On The Bayou RV Park Reviews
If want to be greeted with a smile and a big "Howdy do and what can we do for you" when you arrive, you'll enjoy this Park. We enjoyed our stay at this RV park to go explore the Wild Life Refuge near by. Wide spaces between units.
Mar 20, 2025 · Richard BeachyGood for an overnight while travelling. Mostly full time residents though. Tenants let dogs run loose. Beware peice on website is not what they charge.
Feb 21, 2025 · Dennis NicholasIt’s an RV park. But the manager is amazing. They have showers and laundry, always clean!! Quiet and relaxing
Mar 27, 2025 · Valerie JohnsonGreat location and wide open space. Jim the manager greeted me upon arrival. He is so friendly and offered his help if needed. He set us in a water view spot to enjoy the incredible sunset! Dogs enjoyed the nice grass and being so welcomed by Jim and some other residents. Good spot. The mosquitoes sure enjoyed me! Post rain so to be expectes.
May 20, 2024 · Vanessa OzanneUpdate June 2024- What has happened? Park looks terrible with overgrown grass and weeds. Doesn't take months to fix or replace a mower. Still need lighting at the entrance- it is extremely hard to see and very dangerous. Weed killer is needed everywhere (rocks pads and parking areas) and general maintenance on the common areas (showers & tile are gross and needs replaced, window screens in the laundry, etc) Management (Jim) does everything he can for us residents, but it seems in the last year, it has been going downhill (due to owners decisions) I have had my RV here for many years and it is sad to see it look so poor. Empty junk campers sit vacant. So much has changed, not for the better. The relationships we have with some residents keep us here, but it may be time to look elsewhere.Quiet peaceful park with lovely views.
