Park Place Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users seeking information about residential options, particularly within the category of "rv parks near me" as a potential point of comparison or if the platform lists various types of housing, Park Place Mobile Home Park located at 5337 State Hwy 43, Joplin, MO 64804, USA, offers a residential community setting. While primarily a mobile home park rather than a transient RV park, it provides long-term living arrangements for individuals and families in the Joplin area. Understanding the environment, services, and features of Park Place Mobile Home Park is crucial for local users considering it as a potential housing option.
The environment of Park Place Mobile Home Park, based on the limited available information, presents a somewhat mixed picture. One resident review describes a "quiet" atmosphere with "nice neighbors," suggesting a potentially peaceful community for some residents. This positive feedback indicates that a sense of community and neighborly relations may exist within the park. However, another review paints a contrasting picture, alleging issues with property maintenance, unprofessional landlord behavior, and disruptive neighborly conduct. This suggests that the environment may not be consistently positive for all residents and that potential issues regarding management responsiveness and community standards may exist. Prospective residents should be aware of these contrasting perspectives when considering Park Place Mobile Home Park.
Information regarding the specific services offered at Park Place Mobile Home Park is limited. Typically, mobile home parks provide essential infrastructure such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups for the mobile homes residing within the community. The presence of individual mobile homes suggests that residents are responsible for their own utility connections and payments, though the park would maintain the overall infrastructure. The negative review mentions a lack of response to maintenance requests, specifically regarding a front door and a damaged floor over a period of years, and describes a "crackhead maintenance guy" who is allegedly unskilled and unprofessional. This raises concerns about the quality and reliability of maintenance services provided by the park management. Conversely, the positive review does not mention any issues with services, focusing instead on the quiet environment and neighbors. Without further information, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive overview of the services offered and their quality. Potential residents should inquire specifically about maintenance procedures, utility provisions, and any other services provided by the park management.
The features of Park Place Mobile Home Park are also not extensively detailed in the provided information. The fact that it is a mobile home park implies that the primary feature is the availability of individual lots for residents to place their mobile homes. This typically offers a more permanent and independent living situation compared to short-term RV parks. The positive review, mentioning "nice neighbors," suggests a sense of community as a potential feature for some residents. However, the negative review alludes to issues with certain neighbors and the landlord's behavior on the property, which could detract from the overall living experience. The mention of the landlord allegedly shouting about "guns" on the back of the property and reacting negatively to fireworks suggests potential issues with park rules or their consistent enforcement. The presence of such allegations should prompt prospective residents to inquire about park rules, community guidelines, and the management's approach to addressing resident concerns. The limited information makes it challenging to outline definitive features beyond the basic provision of mobile home lots and the contrasting experiences reported by residents.
The location of Park Place Mobile Home Park at 5337 State Hwy 43, Joplin, MO 64804, USA, offers a specific geographical context. State Highway 43 is a major route in the area, suggesting potential accessibility to other parts of Joplin and surrounding areas. Joplin is a city in southwest Missouri with a range of amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and recreational opportunities. The proximity to State Highway 43 could offer convenience for residents who need to commute or access services in the city. However, the specific environment immediately surrounding the park and the level of noise or traffic from the highway are not described in the provided reviews. Local users would need to consider the park's location relative to their workplaces, schools, and other important destinations in the Joplin area. Further research into the specific neighborhood and its characteristics would be beneficial for prospective residents.
No promotional information is provided in the reviews for Park Place Mobile Home Park. Mobile home parks typically offer long-term leases rather than short-term promotional rates like RV parks. Availability and lot rental fees would be the primary factors for prospective residents. To obtain information regarding lot availability, rental costs, lease terms, and park rules, interested parties should contact the park management directly at (417) 781-9752 or +1 417-781-9752. Given the conflicting reviews regarding the management and maintenance, it would be prudent for potential residents to ask detailed questions about these aspects and, if possible, speak to current residents to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the living conditions at Park Place Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, for local users exploring residential options and encountering Park Place Mobile Home Park, it is essential to consider the limited and somewhat conflicting information available. While one review suggests a quiet environment with nice neighbors, another raises significant concerns about maintenance, landlord professionalism, and community standards. The services and features appear to be typical of a mobile home park, focusing on providing lots with essential hookups. The location on State Highway 43 offers accessibility to Joplin, but the immediate surroundings are not detailed. No promotional information is available. Prospective residents are strongly advised to contact the park management directly at (417) 781-9752 or +1 417-781-9752 to inquire about lot availability, rental fees, park rules, maintenance procedures, and to seek clarification on the issues raised in the negative review. It would also be beneficial to visit the park and, if possible, speak with current residents to form a well-informed decision about whether Park Place Mobile Home Park is a suitable long-term housing option.

Park Place Mobile Home Park Reviews
I’ve been here over 3 years and the whole time I’ve been trying to get my front door replaced and for the past year part of the floor replaced cuz it’s falling through. The landlord won’t do anything and his crackhead maintenance guy doesn’t know how to do anything and never wears a shirt. Both are completely unprofessional. If you don’t mind living next to peds and an alcoholic landlord that shouts guns on the back of the property but freaks out on you for a couple fireworks (bottle rockets ) go for it.
