Park La Habra Mobile Homes Introduce
For local users in the La Habra, California area searching for "RV parks near me" that might offer long-term residency, Park La Habra Mobile Homes, located at 1731 W Lambert Rd, La Habra, CA 90631, USA, presents a complex picture based on the available online reviews. You can contact them by phone at (562) 697-7882 or via mobile at +1 562-697-7882. While categorized under "RV parks near me," Park La Habra Mobile Homes appears to function as a permanent residential community for mobile home owners.
One detailed and critical review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the current state of Park La Habra Mobile Homes. The reviewer claims that the park has been neglected by Sue Mullens and Aimee Molsberry, implying a lack of proper maintenance and upkeep. They strongly advise against recommending the park to anyone and allege that residents who complain about the park's condition face eviction threats, which they state is an ongoing issue. Furthermore, this reviewer identifies the City of La Habra as the owner and suggests a lack of concern from the city regarding the residents' well-being. The review also mentions a connection with Park View La Habra, stating that both parks are under the same ownership and operation. A serious accusation is made regarding selective repairs, where management allegedly chooses who gets their homes fixed and who is allowed to undertake repairs themselves. The reviewer concludes by stating that residents are speaking out due to being "sick and tired of the harassment by the management" and that their voices are not being heard, suggesting a significant level of resident dissatisfaction. The reviewer also mentions posting pictures as evidence of the park's condition.
In contrast, a more recent review from someone who took clients to view homes for sale offers a slightly different perspective. This reviewer notes that while the "prices are good," the "park can use some straightening up," acknowledging that the park is not in pristine condition but also suggesting affordability. They also mention that the "folks there" are "very nice," indicating a potentially positive sense of community among the residents. This reviewer expresses hope that their offer will be accepted, suggesting that despite the need for improvements, the park might still be a viable option for some due to pricing or other factors.
Considering Park La Habra Mobile Homes within the context of "RV parks near me," these reviews present a dichotomy. On one hand, there are serious allegations of neglect, mismanagement, and harassment, coupled with concerns about the park's overall condition and potential eviction threats for those who voice complaints. This paints a concerning picture for prospective residents seeking a stable and positive long-term living environment. On the other hand, there is an acknowledgment of affordable prices and a positive mention of the friendliness of the residents, suggesting that the community itself might have some redeeming qualities.
For local users in La Habra looking for a mobile home park for long-term residency, the information available suggests a need for significant caution and thorough investigation. The serious allegations made in the critical review regarding management practices and the park's condition should not be taken lightly. Potential residents must weigh these concerns against the potential benefits of affordability and a friendly community, as mentioned in the more positive review.
The fact that the City of La Habra is reportedly the owner adds another layer of complexity. If the allegations of neglect and lack of concern are accurate, this might indicate a larger systemic issue that could be challenging to resolve quickly. The connection with Park View La Habra, also reportedly under the same management, might suggest that similar issues could be present at that location as well.
Given the conflicting viewpoints and the serious nature of the complaints in one of the reviews, it is crucial for prospective residents to look beyond the limited information available online. The mention of posted pictures by the dissatisfied resident could provide further visual evidence of the park's condition, if these are accessible. However, the absence of these pictures in the provided text means we cannot incorporate them into this description.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Park La Habra Mobile Homes, local users are strongly encouraged to contact the park directly at (562) 697-7882 or +1 562-697-7882 to inquire about the current condition of the park, management policies, and any ongoing issues raised in the reviews. Visiting the location at 1731 W Lambert Rd, La Habra, CA 90631, USA, is also essential to assess the environment firsthand. Speaking with current residents, if possible, could provide invaluable insights into the day-to-day living experience and the accuracy of the concerns raised in the reviews.
Prospective residents should also consider contacting the City of La Habra to inquire about their role and oversight of Park La Habra Mobile Homes, given the claim of city ownership. Understanding the city's involvement and any potential plans for addressing the reported issues could be crucial for making an informed decision.
Given the negative feedback regarding park conditions and management, it is unlikely that there is any current promotional information that would outweigh these concerns. However, it would still be prudent to inquire with the park management about any special offers or incentives for new residents, although this should be done in the context of a thorough investigation into the park's overall situation.
In conclusion, Park La Habra Mobile Homes in La Habra, CA, presents a mixed picture for potential long-term residents within the "RV parks near me" category. While there is a mention of affordable prices and friendly residents, serious concerns have been raised regarding the park's condition, management practices, potential eviction threats for complainants, and alleged neglect by the city owners. Prospective residents are strongly advised to exercise significant caution, conduct thorough independent research, including a visit to the park and direct communication with management and residents, and potentially contact the City of La Habra to gain a comprehensive understanding before making any decisions about residing at Park La Habra Mobile Homes.

Park La Habra Mobile Homes Reviews
My last review was removed not sure why. I am posting pictures of the condition of the park. Sue Mullens and Aimee Molsberry have let this park go. I do not recommend this park to anyone. If you complain about the condition of the park you will be evicted this is going on as we speak. The city of La Habra are the owners and they don't care about the residents. This and Park View La Habra are owned and operated by the same people. They only pick and choose who to have fix their homes and who gets to fix it. We are speaking out because we are sick and tired of the harassment by the management.I am a resident and they don't listen to us! pictures speak louder than word!
