724 RV Park Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Azle, Texas area, 724 RV Park, located at 724 Silver Creek Azle Rd, Azle, TX 76020, USA, presents a mixed and somewhat concerning picture based on the limited customer reviews available online. These reviews offer contrasting experiences, with one highlighting positive aspects like a wonderful park manager and affordability, while the other raises serious concerns regarding maintenance, access to facilities, safety, and rule enforcement. To provide an objective introduction for local users, it is crucial to consider both perspectives and the significant discrepancies between them.
One reviewer describes a positive initial experience, noting a "Wonderful park manager" and the ability for guests to "select our Spot." This suggests a degree of flexibility and helpfulness in the management during the arrival process. The reviewer also points out that 724 RV Park is a "new Park w/low rent" and that "utilities are included," which can be significant financial advantages for RVers, especially those on a budget or staying for an extended period. Furthermore, this reviewer mentions that the park is "quiet," which is a desirable attribute for many seeking a peaceful living environment.
However, the second review paints a starkly different and highly critical picture of 724 RV Park. This reviewer labels the place as "alful" and raises several serious issues. A major complaint concerns the accessibility of essential facilities like the "showers and laundry room," which reportedly do not open until the manager "fells like it," regardless of the stated opening time of 8 am (with one instance cited where they were still closed at 11 am). Limited and unpredictable access to these basic amenities can significantly impact the quality of life for residents and visitors.
The second reviewer also raises significant safety concerns regarding the physical environment of the park. They mention "holes dig ever where u can fall in up to your knees" that have reportedly been present for "weeks." Such unattended hazards pose a serious risk of injury to residents and their guests. The lack of attention to these safety issues is deeply concerning and suggests potential negligence in maintaining a safe environment within the park.
Another critical point of contention is the alleged failure to enforce park rules, specifically regarding dogs being kept on leashes. The reviewer claims that despite repeated requests to the manager and owner about "dogs having Provo here," the response was "not her problem." The lack of enforcement of leash rules can lead to uncomfortable or even dangerous situations for residents, particularly those with pets or children, and indicates a potential disregard for the safety and well-being of all park occupants.
Based on these limited reviews, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment, services, and features of 724 RV Park. The positive review suggests a quiet environment with the benefit of low rent and included utilities, potentially in a newly established park setting. The negative review, however, strongly contradicts this, highlighting significant maintenance issues, unreliable access to basic facilities, and a lack of attention to safety and rule enforcement.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided, but the mention of "low rent" in the positive review could be considered a promotional aspect, especially for budget-conscious RVers. The inclusion of utilities in the rent further enhances the financial appeal. However, these potential benefits are severely undermined by the serious concerns raised in the negative review regarding safety and the functionality of essential services.
In conclusion, for local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Azle, Texas, 724 RV Park presents a highly uncertain prospect based on the available online reviews. While the park may offer the advantages of low rent, included utilities, and a potentially quiet environment, there are significant red flags raised by at least one reviewer concerning the unreliability of essential facilities, serious safety hazards due to unattended holes, and a lack of enforcement regarding pet leash rules. The stark contrast between the two reviews suggests that experiences at 724 RV Park may vary widely, or that significant issues may have arisen or persisted since the positive review was posted.
Given the serious nature of the allegations in the negative review, including potential safety hazards and unreliable access to basic amenities, prospective residents or visitors should exercise extreme caution. It is strongly recommended that anyone considering 724 RV Park contact the management directly at (817) 500-2447 or +1 817-500-2447 to inquire about the current status of the park, the accessibility of facilities, the measures taken to ensure safety, and the enforcement of park rules. Visiting the park in person to assess the conditions and speak with current residents (if possible) would also be a prudent step before making any commitment. The conflicting information available online necessitates thorough due diligence to determine if 724 RV Park meets the standards for a safe, comfortable, and reliable RV living experience.

Apr 02, 2025 · Johnny MortonJust moved here and I'm brand new to RV living and couldn't be happier!!! It's very quiet and peaceful here, and the owner is incredibly helpful and probably one of the nicest people I've met! Thank YouAlso, thought I'd add the lot rent is VERY affordable ( best deal in all of Azle) and includes utilities, strong wi-fi 🛜 and a nice laundry 🧺 room with clean 🫧 shower 🚿 facilities 😊We also got to pick our own spot, and were given a very big lot 😉
Dec 19, 2023 · Kimmie WaddleI would give no stars if that was an option. The owner Chano keeps the laundry and shower room locked at all times. So it's not useable. So if you need showers this is not the place for you. He also put in 6-8 inch high speed bumps. They are tearing up everyone's vehicles. I moved yesterday because of this reason. The exhaust pipe in my car is hanging down about 5 inches. My car is not driveable at the moment thanks to the terrible management. They have no idea how to run a business. I never received my mail. Terrible terrible place to live.
