Park City Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Park City Mobile Home Park, located at 3418 Kehm Blvd, Park City, IL 60085, USA. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Park City, Illinois area or considering a mobile home community, Park City Mobile Home Park can be contacted at (847) 623-7970 or +1 847-623-7970. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the publicly available customer reviews, which present a somewhat polarized perspective on the community and its management.
One of the provided reviews offers a peculiar and somewhat cryptic statement: "mogrants welocome ,get your work visa social security card and medicar right here! jobs?you on your own . aply for snap benifits at dcfs too MUCH BETTER SINCE CURUPT COP SHOP GOT KICKED OUT OF KELM AVE." This review is difficult to interpret in the context of a typical mobile home park. It seems to suggest a welcoming environment for immigrants and makes unsubstantiated claims about the facilitation of work visas, social security cards, and Medicare, which are government processes typically outside the purview of a mobile home park. The mention of job seekers being "on your own" and suggesting applying for SNAP benefits at DCFS (Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, which typically handles social services) is also unusual. The final statement about a "curupt cop shop" being removed from "Kelm Ave" (a street not directly associated with the listed address) is unclear and potentially irrelevant to the experience of living at Park City Mobile Home Park. Due to its ambiguity and potentially inaccurate claims, this review offers limited reliable information about the park itself.
In stark contrast, the second review provides a direct critique of the management, stating it is "Highly unprofessional." The reviewer elaborates on this by noting that the management seems to have "a difficult time getting 'paperwork' in order and in a timely manner." This suggests potential inefficiencies or disorganization in the administrative processes, which could lead to frustration for residents or those looking to move into the park, whether with a mobile home or an RV.
The negative experience with management extends to the process of getting an inspector in, with the reviewer claiming that the management makes "every excuse in the book to delay the appointment." This is a significant concern, particularly for individuals purchasing or moving a mobile home who may require inspections as part of the process. Delays in this area can lead to added stress and financial burdens for prospective residents.
The reviewer concludes by expressing disappointment in the management's "level of commitment to make a sale or transition easy" and strongly advises others to "look elsewhere." This negative testimonial highlights significant issues with the professionalism and helpfulness of the management at Park City Mobile Home Park, at least in the experience of this particular individual.
Considering these two reviews, it is challenging to form a comprehensive understanding of the environment, services, and features of Park City Mobile Home Park. One review is largely cryptic and potentially irrelevant, while the other focuses heavily on negative experiences with the management. Neither review provides details about the physical environment of the park (e.g., landscaping, cleanliness), the specific services offered (e.g., utilities, waste disposal, amenities), or any features that might be attractive to potential residents, including those seeking "RV parks near me."
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in Park City, IL, the lack of specific information about RV accommodations in the provided reviews is notable. Mobile home parks primarily cater to manufactured homes, and their policies regarding RVs for long-term stays can vary. Some parks might have designated areas or allow RVs under certain conditions, while others may not. Without direct information from the park management, it is unclear whether Park City Mobile Home Park is a viable option for RV living.
Given the negative feedback regarding the unprofessional management and administrative difficulties, prospective residents, including RVers, should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Park City Mobile Home Park. It would be essential to contact the management directly at (847) 623-7970 or +1 847-623-7970 to inquire about:
- Availability of lots for mobile homes or RVs (if applicable).
- The process for renting a lot and associated costs.
- The types of utility hookups available at each lot, specifically for RVs if they are permitted.
- Any amenities or services offered within the park that would be relevant to long-term residents or RVers (e.g., laundry facilities, community areas).
- The process for inspections if moving a mobile home or RV into the park.
- The management's policies and procedures for handling paperwork and resident transitions.
- Any rules and regulations of the park that might affect residents.
Due to the serious concerns raised about the management's professionalism and efficiency, it would also be prudent to seek feedback from current residents, if possible, to gain a broader understanding of the living experience at Park City Mobile Home Park. This could help to ascertain whether the issues raised in the negative review are isolated incidents or indicative of a more systemic problem.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Park City Mobile Home Park in Park City, IL, present a mixed and somewhat concerning picture. One review is cryptic and potentially unreliable, while the other strongly criticizes the unprofessional management and difficulties with administrative processes. There is no specific information regarding the park's suitability for RVs. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living at this location, thorough investigation and direct communication with the management are strongly recommended to address the significant concerns raised and to obtain accurate information about the park's environment, services, and features.

Sep 12, 2024 · John SmitheHighy unprofessional management. They seem to have a difficult time getting "paperwork" in order and in a timely manner....and don't even speak about getting an inspector in- they'll make every excuse in the book to delay the appointment. Very disappointed in their level of commitment to make a sale or transition easy....my advice is look elsewhere.
Nov 29, 2023 · Michelle AlbaGood place to call home. My kids go to gurnee schools and they love it. Management are on top of getting things cleaned up/ fixed but I think that helps keep the community looking clean and helps remind us to take care of the exterior part of our home. They also host events for the kids which is so nice of them and there is a teen center too. Overall it's great. The rent is decent, I think it's worth it especially when you live in a good school district and your right next to the tollway and in between two big cities (Gurnee/Waukegan). The police are also very nice and they make sure people drive safe and follow simple rules of the road...keeps our streets and kids safe.
Feb 16, 2019 · CalygirlAt pushing 800 a month and horrific parking and no yard.....ill pass They also like to nit pick about certain things, but some others can get away with it for years. Personally I dont live there but do know several families that do.
