Oak Hill Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Weatherford, Texas area and are considering options that might accommodate long-term stays or mobile homes, Oak Hill Mobile Home Park, located at 125 Oak Hill Dr, Weatherford, TX 76087, USA, warrants careful consideration. It is important to approach this community with awareness of recent feedback from residents, which presents a concerning picture of the property management and overall living experience.
Based on the limited but impactful customer reviews available, potential residents should be aware of significant negative sentiments regarding the current property management at Oak Hill Mobile Home Park. One reviewer describes the property manager as "rude and very unprofessional," further stating that the manager "tries to be a cop when she needs to just manage the property." This perception of overreach and unprofessional conduct is a serious concern for anyone considering residing in this community, as it directly impacts the day-to-day interactions and overall atmosphere of the park.
Adding to these concerns, the same reviewer expresses little surprise at the park having "bad reviews," suggesting that negative experiences might be a recurring theme within the community. This is a critical point for prospective residents, indicating a potential pattern of dissatisfaction among those who have lived or are currently living at Oak Hill Mobile Home Park.
The second review provides even more alarming details about the living conditions and management practices. The reviewer explicitly states that "this mobile home park is not a good place." This strong condemnation should be taken seriously by anyone seeking a stable and positive living environment for their mobile home. The reviewer, identifying as a single mother who is ill, alleges being forced to move her home out of the park. This situation, if accurately represented, raises significant ethical and practical concerns about the management's treatment of residents, particularly those in vulnerable circumstances.
The reviewer further claims that the management does not care about residents' feelings or situations, asserting that "ALL THEY CARE IS MONEY." This accusation, while subjective, aligns with the previous reviewer's negative portrayal of the property manager and suggests a potential prioritization of financial gain over resident well-being. The lack of interaction with the "OWNERS," as mentioned by the reviewer, further contributes to a sense of detachment and lack of accountability in the park's management.
The comparison to past management is also telling. The reviewer, who states they have been at the park since 2006, notes having "never had a problem with old owner or manger." This stark contrast between past and present management underscores a significant decline in the quality of the living experience at Oak Hill Mobile Home Park under the current administration.
The phrase "They do what they what" used by the long-term resident suggests a lack of clear policies, inconsistent enforcement, or a disregard for residents' rights and expectations. This can lead to an unpredictable and potentially stressful living environment where residents feel powerless and unheard.
Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the property management, it is difficult to objectively assess the environment, services, and features of Oak Hill Mobile Home Park based solely on these reviews. The strong negative sentiments about the management likely overshadow any potential positive aspects of the physical environment or available services. However, the lack of any positive comments or descriptions of the park's amenities in these recent reviews is also noteworthy.
It is important to acknowledge that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not encompass the views of all residents. However, the consistency and severity of the criticisms, particularly concerning the property manager and the alleged treatment of a vulnerable resident, should serve as a significant warning to potential newcomers.
Without any information to the contrary, it is impossible to provide details about the park's environment (e.g., landscaping, cleanliness, noise levels), services (e.g., utilities, maintenance, community areas), or features (e.g., lot sizes, amenities). The provided reviews focus almost exclusively on negative interactions with the management.
Similarly, no promotional information is available. Given the current negative feedback, it is unlikely that the park is actively promoting itself positively at this time. Any potential promotional claims should be viewed with extreme caution in light of the serious allegations made by former and current residents.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering Oak Hill Mobile Home Park for long-term mobile home placement, it is strongly recommended to exercise extreme caution. The available reviews paint a concerning picture of unprofessional and uncaring management, potentially leading to a negative and unstable living environment. Prospective residents should consider these serious allegations and explore alternative mobile home parks or long-term RV communities in the Weatherford area before making any decisions regarding Oak Hill Mobile Home Park.
Due to the severely negative nature of the only available information, it is impossible to recommend Oak Hill Mobile Home Park based on these recent experiences. Potential residents are advised to seek out other options where management is reported to be professional, respectful, and responsive to the needs of the community. It would also be prudent to seek out additional reviews or, if possible, speak directly with current residents of Oak Hill Mobile Home Park to gain a broader understanding of the current living conditions before making any commitment.
In conclusion, the limited information available for Oak Hill Mobile Home Park presents significant red flags regarding the property management and the overall living experience. Potential residents searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term mobile home living in Weatherford, TX, should proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly investigate alternative options before considering Oak Hill Mobile Home Park.

Jan 17, 2023 · Deborah Sheasley-WatsonManager is rude and downright hateful. The park is run down and the entire road throughout the property is full of potholes so large you can't help but to damage your vehicle. Even a offroad 4x4 truck.
