Oct 17, 2022 · Patricia Foster (Mayalilium)I had found this location online before I even came to Texas so was determined to visit it when I came to the state. If someone worked in the north part of Fort Worth, I can see them liking this location. It is located on a hilltop and the tiny homes & RV's are placed side by side on sloped land. No pavement, all gravel. Lot rent & amenities are reasonable. Owner told me there is only 1 lot available at this time but she hopes to make more in the near future. I bet sunset photography would be phenomenal here! There is a gorgeous, friendly horse in a fenced area as you drive in.(see photos). Owner was very warm and informative, easy to talk to.

Oct 27, 2022 · Paul SpauldingThis is a no frills park. It is nice and quiet, everyone is friendly. The park is all gravel, and there is laundry, but no showers.
Mar 18, 2025 · ann BarskyTerrible experience. When we first got there it was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. But then problems started arising. When we first arrived the water hookup didn't work and the maintenance guy had no clue how to fix it so we had to fix it ourselves. We had issues with our breaker box the whole time bc it needed to be fixed. We were there 3 months and kept being told they were going to lay gravel on our pad and they started to and never finished so we only had one parking spot for our 2 cars because they wouldn't allow us to park how we were supposed to bc "they were going to lay gravel" but never did. The washers and dryers always had issues. Always make sure you have quarters bc they don't have a change machine or provide change. They have an excessive amount of signs on the grass that say keep your a** off the grass. One or two signs is enough. When we moved in, it was just an adult only community, now it's changed to 55 and up retirement community. And we noticed it seems like they're trying to push everyone out that isn't 55 and up. Quiet time is at 9pm but the manager always had people at her place past 9 hanging out, which is fine, but allow it for others as well. It is a quiet and peaceful place, but management and maintenance sucks. The owners caught me walking out to leave one day and stopped me and asked me to move my vehicle so they could lay gravel, a month passed and they never did lay gravel. Making parking an issue for us. Also it's extremely hard to level an RV on this property bc they don't lay gravel or don't lay it properly and level the ground. I'm sad we had a terrible experience, I was hopeful for this place. The manager and owners are very strict and bossy and don't seem to fix issues like they say they will.
