Penn Heights Mobile Park Inc Introduce
Seeking "RV parks near me" in the Penn, Pennsylvania area? Penn Heights Mobile Park Inc, located at 1 Clearfield Dr, Penn, PA 15675, USA, presents itself as a mobile home park that may also accommodate RVs. Based on the available customer reviews, it appears to be a generally acceptable place to reside, offering affordability and a mix of residents. This introduction aims to provide local users with an objective overview of Penn Heights Mobile Park Inc, drawing upon the feedback available online to describe its environment, potential services, and features relevant to those seeking RV parking.
One of the notable aspects of Penn Heights Mobile Park Inc, as highlighted by a former resident, is the affordability of the lot rental. They mention paying $375 per month, which included water. For individuals seeking budget-friendly options for long-term RV parking in the Penn area, this price point may be attractive. The inclusion of water in the lot rental fee adds further value and convenience for residents.
The community at Penn Heights Mobile Park Inc appears to be diverse, consisting of "young families and retired couples." This mix of age groups can contribute to a varied and potentially vibrant community atmosphere, offering opportunities for interaction and a sense of neighborhood among residents with different life experiences.
For pet owners, Penn Heights Mobile Park Inc offers a significant advantage as "Dogs and cats are allowed!" This pet-friendly policy is a crucial consideration for many RV travelers and long-term residents who wish to bring their furry companions with them. The acceptance of both dogs and cats suggests a welcoming attitude towards pets within the community.
In terms of the overall environment, one reviewer describes the park as "Decent" and "an overall okay place to live" under "most conditions." This suggests that while it may not be exceptional, it meets a basic standard of living for its residents. However, the same reviewer also points out some specific drawbacks that potential residents should be aware of.
One concern mentioned is the presence of "quite a few strays towards the left side entrance park of the park." The presence of stray animals could be a concern for some individuals due to potential safety issues, noise, or general unease. It might be worth inquiring with the park management about their policies and efforts regarding stray animals on the property.
Another significant issue raised is the condition of the infrastructure, specifically noting that "The road needs paved." Unpaved roads can lead to dust, uneven driving surfaces, and potential maintenance issues for vehicles, including RVs. This is a practical consideration for those planning to navigate the park regularly with their recreational vehicles.
Regarding winter maintenance, the reviewer states that the snow "plowing during the winter" is "okay." This suggests that while snow removal is performed, it may not always be to the highest standard, potentially causing inconvenience or accessibility issues during the colder months. RV owners planning to stay through the winter should take this into account.
On a more positive note regarding maintenance, the reviewer mentions that the "grass always cut." This indicates that basic groundskeeping is performed, contributing to a somewhat maintained appearance of the park, even if other infrastructure aspects like the roads need improvement.
The reviewer also offers insights into their interactions with landlords, stating that they "were too picky." This comment is somewhat subjective but could imply a potentially stringent or demanding management style. While not directly related to the physical environment or services, the perceived attitude of the landlords can impact a resident's overall experience.
In contrast to the landlords, the reviewer notes that the "garbage men were polite as were the neighbors." Positive interactions with service staff and fellow residents can contribute to a more pleasant living environment and a sense of community within the park.
Considering these points, Penn Heights Mobile Park Inc appears to be an affordable, pet-friendly community with a mix of residents. However, potential RV residents should be aware of the reported issues such as the presence of stray animals in certain areas, the need for road paving, and potentially adequate but not exceptional snow plowing. The subjective comment about "picky" landlords is also something to keep in mind, although it is based on one individual's experience.
For local users seeking "RV parks near me" that prioritize affordability and allow pets, Penn Heights Mobile Park Inc could be a viable option to explore further. To gain a more comprehensive understanding, it is recommended to contact the park directly at (724) 523-8945 or +1 724-523-8945. Inquiring about the current lot rental rates, the condition of the roads and parking areas for RVs, the park's policies on stray animals, and any other amenities or services offered would be beneficial. A visit to the location at 1 Clearfield Dr, Penn, PA 15675, USA, could also provide valuable firsthand insight into the environment and the overall condition of the park.
In conclusion, Penn Heights Mobile Park Inc offers an affordable, pet-friendly living option in Penn, PA, with a diverse community of young families and retired couples. While basic grounds maintenance seems to be in place, potential RV residents should be aware of reported issues such as stray animals, unpaved roads, and potentially adequate winter snow removal. Further inquiry and a site visit are recommended to determine if the park meets individual needs and expectations for long-term RV living in the area.

Penn Heights Mobile Park Inc Reviews
Decent park, quite a few strays towards the left side entrance park of the park. The road needs paved, okay plowing during the winter but grass always cut. Consist of young families and retired couples, honestly is an overall okay place to live. Landlords were too picky, garbage men were polite as were the neighbors. Dogs and cats are allowed! I used to pay 375 a month for my lot including water.
