The best place to find your own house!!!Rebeca’s is a great person!!!
Apr 02, 2025 · Grace SantoyoI moved from Lombard in June and it’s such a nice little community. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. It’s also very clean and well kept. It’s a very nice place to live.
Jul 26, 2024 · T.S. BanksI moved in to Parkview 7 years ago and find that there is no consistency and fairness. On your lease it says no pit bulls. The management says they were grandfathered in. Not true those pit bulls came afterwards. You have people assigned parking spots and still they abuse visitor spots. residents with 3 or 4 cars. Using there driveway for storage of junk plus the double parking on street which creates a hindrance for emergency vehicles and police. Plus the single family home having 5 or 6 people living there. What happened to only leasees residing on property. What happened to background check. Management is aware and does nothing. Also coming onto park on street white truck stored on street for months rust and junk. Police said its Parkviews property. And management ignores the eyesore. This is the same person with pit bulls defacating in yard and not cleaning which is a displeasure for neighbor. And a constant subje t to manager with no resolution.Carin leaves Rebecca to the wolves and she has no help , no maintainable man to keep up with park. So it's like pulling teeth to get things done. So when they say trailer trash Parkview is the definition of that. Then residents with no regard to the lease. Neighbor selling weed nand acting like he owns the park. Because he feels he's here 20 years. Well frankly I feel we are all equal and should be treated as such. Time is not n excuse for ignorance..I wanted this to be my forever home I don't think it will happen. Can't wait to finish paying off home and move.this is the trash that is not addressed
Jul 25, 2023 · Giulia VoirolThe park itself is nice upfront. Wanted to apply and look some homes and the lady who answered had attitude from the start. Went the next day and she gave attitude again. If her attitude was pleasant I would’ve applied and bought a home hands down, but if she gave a potential resident such a rude experience I can only imagine how they treat the actual residents. The lot fee is somewhat high and being that everything is electric and that’s what you pay for you’re probably looking at 900-1000+ a month and the lot fee gets raised each year, so for that you’re better off buying your own house if at all possible.
Nov 09, 2018 · Gio GioI am researching the possibility of buying . I read the reviews. I too was treated rudely over the phone. They want to sell homes and have no knowledge of the the manufacture home, i.e. weather they are energy efficient, thick insulated walls, double pane windows. Etc.They are very interested in finding out your personal info, but offer only bad attitude in return. It’s like they are doing me a favor!Avoid this place and go your research!Once your sign, you are married to paying that lot rent til you sell your place or declare bankruptcy!
