Emerald Springs RV Park Introduce
Emerald Springs RV Park, located at 16408 51st Ave NE, Arlington, WA 98223, USA, is an option for those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Arlington, Washington area. You can reach them at (360) 688-3642 or +1 360-688-3642 for inquiries and reservations.
Based on the available customer reviews, Emerald Springs RV Park presents a somewhat mixed picture, with both positive and negative experiences reported. It's important for prospective residents or visitors to consider these varying perspectives to form a well-rounded understanding of what the park might offer.
On the positive side, one reviewer highly recommends Emerald Springs RV Park for several reasons. They specifically highlight the park's organization and cleanliness, suggesting a well-maintained environment. The reviewer also praises the spaciousness of the parking spots, a significant advantage for RV owners who often appreciate having ample room to maneuver and set up their rigs comfortably. Furthermore, the park's initiative in planting many trees between the spots is noted, indicating an effort to provide more privacy for residents, which can enhance the quality of their stay and create a more pleasant atmosphere.
For pet owners, Emerald Springs RV Park seems to offer a valuable amenity: a great open space for dogs. This is a significant draw for travelers and residents with pets, as dedicated areas for dogs to exercise and socialize are often highly sought after in RV parks. The positive review also commends Karen, the manager, for her objectivity, communication skills, and efficiency in her duties, suggesting that the management is approachable and effective in addressing residents' needs.
However, it's crucial to also consider the negative feedback provided by other reviewers. One reviewer described their experience as a "waste of time" due to a lack of clear explanation regarding their application denial. They expressed frustration with the process, suggesting that they felt the background check process might have been a source of revenue for the park, even for applicants with good credit and a history of successful renting in various states. This individual emphasized the importance of clear communication about qualification criteria and the need for improved customer service.
Another reviewer echoed similar sentiments regarding the application process and the feeling of being unfairly denied despite having a credit score above the park's stated "excellent" threshold. This individual's comments raise concerns about the transparency and consistency of the screening process. They also described the park's atmosphere based on their drive-through experience, using strong terms like "ghost town/concentration camp" and "prison," suggesting a potentially restrictive or unwelcoming environment. This reviewer expressed relief at not being accepted, indicating a significant mismatch between their expectations of a community-oriented RV park and the impression they received of Emerald Springs.
The reference to the screening site's credit score guidelines, where a score above 700 is labeled "excellent" and 650 or more is "good," further underscores the frustration of the applicant who was denied despite exceeding these benchmarks. This discrepancy between the stated criteria and the actual outcome raises questions about the specific requirements and decision-making process for residency at Emerald Springs RV Park.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," potential local users will want to weigh these contrasting experiences. The positive review paints a picture of a clean, organized park with spacious sites, privacy-enhancing landscaping, a dedicated dog area, and effective management. These are all significant factors that contribute to a positive RV living experience.
On the other hand, the negative reviews highlight potential issues with the application process, transparency regarding qualification criteria, and the overall atmosphere of the park as perceived by at least one individual. These concerns regarding customer service and the feeling of a restrictive environment should also be taken into consideration by those looking for a welcoming and hassle-free RV park experience.
Given the limited and somewhat contradictory nature of the available reviews, it is strongly recommended that prospective residents or visitors contact Emerald Springs RV Park directly to obtain detailed information about their application process, qualification criteria, park rules, amenities, and availability. Asking specific questions about the points raised in the reviews, such as the reasons for application denials and the rules and regulations of the park, would be beneficial.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Emerald Springs RV Park offers a location in Arlington, WA, with some potentially attractive features like spacious sites and a dog area. However, the reported issues with the application process and the perceived atmosphere warrant careful consideration and direct communication with the park management to ensure it aligns with individual needs and expectations. Visiting the park in person, if possible, might also provide a clearer sense of the environment and whether it feels like a good fit.
In conclusion, Emerald Springs RV Park presents a mix of positive feedback regarding its physical attributes and management, alongside negative feedback concerning the application process and the overall atmosphere. Local users seeking "RV parks near me" should weigh these perspectives and conduct thorough due diligence by contacting the park directly to gather comprehensive and up-to-date information before making a decision.

Emerald Springs RV Park Reviews
Waste of time. No explanation for nothing it's almost like they made money from the background checks. Great credit, no issues renting in any of the states I've lived in yet somehow I'm not even qualified to rent a rv spot. Be more clear with what your looking for and be upfront with people. Customer service is also important, learn some. Genuinely wish I could give -5 stars.I've been reading the previous reviews, now I feel dumb for even feeling like I had done something wrong to have not been accepted. For such a beautiful place I know many people will develop psychological issues and I have kids, last thing I want is to make them feel like prisoners lock up in a rv all day. Things make sense now as to why it felt like driving through a ghost town/concentration camp. Let the ppl live a little. I've worked with alot of trailer/rv parks throughout the U.S It always felt like a community,I've been excited to have finally gotten the opportunity to live amongst community oriented folks yet this place seem more like a prison. I'm happy I didn't qualify as one of your targeted renters. Much luck to y'all in the future thanks again. Also your screening site stated this "a score of above 700 is excellent, a score of 650 or more is good, and a score of under 600 might be cause for concern."I'm above 700 but again thanks.
Mar 13, 2025 · gee beeI truly recommend this RV park for many reasons. They are organized, clean, the parking spots are not tight, they plant many trees in between the spots, giving more privacy. They have a great open space for dogs, and Karen the manager makes everything easier, being objective, communicative and efficient in her duties.
Jul 29, 2024 · Angel M. HarrisNice family owned RV park with a great big field for dogs in the back. People get together and talk during sunset. Dumpster chronically full and fire ban in place, but other than that, it's been pretty nice there. Friendly and helpful staff, no shower or toilet but laundry!
Jul 29, 2024 · Carina ColemanWonderful full-time neighbors. Courteous pet owners. They NEED a playground for kids to play, in the back field and a cement area for basketball, bikes, skateboard. Even if just the back was half cement and the other grass area playground, volleyball/badminton area. This place would be a 5 star. Clean laundry areas & a perfect 1 mile path around the park, for us who like to walk.
Jun 11, 2021 · Shawn TownsendNice park and positive experience with management. Airport noise is often but tolerable, nearby food plant does smell. Nice walking path around entire park plus big field. Rules were not a problem and easy to abide by, we took our kids and pet to the Strawberry Field Park less than 2 miles away. Plenty of shopping nearby and close to freeway. Pricing was exceptional compared to other parks in the surrounding areas. We stayed the max 3 week timeframe, if we were not continuous travelers this park would be worth the long-term.
