Oakhill Introduce
For local users in the Attleboro, Massachusetts area searching for "RV parks near me" with an interest in long-term residential options, Oakhill, located at 1003 Oakhill Ave, Attleboro, MA 02703, USA, is a mobile home park that has garnered a range of feedback from its residents. It appears that the community has experienced changes over time, resulting in both positive and negative perceptions. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the publicly available customer reviews, highlighting different aspects of the Oakhill living experience.
The environment of Oakhill seems to have evolved, according to recent reviews. One updated review indicates a significant negative shift in the atmosphere, with the resident spending most time indoors due to the presence of a "particular person" and noting a lack of association or information flow. This suggests potential social challenges or a change in the community dynamic. Furthermore, this reviewer mentions a lack of "welcome vibes by current management," which could impact the overall sense of community and resident satisfaction.
In contrast, a more positive review expresses love for living in the community, highlighting the benefit of a "residents' association as a liaison for any issues that may come up." This suggests that there is a mechanism for residents to voice concerns and potentially influence community management. The same reviewer also praises the neighbors as "fantastic," indicating a positive social aspect within the community.
Another review describes Oakhill as "a nice place to bring you little ones and Family," suggesting a family-friendly environment with "so much to see for the little ones." This implies that the community or its surroundings may offer attractions or features that appeal to children. The reviewer also notes that "the people they're very polite" and mentions a "good parking area." Additionally, the presence of "short trails" with "good history about them" suggests opportunities for leisurely outdoor activities and potential local historical significance associated with the area.
In terms of services and features, the recent updated review raises concerns about the loss of amenities. It specifically mentions that "there is no longer a library or laundry room." The disappearance of these facilities could be a significant drawback for residents who relied on them. The presence of a residents' association, as mentioned in another review, could be considered a feature that facilitates communication and advocacy for residents' needs, although its effectiveness in addressing the loss of amenities is not clear.
The positive review mentioning a "good parking area" suggests that parking is generally adequate for residents and visitors. The "short trails" with historical significance could be considered a recreational feature, offering residents and their families opportunities for outdoor walks and learning about the local history.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. To learn about current lot availability, rental fees, community rules, and any potential incentives for new residents at Oakhill, it would be necessary to contact the management directly at the provided phone number: (508) 222-4300 or mobile phone: +1 508-222-4300. They would be the best source for up-to-date information regarding the community and any ongoing promotions.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is important to determine if Oakhill accommodates RVs for long-term stays. As a mobile home park, its primary focus is on providing residential lots for manufactured homes. While some mobile home parks may occasionally have space for long-term RVs, this is not typically their primary function. Interested RV owners should directly inquire with the Oakhill management about their policies on RVs, the availability of suitable sites (if any), and the necessary hookups and amenities.
In conclusion, Oakhill in Attleboro, MA, presents a mixed picture based on recent customer reviews. While some residents appreciate the sense of community, friendly neighbors, and the presence of a residents' association, there are concerns about a potential decline in the community atmosphere, the loss of amenities like a library and laundry room, and a lack of welcoming vibes from current management. On the other hand, positive aspects include a family-friendly environment, polite residents, good parking, and short historical trails. For those considering Oakhill as a long-term residential option for a mobile home, it is crucial to weigh these different perspectives and potentially visit the community to form their own impression. RV owners seeking long-term stays should specifically inquire about the park's policies and facilities for RVs. Contacting the Oakhill management directly is recommended to obtain the most current and comprehensive information.

Oakhill Reviews
Update: such a major difference in a few short years☹️ I spend most time indoors due to a particular person moving in, we have no association due to lack of interest/information, there is no longer a library or laundry room, there are no welcome vibes by current management.love living in this community! It's nice to have a residents' association as a liaison for any issues that may come up, and our neighbors are fantastic

May 15, 2019 · Dorothy RadnorIt's nice and clean. The people that live there are so nice. The barn is great for birthday parties!
Nov 18, 2023 · Sherri PaulRun, don't walk. This place is terribly run, expensive and not worth the constant aggravation you'll experience. Being under the thumb of a giant corporation is stressful and the yearly increase of rent will leave you quickly living beyond your budget.
Aug 21, 2017 · Briana AuclairExcellent community 98 % of the residents are very friendly and helpful too. A wonderful place to live 🏡
