Our Environment: A Relaxing Community with Potential for Increased Congestion
Peace River Village is described by one visitor as a "nice little community of mobile homes." This suggests a smaller, potentially close-knit residential environment. The visitor notes that the park "used to look a bit more neat and tidy," implying a possible change over time. However, they refrain from deducting a star for this, speculating that it might be due to being "more congested with people," a factor they acknowledge "can't be helped." This suggests that while the park might have experienced an increase in occupancy, leading to a perceived decrease in tidiness, it is understood as a natural consequence of growth.
Another visitor mentions enjoying relaxing visits to family within the community, specifically having coffee on their porch. This highlights a positive aspect of the environment – a peaceful and conducive setting for social interaction and relaxation. The fact that visitors find it enjoyable to spend time there suggests a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere within the community.
Mobile home parks typically consist of individual lots for manufactured homes, with communal roadways and potentially shared amenities. The overall aesthetic and environment can evolve over time due to various factors, including occupancy levels and landscaping maintenance. The feedback suggests that Peace River Village offers a generally pleasant environment, albeit one that might be experiencing some changes related to increased population density.

Nice place to visit my daughter
Mar 10, 2025 · Myriam DiazNice little community of mobile homes. It used to look a bit more neat and tidy, but I won't deduct a star for that, because it might be due to being more congested with people and I'm sure that can't be helped. I visit my aunt and uncle here to enjoy a cup of coffee in their porch and it's very relaxing.
Feb 02, 2022 · Jason BaldwinLived there for 6 years. The park changed owners several times and continues to go down hill! We moved due to theft and drugs. I know several still there only because they have to much invested over the years and can't afford to walk off and leave due to no one wanting to buy the aged MH's.
Nov 10, 2022 · Janie LoyedLooks like a lot of activities going on.
Feb 12, 2025 · Terry SikesThe owners don't care about residents or property upkeep. Big dog's, big pools, four wheelers driving around on property ripping up people lawn and owner don't care. And everyone gets same water bill which is bad because if you don't own above ground pool you shouldn't have to pay but you pay for everyone pool to get filled up. Trash all over.
