Love how this is tucked away & backs to a protected area (greenbelt/nature preserve & spawning stream). Honestly one of the nicest kept manufactured home parks around. Everyone seems very friendly, nice small parks inside for residents & children. Soon to have a dog park. There is a nice recreation area with a basketball court. Beautiful walks in this area. Nice for kids to ride their bicycles & not have to worry about a lot of traffic. An abundance of wildlife always visiting (wild bunnies, deer & their babies *Fawn* Mallard ducks at times, awesome to watch the resident hawks nest & newest learning to fly hawks, majestic bald eagles. Management are on site & there is greenery maintenance care on staff. Locked mailboxes, community events. All Ages park! Hope everyone that visits, has a great experience as we have had the pleasure of having! Great families in this community!
Jul 21, 2023 · Paul AllenOwners refuse to snow plow unless it's 12" high. Rent is soon to be $800/mo. The rent here is VERY high for not doing that for the residents. Ie another park in the area charges $2000/yr. They plow multiple times, gated, 2 pools etc. The price does NOT reflect the care of residents or facilities. They refuse to plow, making it impossible to get cars out to go to work. BUT if you're a week late on rent they'll serve you eviction notices. PLUS residents pay the land taxes outside of the rent, it is not included. Neither is garbage, water, sewer. The $800 does NOT reflect the amenities.Edit: owners say rent is for repaving and clubhouse. I have never seen them repave & there is no clubhouse. Live in manager paints speedbumps & curbs for maintenance.Edit edit: received notices that they're doing regular 6 months property checks. We don't pay $800/month so that we can have a manager come in & serve us threats ON LAND WE PAY TAXES FOR. If you want to live somewhere where you're constantly being threatened for eviction for any reason at all & harassed by the manager, this is the place for you .Edit x3: Rent is still skyrocketing with no changes to quality or amenities
