Owners keep raising rent, owners keep changing every couple years. Nothing consistent, as well as added features on our invoice, pay more pay more pay more maintenance charges Water and Sewer are separate charges I've never had that before previous owners. Since September 2024 we've had new owners new rules. They don't return phone calls either

They also don't even salt or plow the community roads after it snows. Can't wait till our 5 years is up. I forgot to mention just lot rent alone is $510
