Orange Grove Mobile Home Park can be contacted at (626) 966-0811 or +1 626-966-0811 for inquiries regarding residency, availability, and community details. It's important to recognize that mobile home parks primarily cater to individuals and families who own or intend to purchase a manufactured or mobile home and lease a lot within the park. These communities often offer a different lifestyle and set of amenities compared to typical short-term RV parks.
Based on the limited customer reviews available online, Orange Grove Mobile Home Park elicits somewhat contrasting opinions. One reviewer expresses a direct and simple positive sentiment, stating, "Love this place." This suggests that at least one resident has a strong positive overall experience living in the community. Such a concise positive endorsement can indicate satisfaction with various aspects of the park, such as the environment, management, or the sense of community.
In contrast, another reviewer offers a specific critique, stating, "They need better gardeners." This comment directly addresses the landscaping and maintenance of the park's grounds. It implies that, in the opinion of this reviewer, the gardening services or the overall appearance of the greenery within Orange Grove Mobile Home Park could be improved. This feedback suggests that the aesthetic appeal of the park's common areas might be an area for potential enhancement.
Given these brief and somewhat opposing viewpoints, it is challenging to construct a comprehensive picture of the environment, services, and features offered at Orange Grove Mobile Home Park. However, the feedback provides a starting point. The positive review indicates an overall favorable impression, while the negative comment points to a specific area, landscaping, that at least one resident feels could be better.
In terms of environment, mobile home parks typically consist of individual lots where residents place their mobile homes, along with common areas and landscaping. The "better gardeners" comment suggests that landscaping is a visible aspect of the park's environment that is noticed by residents. The positive "Love this place" comment could encompass various environmental factors, such as cleanliness, quietness, or the overall layout and appeal of the community.
Regarding services and features, mobile home parks often provide essential utilities such as water, sewer, and sometimes trash disposal as part of the lot rental fee. Residents are usually responsible for their own electricity and gas, billed separately. Some mobile home parks may offer additional amenities for the convenience and enjoyment of their residents. These can include laundry facilities, community clubhouses, swimming pools, playgrounds, and recreational areas. The limited reviews for Orange Grove Mobile Home Park do not provide specific details about the services and features available. To obtain this information, prospective residents would need to contact the park management directly.
Promotional information is not available publicly for Orange Grove Mobile Home Park based on the provided data. Mobile home parks typically focus on attracting long-term residents, and information about lot availability, rental rates, and any community-specific promotions would likely be obtained by contacting the park directly.
When searching within the "RV parks near me" category and encountering a mobile home park like Orange Grove Mobile Home Park, it's crucial to understand your specific needs. If you are looking for a temporary stay in your recreational vehicle with typical RV park amenities, a mobile home park might not be the right fit. However, if you are considering a longer-term living situation and are open to the idea of owning a mobile home and leasing a lot, then exploring mobile home parks in the area becomes relevant. The positive sentiment from one reviewer of Orange Grove Mobile Home Park suggests that it could be a desirable long-term living option for some, while the comment about the gardeners indicates an area where improvements might be sought.
To gain a clearer understanding of Orange Grove Mobile Home Park, it is highly recommended to take the following steps:
1. **Contact the Management:** Reach out to the park management at the provided phone numbers. Inquire about lot availability, rental rates, park rules and regulations, and the amenities offered. Specifically ask about landscaping services and who is responsible for maintaining individual lots versus common areas.
2. **Visit the Park:** Schedule a visit to Orange Grove Mobile Home Park to get a firsthand impression of the environment, the layout of the park, and the overall atmosphere. Observe the landscaping and the upkeep of the common areas.
3. **Speak with Residents (if possible):** If the opportunity arises, try to speak with current residents to gain their perspectives on living in the park, their experiences with the management, and their opinions on the landscaping and other aspects of the community.
In conclusion, Orange Grove Mobile Home Park in Covina, California, is a mobile home community that has elicited both a positive overall endorsement and a specific critique regarding the landscaping. Due to the limited publicly available information, it is essential for prospective residents to conduct their own thorough investigation to determine if this park meets their needs and preferences. While it may appear in searches for "RV parks near me," its primary function is to provide long-term living arrangements rather than short-term RV stays. Direct communication with the park management and a visit to the property are crucial steps in gathering the necessary information to make an informed decision about living in this community, considering both the positive sentiment and the noted area for potential improvement.

Apr 02, 2023 · Jesus IbarraI don't recommend living in this place. I lived there. It's been a long time and it's horrible. You live in a military camp. They don't let you do anything, even to put up a flower bed. You have to ask for permission. They rent the space and they don't want you to put anything in your space. It doesn't feel cozy to live there. They make you feel worse than a renter, when you already own a house, they should lower their circus of rules a little. You have to file a complaint with the city because as an owner you have rights and also if you rent a space, I think I think that It is to use it if not better that they close the park and save their spaces since they do not want you to put anything they want you to be alone locked up and if you go out to your space you are already going to pass the manager how horrible no or they let you have privacy in other parks it is not like that I do not recommend this park it is not worth buying a house there and the space is expensive and super horrible you feel watched all the time one wrong step the manager is already bothering you in the park where I live now they respect your space your privacy and it is cheaper and They let you put whatever you want because that's what you're renting it for.
