soon!

Dec 05, 2020 · DuI really like and enjoyed staying here the whole month. It was comforting to me,enjoyed grilling out, taking dogs for walk and whoever said refinery workers are trashy is trashy their selves and miserable people to just talk bout anyone.
Aug 23, 2018 · roxy JoeThis is the worst place I have ever lived. We have refinery workers who are renters and the worst people to live around. Most of them come from out of state. They throw their trash everywhere and pee in the front yards, they don't know what garbage cans are. This place looks like the ghetto. So for Reed Roberson to say this is a beautiful place to be is a JOKE. Both Reed and Bernice Roberson are SLUM LORDS . So if you don't mind living in a place with rats, roaches and bed bugs come on down. Otherwise you probably will want to stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place. Also, there are holes in the floor, no stoves or ovens and the park floods every winter. The lovely renters party until wee hours of the morning with no respect or regard to the homeowners that live here. Reed and Bernice don't care what they do because it's all about the money. That's another thing she charges anywhere from $800.00 to $1000.00 a week to live here if you rent. She goes by how much perdiem they get. So unless you want to live in the ghetto I recommend you stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place. Like the person from 2013 said you have been warned.
