Environment and Location:
Hallsville, Missouri, offers a charming small-town environment with convenient access to larger urban centers. Located centrally, Northridge Mobile Home Park provides an ideal base for those working in nearby cities like Columbia, or for individuals who appreciate the peace of a more rural setting without sacrificing accessibility. The park's location allows for easy navigation to surrounding towns such as Harrisburg and Millersburg, as one resident noted, making it a practical choice for caregivers or those with connections across the region.
While specific details about the park's landscaping and amenities are not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews, one long-term resident highlighted their personal efforts in maintaining their lot, including weed control and litter cleanup, suggesting a degree of individual pride in the community's appearance. It's reasonable to expect a mobile home and RV park to offer essential infrastructure to support comfortable living.
Services and Features:
Based on the information available, Northridge Mobile Home Park offers essential services for its residents. One review mentions a monthly rate of $500 that includes all utilities, which is a significant benefit for those seeking predictable and inclusive living expenses. This suggests that basic utilities such as water, electricity, and possibly waste disposal are covered within the monthly fee for at least some residents or RV sites.
The reviews also allude to maintenance services, although experiences with responsiveness appear to vary. One account describes a delay in resolving a water line issue, while another mentions a manager addressing concerns about park maintenance. It is common for RV parks and mobile home communities to offer maintenance for common areas and sometimes for individual lots or hookups. Prospective residents are encouraged to inquire about the specific services included and the park's maintenance protocols.
Given that the park accommodates both mobile homes and RVs, it is likely equipped with standard RV hookups, including electrical connections, water supply, and sewage disposal at designated RV sites. The availability and condition of these hookups are crucial for RV travelers and should be verified with the management.
Community and Long-Term Living:
A significant aspect of Northridge Mobile Home Park is its established long-term residency. One individual has lived in the park for ten years, indicating a stable community. This can be appealing to those seeking a sense of belonging and a familiar environment. The mix of mobile homes and RVs suggests a diverse community of individuals with varying housing needs.
The reviews offer a glimpse into the interactions between residents and management. While one long-term resident expressed initial concerns that were later addressed, other accounts highlight challenges in communication and responsiveness to maintenance issues. It's important for prospective residents to consider these perspectives alongside the potential benefits of the park's location and inclusive utility fees.
Promotional Information and Current Offerings:
While the provided information does not include specific promotional offers, the mention of a $500 monthly rate with all utilities paid for one RV resident is a noteworthy detail. This type of inclusive pricing can be attractive to budget-conscious individuals and those seeking simplified monthly expenses. Northridge Mobile Home Park Reviews
We have lived here 10 years. It was a concern that some of the park issues where not being taken care of. After I posted a negative review the manager came to talk to me and assured me issues in the park will be taken care of given enough time. In my previous review I complained the rent keeps going up every few months. I was told the rent has only gone up twice in the past couple years. I admit I misspoke. As for our lot we work hard to maintain it, killing off weeds along the street, and keeping our yard mowed, and picking up the litter that washes up when the drainage ditch overflows in the yard. I apologize for for any negative remarks about the manager in the last review.
Jul 12, 2024 · Patsy HarrelsonI love this town. I moved here to be in a central location. I'm a care giver. I had to take care a friend I Harrisburg, and my parents in Millersburg. it has worked out very well. any I'm living in a camper in Northridge trailer park, and turned out good too. 500 dollars a month all utilities paid. I've previously worked at UMHC for 27 years in management.we recently had a arctic blast for days, and then 2 more days later. I call the manager, and proceeds to yell at me. why did heat tape it. I did I told her, she said same thing three times. I gave the same answer. well it turns out it my water line, it was the meter. I put insulation in the water to prevent the freeze, but the maintenance man kept throwing it out. it would NOT have if he put it back. I put it back once and threw the insulation out again. this time it blew away. any a manager should NOT make actuations or assume anything until in vestigate it there self. it would have if she just have said " okay, we will check it out". I am customer. you don't treat people this was.I haven't had all month and still don't. to be fair I told her on Thursday it was the meter, because that's when I found out. I still don't have water, and camper has be flushed ( Christmas vacation). when it's not you can't use the toilet, because it's full! I called the manager this morning. I told her I paid for water all month. she told in loud voice " you don't pay for water"! I told her it's part of what pay. you know what everI personally do not care who's fault it is!! I want it fixed. thats all I want, to because I'm paying for that!I'm so tired of herOkay still have no water 💦!!!!!! I don't know why they can't get meter from one of the unoccupied trailers in this trailer court. Please if any knows why they can't do that tell me. I may have an answer, or maybe not. If that is an option, then I should have had water on the 26th. No water yet.
