Peachtree Mobile Home Park, LLC Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Sugar Hill area of Georgia, Peachtree Mobile Home Park, LLC, situated at 1475 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Sugar Hill, GA 30518, USA, presents itself as a residential option. This community offers a blend of features and experiences, as reflected in the feedback from its residents.
One recurring positive aspect mentioned by residents is the generally quiet nature of the community on most days. For those prioritizing a peaceful living environment within an "RV park," this could be an attractive feature. Additionally, the park is lauded for its cleanliness compared to other similar parks. This focus on maintaining a clean environment can contribute significantly to the overall quality of life for residents.
A notable highlight of Peachtree Mobile Home Park, LLC, is the "Project Path" initiative. This program is praised for its efforts in keeping children engaged through reading and after-school activities. For families with young children seeking an "RV park" that offers enriching programs, Project Path appears to be a valuable asset, fostering a positive and engaging environment for the younger residents.
Another significant advantage of this location is its close proximity to a wealth of shopping and essential amenities. The Mall of Georgia, a major regional shopping destination, is conveniently located nearby, offering a wide array of retail, dining, and entertainment options. Furthermore, residents benefit from the presence of three major grocery stores in the immediate vicinity: Walmart, Kroger, and Publix. This accessibility to shopping centers and grocery stores enhances the convenience of living at Peachtree Mobile Home Park, LLC, making daily errands and leisure activities easily manageable.
However, it is essential to consider the more critical feedback shared by some long-term residents. One review from a 12-year resident paints a less favorable picture, citing issues with management. This aligns with another review that also mentions management as a significant concern. Potential residents should be aware of these perspectives and consider the importance of responsive and effective management in their overall living experience.
A specific point of contention raised by a long-term resident concerns the numerous and, in their opinion, "outrageous" speed bumps within the park. While acknowledged as a safety precaution, the reviewer suggests that these speed bumps are not suitable for many types of vehicles in the neighborhood, leading to cars frequently scraping against them. This is a practical consideration for individuals with certain types of vehicles who are looking at "RV parks near me" for long-term stays.
Furthermore, the same long-term resident detailed instances of what they perceived as unreasonable violations issued by the management. Examples include restrictions on commercial vehicles (even those used for residents' livelihoods), fees for extra parked cars (a common situation with growing families), and citations for natural occurrences like tree roots showing. These accounts suggest a potentially stringent and sometimes inflexible approach to park rules and regulations.
The economic aspect of living in the park is also a concern raised in the review. A recent rent increase of $50 is mentioned as a significant burden for some low-income families, potentially impacting their ability to afford groceries and essential medications. This highlights the importance of understanding the full cost of living, including potential rent increases, when considering Peachtree Mobile Home Park, LLC, or any other "RV park."
The availability and maintenance of amenities are also questioned. Despite the presence of a pool, it is reportedly rarely open, causing disappointment among residents, especially during warmer months. The lack of recreational facilities like trampolines and the imposition of high pet fees are also cited as negative aspects, potentially impacting families with children and pet owners.
The reviewer also describes instances of perceived invasion of privacy and disrespectful behavior from some members of the management, including unannounced door knocking and inappropriate interactions with visitors. These accounts underscore the importance of respectful and professional management in fostering a positive community environment.
While the "Project Path" is commended for its positive impact on children, the overall sentiment of the long-term resident's review is one of dissatisfaction and a feeling of being unwelcome in their own "home." The reviewer ultimately states they would "0/10 never recommend living in this neighborhood" based on their experiences.
Given the contrasting views presented in the resident feedback, it is crucial for prospective residents searching for "RV parks near me" to weigh the reported benefits (quiet environment, cleanliness, Project Path, proximity to amenities) against the significant concerns raised (management issues, speed bumps, strict regulations, rent increases, limited pool access, pet fees, perceived privacy violations). It is highly recommended to contact Peachtree Mobile Home Park, LLC, directly at (770) 932-8451 or +1 770-932-8451 to inquire about current conditions, policies, and availability. Visiting the park in person, if possible, and speaking with current residents (if opportunities arise) could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the community and its living environment.
As there is no specific promotional information provided in the given text, interested parties should directly inquire with the management about any ongoing offers or incentives for new residents. Understanding the current rental rates, lease terms, and any associated fees is essential for making an informed decision when considering Peachtree Mobile Home Park, LLC, as one of the potential "RV parks near me."
In conclusion, Peachtree Mobile Home Park, LLC, in Sugar Hill, Georgia, offers a location with convenient access to shopping and a potentially quiet living environment, along with a commendable children's program. However, prospective residents should carefully consider the serious concerns raised by long-term residents regarding management practices, park regulations, and the overall living experience before making a decision. Direct engagement with the management and, if possible, current residents is strongly advised to gain a balanced and up-to-date perspective.

