Based on the limited information, the environment of Pheasant Lake Estates appears to be that of a traditional mobile home park setting. Typically, such communities offer residents a sense of stability and belonging, often fostering a close-knit atmosphere. The address, "1 Pheasant Cir," suggests a potentially self-contained area designed for residential living. For those considering ‘RV parks near me’ for a longer duration, the established nature of a mobile home park like Pheasant Lake Estates can be appealing due to the potential for a more settled lifestyle compared to transient RV parks.
In terms of services, mobile home parks generally provide essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups. It is reasonable to assume that Pheasant Lake Estates offers these basic amenities to its residents. Additionally, many mobile home parks have on-site management and maintenance services to address the needs of the community and ensure the upkeep of the grounds. One customer review mentions the maintenance staff, indicating that such a service is indeed present at Pheasant Lake Estates. However, the review also notes inconsistencies in their responsiveness, which is something prospective residents should consider.
Features of mobile home parks can vary. Some offer communal facilities such as laundry rooms, clubhouses, playgrounds, or even swimming pools. Without specific details for Pheasant Lake Estates, it's challenging to list precise features. However, the very nature of a mobile home estate often implies a focus on creating a residential environment. This might include well-maintained common areas and a structured layout. For individuals actively searching for ‘RV parks near me’ with a focus on community and long-term living, exploring the specific features offered by Pheasant Lake Estates directly through their contact information would be beneficial.
Customer reviews offer a glimpse into the lived experiences within Pheasant Lake Estates. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction, using strong terms like "demeaning," "expensive," and "ignorant." This review criticizes the office staff's communication style and responsiveness to resident issues, particularly concerning maintenance after lot price increases. This perspective highlights potential challenges related to management and service delivery that prospective residents should be aware of and investigate further.
Conversely, another review presents a much more positive experience, describing Pheasant Lake Estates as "a very nice place to live." This reviewer attributes negative feedback to individuals not adhering to community rules and praises the respect and kindness shown by the management, maintenance staff, and office secretary. This contrasting viewpoint suggests that the experience at Pheasant Lake Estates might be subjective and dependent on individual expectations and interactions.
Considering these differing opinions is crucial for anyone searching for ‘RV parks near me’ and evaluating Pheasant Lake Estates. It underscores the importance of visiting the property, speaking with current residents (if possible), and directly engaging with the management to form a comprehensive understanding of the community and its operational practices.

Pheasant Lake Estates Reviews
Demeaning, expensive, and ignorant. Everyone in office speaks down to its residents ringleader being Laurie to do any of this. This place is quick to come drop a letter off in the mail with a deadline of things to keep up with in your home but when they are responsible for attending to it’s residents after raising lot prices time after time, they turn a blind eye. Will say maintenance staff is gone home for the day while same said staff is answering calls debating in showing up to address to solve any issue. A joke.
Apr 08, 2025 · Esmeralda PlascenciaThis is a very nice place to live. Most of the bad reviews are from people who don’t follow the rules. Living in a community like this there are rules to follow to make it nice for everyone. Everyone has treated me with respect and kindness from the Manager to the maintenance staff to the secretary in the office. Great place to live!
Oct 06, 2024 · Nina GuralmikThe hot water tank went out I have been waiting since yesterday for maintenance and nobody showed up the office people that are answering the phones are very rude and they raise a rent but they don't want to fix nothing I think the next call I'm going to make this to my lawyer cuz this is ridiculous
Mar 16, 2025 · Michelle SmadoI was a little nervous because I'd heard a lot of stories about mobile home communities. But when I got to pheasant lake estates, I knew this was not that kind of place that I had to worry about. The homes were beautiful the property was well kept they answered all my questions, respectfully and completely. And the manager made sure that we had all the information and even showed us more homes than we scheduled to see. Very knowledgeable and friendly and polite. I'd give 10 Stars if I could.
Aug 30, 2022 · Joshua SmithThey keep raising the lot fee which is way overpriced as it is. We have no dog park, no amenities, there are ponds all over that are not maintained so fly and mosquito breading grounds. The roads are not well maintained. The office is quick to complain but when its your turn they turn a deaf ear. The people are great as far as the residence and it would be a great place to live but for the few things above. Oh and the water is a rusted mess wth we are paying so high of a lot fee for I simply can’t imagine. Also I recently found out they are doing illegal dumping on the property near the well water and the stream causing health issues for residence. The maintenance staff told police they authorized the dumping. There are chemicals in the water and in the park very dangerous.
