Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community Introduce
For local users in Springdale, Arkansas, and the surrounding areas who might be considering alternative housing options such as mobile home communities, and who are using the platform category "RV parks near me" in their search, it is crucial to thoroughly research potential locations. While Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community, located at 1901 W Shady Grove Rd H35, Springdale, AR 72764, might appear as a housing option, recent customer reviews paint a stark and concerning picture that warrants careful consideration. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community based solely on the provided customer feedback, highlighting significant issues related to management, rules, community environment, and resident experiences.
One recurring theme in the customer reviews is a significant decline in the community's management and overall atmosphere. One long-term resident noted that the community "use to be accepting, and non strict," but that "as of lately times have changed and they’re making new rules going beyond lease agreement." This suggests a potential shift in management style or policies that is negatively impacting long-term residents. The reviewer further states that the management is "being little of assistance and ignorant," indicating a lack of support and responsiveness to resident concerns. This perceived lack of genuine care and support is a serious issue for anyone considering residing in this community.
The same reviewer also raises concerns about the inconsistent enforcement of community rules. They claim that "many homes break rules and are never punished," leading to a sense of unfairness and a potential decline in the overall quality of life within the community. This inconsistency in rule enforcement can create tension among residents and undermine the sense of order and community standards that are often expected in a residential setting.
A particularly concerning issue highlighted in the reviews relates to parking and the management's response to residents' needs. The reviewer mentions a "current rule for Cars on the road" and a lack of parking space. When residents sought assistance or permission to create additional parking space by putting rocks on the grass, they were reportedly threatened for minor infractions such as their "wheels are on" the smallest amount of grass. This suggests a rigid and unhelpful approach from the management, prioritizing superficial rules over practical solutions to residents' genuine needs. The ultimate threat of "calling repo" on homeowners further underscores a potentially adversarial relationship between the management and the residents.
Another scathing review goes even further, stating that the community doesn't "even deserve a one star" rating and labeling it "the worst place to live." This reviewer recounts a deeply personal and tragic experience involving the death of their sister while residing at Northern Hills. Their account alleges that "all they care about is getting money" and that the office staff, specifically mentioning someone named Jessica, is "very rude" and "unprofessional." The reviewer claims a complete lack of sympathy or concern from the management during a difficult time and accuses them of hindering efforts to settle their sister's affairs and sell her home. The alleged unprofessional behavior, including yelling at the reviewer, paints a picture of a hostile and unsupportive management environment.
The accusation that the "place is too crowded brocade they want more money and they don’t care how they will screw you out of it" raises serious concerns about the community's density and the management's potential prioritization of profit over the well-being of its residents. Overcrowding can lead to various issues, including increased noise, strain on shared resources, and a diminished sense of personal space and community. The strong language used in this review suggests a high level of frustration and dissatisfaction with the living conditions and management practices at Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," local users might encounter Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community in their search. However, it is crucial to recognize that a mobile home community operates differently from an RV park, typically involving longer-term residency and different regulations. The overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the management's attitude, inconsistent rule enforcement, lack of support for residents, and potential overcrowding should serve as a significant warning to anyone considering this location, whether for themselves or a loved one.
The environment of Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community, based on the negative reviews, appears to be one where residents feel unsupported and potentially threatened by the management. The alleged overcrowding suggests a densely populated community, which may impact the overall quality of life. While the physical appearance and specific amenities of the community are not detailed, the focus of the reviews is overwhelmingly on the negative interactions with management and the resulting stressful living conditions. The lack of positive comments about the environment or community atmosphere further underscores the concerns raised.
In terms of services, a mobile home community typically provides basic infrastructure such as utility hookups and potentially communal areas. However, the reviews for Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community focus on the negative aspects of management services, including a lack of assistance, ignorance, rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a perceived prioritization of financial gain over resident well-being. These accounts suggest a significant failure in the provision of supportive and respectful management services, which are crucial for a positive living experience in any residential community.
Features of Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community that can be gleaned from the negative reviews include strict and potentially unfair enforcement of new rules, lack of parking, alleged overcrowding, and a management team described as rude, unprofessional, and unsupportive. The threatening behavior towards homeowners further highlights a potentially negative living environment. The absence of positive features in the recent reviews suggests that any potential benefits of the community are overshadowed by these significant management and community-related issues.
Promotional information is entirely absent from the provided reviews. The overwhelmingly negative sentiment expressed by former and potentially current residents serves as a strong deterrent rather than a promotion for Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might stumble upon this mobile home community should be aware that the recent feedback strongly advises against considering it as a place to live, citing serious issues with management and the overall living environment.
In conclusion, while local users searching for "RV parks near me" might encounter Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community in their results, the provided customer reviews paint a deeply concerning picture. Allegations of rude and unprofessional management, inconsistent rule enforcement, lack of support for residents, parking issues, overcrowding, and even threatening behavior suggest a potentially negative and stressful living environment. Anyone considering residing at Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community in Springdale, AR, should proceed with extreme caution and carefully weigh the serious concerns raised by these recent reviews. It would be highly advisable to seek alternative housing options that offer a more supportive and respectful living environment.

Northern Hills Manufactured Home Community Reviews
This community use to be accepting, and non strict, as of lately times have changed and they’re making new rules going beyond lease agreement. Being little of assistance and ignorant. Many homes break rules and are never punished. As of the current rule for Cars on the road, we lack space of parking and weren’t given any help if we were allowed to put rocks on grass to make more space, we get in trouble for the smallest grass our wheels are on. This community lacks genuine care and support. Threatening home owners with calling repo.
Apr 15, 2025 · Kota heheThey don’t even deserve a one starThis is the worst place to live. DO NOT let your loved one live there or you. The office is very rude Jessica is unprofessional. My sister lived there and she died. All they care about is getting money. They don’t have any sympathy or concern about anyone. We been trying to work with them to get things straighten out and home sold. She would even do that. She yelled at me which was unprofessional at its best. The place is too crowded brocade they want more money and they don’t care how they will screw you out of it
Apr 17, 2024 · Laura TallentI have lived here since 2014. We got new better managers. RHP cut some things for funding so some things limited for Bryce to do. The winters when it snows is hell getting up the hill but if can’t wait a day or two it’s not bad to get out. Still not too bad of a place to live. Pricey but not bad as trying to rent an apartment.
Apr 16, 2024 · Dee TrejoI have a family member that lives there. Was told recently that theyare still charging for trash even though it went from Waste Management to Cards. Not too mention how conjested it is. Seems like everybodys in everybody elses bubble
Jan 29, 2024 · Natasha WestendorfWe bought a new home and moved it here only because there were no other parks in Springdale with open spaces. The rent is ridiculously high but it's a nice park. We've lived here now for 3 months and have already got two notices of rule violations. We signed a 4 year contract to get the space but as soon as it's up we are planning to find a new spot for our home.