Dec 22, 2024 · Reina GI’ve been living here for the past 12 years and it has not been fun whatsoever. Most of the neighbors are great but the management (as said in another review) sucks. One thing anyone in this neighborhood could say is the speed bumps are outrageous! Yes they’re a safety precaution but the speed bumps are not suitable for a lot of the cars in the neighborhood that i’ve noticed. So many cars scraping against them. On another note, they will give you violations for the most unreasonable things. When it comes to commercial vehicles, what management doesn’t understand is that people use these vehicles for work and to make a living. To pay rent for the trailers that we live in! They would not allow my dad to put his paint company logo on his van . And to pay a fee to have extra cars parked? Kids grow up, they get cars , those are necessities. Another thing that management doesn’t realize is a lot of us live in trailers because we are of low income and trailers tend to be affordable but you raise the rent by $50 about a week ago and now not only will some of the families lose money for groceries to feed their kids, but some of us need that extra $50 to by medicine that we can’t live without. But they probably wanna use that extra money to cut down the trees they want to cut down when it’s not a necessity for these trees to be cut down. If we have to pay so much extra rent at least open the pool because we have one! But it’s never open! I’m surprised it even opened last year. I’m just the daughter of two of the residents in this neighborhood but going home makes me feel trapped. We can’t have trampolines or anything like that and I personally think my brother would have so much fun knowing he had a fun thing to go to outside my house so he doesn’t wander off. I’d be able to watch him from the porch while he’d be jumping on the trampoline. Kids need to be kids. And the pet fees are outrageous. I had a dog that I’ve had since I was 11, and because the pet fees were so high, I had to get rid of my best friend. Every child should be able to get a best friend and keep them until their time is done. Not only does it effect me, but the animals have feelings to. And I can’t imagine how confused my dog felt leaving and not being able to see me anymore. I can see how good they’re doing with the path project , makes a safe space for the kids. But the management for peachtree village make my “home” feel a lot less like a home. We are simply trying to make a living but you guys are making it very difficult. I’d like to do more fun things in life rather than just work and pay rent because at this point that’s all i have money for. I would 0/10 never recommend living in this neighborhood. Plus there’s no reason for management to walk around banging on our doors and trying to find a reason for violation. It’s almost like an invasion of privacy. One out of the many managers that have come and go , my friend came to pick me up and I was taking a minute to come out and management starts talking to her (WITH ATTITUDE) about what goes on in my house. I spoke up and she started giving me attitude and disrespecting me because not only did she talk to my friend but literally on my porch snooping around. All I know , is there was a violation on our door the next day and i don’t remember what it was but I can remember all of us being confused as to why we got a violation for something that didn’t exist. Not the mention the violations people got because the roots of the trees growing FROM EARTH were showing. Like I’m sorry, How insane do you have to be to write a citation for something that not an ANYONES control. It baffles me everyday the new things that happen in this neighborhood. I say this all with love because i’m general I think this neighborhood could be how it was again. Community, FUN, Pool every summer, trampolines, and furry companions that we can take care of without having to pay anything. My message to management : I don’t know your story, but hear ours out. We are people just trying to make a living same as you. Do better.
Jun 18, 2024 · Brielia Reyesoh they gotta be paying people to write reviews! there’s no way they’re at 4 stars … been living here over 16 years…. neighbors in the community are great, super nice and loving !!! but management need to improve. called the office and spoke with a lady asking to talk to the owner she said he lives in florida, she’s just manages the office, but she’s never there. I can go on…. Most of the community there work outside so majority their jobs involve having big cars and trailers to keep all there equipment, but the office charges and extra fee EACH MONTH if it’s wondering around the grass or they’ll ask to remove it. how can they ask to remove a work material that people use to work and make a living. They’ll so inconsiderate but so quick to send violation notes and send extra bills. new management is needed ASAP.
Jul 08, 2023 · Alejandra SanchezVery nice place to live. The office manager Latoya always answers each of my questions and it’s very understanding. I came back to give a review because honestly if there was a 10 star I would put it. Latoya has honestly one of the manager that have stayed and I really appreciate everything that she has done for me.
Jul 09, 2022 · Manuela FigueroaI have been living here for a couple of years now and I love my neighborhood but I’m especially grateful for Latoya who works in the office! I have struggled with their office keeping my information up to date and Latoya has truly exceeded my expectations and has been the most helpful and quick to help me solve any previous problems I have had! I am so happy to see that I can trust her and feel assured that I am in good hands with her! Thank you Latoya!!
