Woodland Hills MHC Introduce
Woodland Hills MHC is a mobile home park located at 673 Armstrong St in Mansfield, Ohio. For local users considering long-term living options or searching within the category of "RV parks near me," the available customer reviews paint a deeply concerning picture of the environment, management, and safety within this community.
One reviewer describes Woodland Hills MHC as "one of the worst places I have ever lived," citing "horrible" communication and a problematic neighborhood. This individual recounts negative experiences with the management, deeming them the "worst I’ve ever worked with" and stating that the stress of living there is not worthwhile. Specific grievances include a policy against moving to a larger mobile home within the park after having a baby, forcing residents to complete their existing lease without transferring their initial deposit. The reviewer also accuses the management of "always scamming someone" and notes that the park's photos are "very deceiving." Furthermore, the reviewer mentions that trees have been cut down, leading to the observation that "Woodland Hills is woodless hills," concluding with a general assessment of the park being "just bad all the way around."
A second review conveys even more alarming safety concerns. This reviewer, identifying as family of a 16-year-old boy who was kidnapped and murdered after entering the park, expresses profound disappointment with the management's response. According to the review, the management offered "no help whatsoever," only providing a video of the boy entering the park and not leaving. The reviewer also criticizes the lack of support from neighbors, stating that despite the presence of doorbell cameras, no one in the park offered assistance even after being shown a flyer of the missing boy. This deeply personal and tragic account underscores severe safety issues within the park and a perceived lack of community support and management involvement in a critical situation. The reviewer explicitly advises against visiting the park due to safety concerns.
Given that Woodland Hills MHC is identified as a mobile home park, its primary focus is on providing long-term residential options for manufactured homes. Typically, such parks offer:
- Individual lots for mobile homes: Residents lease the land for their manufactured homes. However, the negative reviews regarding management policies and the environment raise serious concerns about the value and quality of this arrangement at Woodland Hills MHC.
- Utility connections: Essential utilities such as water, electricity, and sewer are usually provided. However, the overall negative sentiment suggests potential issues with the reliability or cost of these services.
- Basic infrastructure: This includes roadways within the park. The reviews do not specifically comment on the infrastructure, but the general dissatisfaction implies potential problems.
- Management: The reviews offer scathing criticism of the management, citing poor communication, unhelpful policies regarding housing changes, accusations of financial exploitation, and a lack of support in a serious safety crisis.
Regarding the category "RV parks near me," the provided reviews for Woodland Hills MHC do not mention any facilities or accommodations for recreational vehicles. As a mobile home park with significant safety and management concerns, it is highly unlikely to be a suitable option for RV travelers seeking a safe and welcoming environment in the Mansfield area. Individuals looking for RV parks should explore dedicated campgrounds or RV resorts known for their security and amenities.
The features of Woodland Hills MHC, based on the negative reviews, appear to be severely lacking in positive aspects. The description of "woodless hills" suggests a lack of natural beauty, contradicting the park's name. The alleged lack of community support in a crisis and the absence of management assistance in a tragic event indicate a breakdown of essential community features and safety provisions that residents should expect.
Promotional information for Woodland Hills MHC is non-existent in the provided reviews. In fact, the feedback serves as a strong warning against considering this park as a place to live or visit. Any potential promotional points typically associated with mobile home parks, such as a family-friendly environment, a sense of community, or responsive management, are directly refuted by the experiences shared by these reviewers. The serious allegations of poor management, safety issues, and a negative living environment make it highly improbable that the park could offer any genuine promotional appeal based on this information.
For local users considering long-term housing options in Mansfield, OH, the reviews for Woodland Hills MHC strongly advise against moving to this community. The severe criticisms regarding management, safety, lack of community support, and misleading descriptions of the park's environment are significant red flags. It would be prudent to thoroughly investigate these issues and seek alternative housing options that prioritize resident safety, fair management practices, and a positive living environment. For those specifically searching for "RV parks near me," Woodland Hills MHC does not appear to be a viable or safe option based on the available information.
While the address (673 Armstrong St, Mansfield, OH 44906, USA) and phone numbers ((419) 989-7164 and +1 419-989-7164) are provided, the overwhelmingly negative and serious nature of the reviews suggests that contacting the management may not address the fundamental concerns about safety and living conditions. Visiting the property would be approached with extreme caution given the allegations made by former residents and the family of a crime victim associated with the park.
In conclusion, the available reviews paint a dire picture of Woodland Hills MHC in Mansfield, OH. The serious allegations of poor management, a dangerous environment, lack of community support in a crisis, and misleading descriptions of the park are critical concerns for any potential resident. This park does not appear to be a recommended option for long-term living or as a safe choice for those searching for "RV parks near me." Prospective residents are strongly advised to seek alternative housing and RV park options in the Mansfield area.

Woodland Hills MHC Reviews
One of the worst places I have ever lived. Communication is horrible and so is the neighborhood!!! This is at 673 Armstrong Street Mansfield Ohio 44906! Management is the worst I’ve ever worked with. Not worth the stress!! They will not allow you to move to a bigger size mobile home once you have a baby, they make you finish your lease before you do anything and the large sum of money you put down on the rental will not transfer to another home. Always scamming someone! The park in the photos are very deceiving!! They cut trees down also so basically Woodland Hills is woodless hills. Just bad all the way around!!
Feb 20, 2025 · UnknownNeed more video cameras. Only 1 at office? A 16 year old boy was kidnapped and murdered 2 weeks ago from this park. No help whatsoever from management, just a video of the boy entering the park and never leaving. Neighbors are just as friendly. All those doorbell cams, and not 1 person in the park offered to help, even after showing a flyer of the missing boy. And before management tries to make excuses, please be mindful of your words, I am family of the murdered teen. I do not recommend visiting this park for fear of everyone's safety.
Nov 27, 2024 · justin tuckerQuiet community that unless you know where it is you won't know where it is. $850ish for a nice newer 2 bedroom mobile home. Clean and well insulated too. Shopping is close buy. Walmart and many others are 5 minutes away. Plenty of medical, dental and more so close. ROUTE 30 is 1 minute from here. I-71 is just 5-7 minutes. Columbus is 68 miles. I plan on being here for a few years.
