Pecan Acres RV Park Introduce
When looking for "RV parks near me" in the Azle, Texas area, Pecan Acres RV Park, located at 12667 S Farm to Market Rd 730, Azle, TX 76020, USA, presents a location with notable features and contrasting customer experiences. This introduction aims to provide a detailed and objective overview of the park based on the available online reviews, highlighting both the positive aspects and the concerns raised by individuals who have stayed or had interactions with Pecan Acres RV Park.
One of the consistently mentioned positive attributes of Pecan Acres RV Park is its environment, particularly the abundance of mature trees offering significant shade. As one reviewer noted, it is a park "with Lots of shade trees," and another described it as having "shade trees galore." In the Texas climate, ample shade is a highly desirable feature for RV parks, providing relief from the heat and creating a more comfortable outdoor living space. This natural environment could be a significant draw for those seeking a cooler and more sheltered RV experience.
Another positive aspect mentioned in the reviews is the recent addition of high-speed internet. One reviewer explicitly stated, "Just added high speed Internet that works fantastic!" In today's connected world, reliable internet access is often a crucial amenity for both short-term travelers and long-term residents, making this a valuable feature of Pecan Acres RV Park.
Furthermore, one reviewer praised the park's cleanliness and the manager's efforts to maintain a safe environment. They commented, "Very nice, clean park and shade trees galore. Donna the manager doesn't allow any riff raff or sketchy stuff in the park or they are thrown out. She also does background checks which keeps everyone feeling safe. Highly recommend this park." This perspective suggests that the management prioritizes maintaining a clean and secure community within Pecan Acres RV Park, which can be a significant factor for many RVers when choosing a place to stay.
However, the reviews also contain serious allegations and negative experiences that potential visitors should carefully consider. One detailed review presents a starkly different perspective, claiming issues with the shade trees, stating they have "dead branches hanging over RV trailers," which could pose a safety hazard. This reviewer also alleges a negative interaction with the manager, Donna, claiming, "Someone can tell lies about you and Donna sends her loyal followers after you to run you off so she doesn't get in a bad reputation." This suggests potential issues with park management and interpersonal dynamics within the community.
The same negative review further claims instances of privacy violation and overreach by the manager, stating, "I told 2 people that she watches me with everything I do. another person I told them that Donna doesn't like me. that got back to her in a short time. She confronted me in a very short time. She then stepped over authority and called my emergency contact about the things I said." If these allegations are accurate, they raise significant concerns about the management's professionalism and respect for the privacy of park residents.
The reviewer also reports disturbing incidents related to safety and security, stating, "some body messed with my pickup and the alarm went off in the middle of the night. my trl was jacked up so the wheels were off the ground. it was on concrete under a little gravel. back ground checks are not a good thing because they can be minor things can't believe Donna took her robe off. And stood there in her nightgown." These claims of vehicle tampering and unusual behavior are serious and could indicate a potentially unsafe environment for residents.
The contrasting nature of these reviews highlights the importance of considering all available feedback when evaluating Pecan Acres RV Park. While the park offers appealing features like shade and high-speed internet, the serious allegations regarding management practices, privacy concerns, and potential safety issues cannot be ignored. The claim of dead branches in the shade trees also contradicts the positive descriptions of the environment.
It is important to note that online reviews are subjective and represent individual experiences. However, the detailed nature of the negative review, including specific allegations and incidents, warrants careful consideration by potential visitors. The stark contrast between the positive and negative feedback suggests that experiences at Pecan Acres RV Park may vary significantly.

Nov 17, 2023 · Trucker DarrylI am currently living here due to rent being so high right now. And I can't afford it right now to own a house/property. However, this RV park site has been great to my husband and I. It's very calm and quiet around, and so far, some of the residents I've interacted with are friendly and welcoming. There are to site washers and dryers as well as a public shower in the mail room by the front office. These also have an open food pantry where you can donate goods or take. I thought that was sweet. Next door is a pretty convenient gas station. Downfall is, it can be noisy with the 18 wheelers, but nothing that crazy. There's alot of trees that give off great shade during the summer. Overall I do like it here! Recommend for temporary stay or long term, if lots are available lol. Also, everything is relatively close as far as your needs go.
Jan 12, 2024 · Isabel GarciaThese people are so nice! Donna greeted us upon arrival and she was a huge help throughout our month-long stay. The price is great! There is definitely some road noise and a lot of trash blows over from the gas station next door. Our spot was the row closest to the gas station as well, so there were often people walking through. Some residents do tend to hover pretty bad when someone is trying to hitch or unhitch. Overall, there area is very safe and the people are kind. Management obviously works really hard here and is there for the residents at any time.
Mar 17, 2022 · Rachel WardAs of August we have lived here for two years. In that time we have seen some changes. Donna has implemented new rules to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. A lot of the residents are long term and happy being here. If you can follow basic rules, keep your site clean and keep you kids and pets under control you will love being here!
