Pinecrest Mobile Home Community Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Crestline, Ohio area for a potentially long-term and community-oriented living experience? Pinecrest Mobile Home Community, located at 903 Colby Rd, Crestline, OH 44827, USA, might be a location to consider. This community offers a mobile home park setting, which can sometimes accommodate RVs for extended stays, providing a different lifestyle compared to traditional short-term campgrounds.
While specific details about RV accommodations and amenities at Pinecrest Mobile Home Community are not readily available online, mobile home parks often feature certain infrastructure that could be beneficial for RV living. These may include individual utility hookups such as electricity, water, and sewer connections at each lot. These essential services are crucial for comfortable long-term stays, allowing residents to power their RVs and manage waste effectively. The availability and capacity of these hookups for RVs would need to be verified directly with the management.
The environment of Pinecrest Mobile Home Community in Crestline, Ohio, likely offers a residential atmosphere. Unlike the often transient nature of typical RV parks, a mobile home community fosters a greater sense of neighborhood and belonging among its residents. This can translate to a quieter and more stable living environment. Crestline itself is a smaller town in Crawford County, Ohio, offering a more relaxed pace of life. Potential residents might appreciate the local charm and access to nearby amenities and services within the town and surrounding areas.
Features of mobile home parks can vary. Some communities offer communal facilities such as laundry rooms, community centers, or even recreational areas. It is important to inquire specifically about what amenities are available at Pinecrest Mobile Home Community for its residents, including any that might be accessible to RV dwellers if they are accepted. Factors like lot sizes and landscaping can also contribute to the overall appeal and comfort of the community.
When considering Pinecrest Mobile Home Community as one of the "RV parks near me," it's essential to look beyond the basic infrastructure and consider the management and community aspects. Unfortunately, publicly available recent customer reviews raise some concerns regarding communication and management practices. One review mentions significant difficulties in contacting the management regarding an application, with unanswered phone calls and a locked office door during business hours. Another review expresses serious concerns about potential arbitrary rent increases and alleged threats of eviction without proper justification.
These reviews, while representing individual experiences, should be taken into consideration when evaluating Pinecrest Mobile Home Community. Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence. This includes attempting to contact the management directly through the provided phone numbers, (419) 405-9194 and +1 419-405-9194, to inquire about RV accommodations, availability, lot sizes, utility hookups, community rules, and rental agreements. It would also be prudent to schedule an in-person visit to observe the community environment and speak with current residents if possible (while respecting their privacy).
Asking specific questions about the application process, lease terms, rent policies, and any additional fees is crucial. Understanding the procedures for maintenance requests and community guidelines will also contribute to a well-informed decision. It is important to ensure that all terms and conditions are clearly understood before committing to a long-term stay.
Given the limited positive information available online and the concerning negative feedback regarding management responsiveness and rental practices, potential residents should approach Pinecrest Mobile Home Community with caution. While it might offer a long-term living solution in the Crestline area, addressing the issues raised in the reviews through direct communication with the management is highly recommended. Seeking clarification and documented policies regarding rent adjustments and eviction procedures would be a necessary step to protect your interests.
In your search for "RV parks near me" that offer a more community-based living experience, consider Pinecrest Mobile Home Community as a potential option, but prioritize thorough investigation and direct communication to ensure it meets your needs and expectations. Be prepared to ask detailed questions about all aspects of living in the community, taking into account the available, albeit limited and concerning, public feedback. A well-informed decision is key to a positive and stable long-term living situation.
Remember to verify all information independently as online details may not always be up-to-date or comprehensive. Your direct engagement with the management of Pinecrest Mobile Home Community will be the most reliable way to assess its suitability for your long-term RV living needs in the Crestline, Ohio area.

Pinecrest Mobile Home Community Reviews
My husband and I recently applied to live here. Every time we call about the status of our application, the phone is never answered. My husband stopped by there today and when he got to the door, it was locked and while he could hear people inside, no one would answer the door to speak with him.

Apr 24, 2025 · Maseon MoyerI / we have been in this Park for 33 years. My mother is set income with SS. I have seen the rent go up 90$ for people who only own their trailers out here but yet none of the New OR the ones that have caught fire or destroyed from previous tenents. Our rent goes up EVERY year and I am sorry but this place will never be a 1000$ a month property. All that it's doing is making our seniors lose more $ to the point they will lose the ONLY place they have called home longer then anyone has cared about this place.. My mom has/we have but shows it doesn't matter.. You will continue to see this place sink with all the 'Let's better it' ... No it's called lets make this place a home again where kids had fun, raised and didn't have to worry about rude managment only writting up the Grandfathered clause renters (we own our homes).. If my mom didn't have Dementia and this is the ONLY HOME she knows I woulda already taken her out of her but I will fight and stand my ground for her ... This place has turned into a sickening money pit and it is a shame.
Oct 09, 2024 · tracie huffmanAbsolutely horrible landlords. He accused us of getting drunk and fighting outside all the time, told me I couldn't wash my makeup off in the sink, told us we couldn't smoke our cigarettes inside during blizzard conditions. Only ever fixed the leak in the kitchen sink, (improperly), and the clogs in the bathroom sink (makeup washing issue) and the clogged master toilet. He never fixed the sink (didn't swivel, bounced back to middle) , didn't give us central air as promised in lease(the whole 4-5 months) our daughter((2mo) in sweltering heat) she almost had heat stroke....didn't fix anything else whem we asked really.keep in mind they hide discriminatory rules towards minorities in the lease. Gave us 3 days to move out in total for missing our $1000+ mo rent.... Yeah..... Sucks a**
