Tropic Parks LLC Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Glendora, California area? Look no further than Tropic Parks LLC, a mobile home park located at 428 E Rte 66, Glendora, CA 91740, USA. While traditionally a mobile home park, it's worth considering for those seeking longer-term RV living options in a community setting. You can reach them at (626) 241-7654 or +1 626-241-7654 for inquiries about potential availability and their policies regarding RVs.
Based on available information and customer reviews, Tropic Parks LLC presents a mixed picture. Some residents have reported positive experiences, highlighting a pleasant environment and neighborly atmosphere. One reviewer mentioned an "enjoyable experience" with nice residents who "keep to themselves," suggesting a sense of privacy and community harmony within the park. They also noted the desirability of securing a spot, implying that vacancies may be limited, which could be indicative of a well-regarded community.
However, other reviews present some concerns, primarily regarding the owner's management style and rental policies. One potential resident described difficulties in securing a spot despite having sufficient funds, citing a perceived inflexibility in the owner's approach. This individual also reported a significant delay in the return of their deposit after moving from a temporary spot, requiring multiple reminders. This suggests potential issues with administrative processes and communication.
Another prospective tenant echoed similar sentiments, expressing frustration with what they perceived as stringent and possibly subjective rental criteria. They felt that the owner was not open to considering their application, despite their willingness to meet the financial requirements. This review advises the owner to be more upfront about their preferred tenant profile to avoid wasting potential renters' time.
Interestingly, despite the negative feedback regarding the owner, one reviewer explicitly gave "5 stars for the park and neighbors" while assigning only "2 stars for the owner Peter." This stark contrast underscores the potential appeal of the park itself – the community and the physical environment – while highlighting areas where management practices might need improvement.
Conversely, another individual who visited the park looking for an emergency housing solution was denied a spot despite being willing to pay a substantial deposit upfront. This potential resident also noted some inconsistencies in the park's upkeep, observing neighbors with garbage and recycling outside their homes, which contradicts the image of an "exclusive" community they had anticipated. This suggests that while some areas of the park may be well-maintained, others might not meet the same standard.
Considering these varied perspectives, Tropic Parks LLC offers a mobile home park environment that some residents have found to be enjoyable, characterized by friendly neighbors and a degree of peaceful coexistence. If you are looking for a longer-term RV parking solution and value a sense of community, the positive remarks about the park's atmosphere might be appealing. It's important to note that availability could be limited, as indicated by one reviewer's comment about the difficulty of securing a spot.
However, potential residents should also be aware of the concerns raised in the reviews regarding the owner's management style, rental policies, and administrative processes. It would be prudent to have clear and thorough communication with the management regarding application procedures, deposit policies, and any specific requirements they may have for RV owners. Understanding their expectations upfront can help avoid potential misunderstandings or frustrations.
While the reviews offer a glimpse into past experiences, it is always recommended to contact Tropic Parks LLC directly to inquire about their current policies regarding RVs, availability, amenities, and any specific features they offer. Visiting the park in person, if possible, can also provide a firsthand impression of the environment and the overall upkeep of the community.
As a mobile home park listed under the category of "RV parks near me" on some platforms, Tropic Parks LLC may offer a unique option for those seeking a more permanent or longer-term RV living situation compared to traditional campgrounds. The sense of community highlighted in some reviews could be a significant draw for individuals looking for a place to settle in. However, it is crucial to weigh the positive aspects mentioned by some residents against the negative experiences shared by others, particularly concerning the management. Direct communication and a thorough understanding of their terms and conditions are essential for anyone considering making Tropic Parks LLC their home.
In conclusion, Tropic Parks LLC in Glendora, CA, presents a mobile home park environment that has been positively experienced by some residents in terms of community and atmosphere. However, potential residents, especially those with RVs, should be prepared to engage in thorough communication with the management regarding their policies and procedures, keeping in mind the concerns raised in online reviews about rental practices and administrative efficiency. Visiting the property can offer valuable insights to help you determine if Tropic Parks LLC aligns with your needs and expectations for an "RV park near me" offering a longer-term living arrangement.

Tropic Parks LLC Reviews
We had an enjoyable experience here. Everyones nice and keeps to themselves. No wierd activities where we had a spot. Great place if your able to get lucky enough to get an available spot. Our fence was an eyesore but we made the best of it.The owner at first didn't want to rent a spot to us even though our credit was an acceptable number but just had high usage. We had 4 months rent in advance plus deposit ready. He was giving us trouble with a spot but then when we moved from there the owner took 4 months to send our deposit back and we kept having to remind him like 3 times. Strange.5 stars for the park and neighbors2 stars for the owner peter
Jan 16, 2022 · Terra PerezThe owner is not flexible at all, he is a person who does not even give an opportunity to rent a place, they ask you for many things and review all your personal information so that in the end he told us NO, from the beginning he should say that he only rents to specific people .We were looking for a place due to an emergency and although we were willing to pay up to 4 months of the deposit that he asked for, he just said NO, it would be better to say that he does not rent the space instead of wasting time, we went to the place to see if it was so exclusive and the truth is that there were neighbors who had garbage and recycling outside their house, in short, I did not have a good experience
Aug 08, 2023 · Arely OviedoIve lived in trailer parks in the past, but this one was the worst. All the residents are on disability and have some sort of drug problem. This is normal for trailer parks and would be easy to live with but the neighbors don't keep to them selves. Constantly asking to borrow stuff and come by all hours of the night. If you tell them to leave you alone cause you have work the next day, it makes them come by even more. Again all of this could be bearable but i think the worst is the land lord peter. He owns the property and runs it. He stops by every Sunday and goes around every unit and has his wife look in all the windows. Its a huge invasion of privacy, especially when he charges so high on rent. I guess if your on disability and you don't have to work, this place is for you. But if your trying to mind your business and just go to work, this is not for you.
