Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon Introduce
Located at 4100 SE Hwy 101 in Lincoln City, Oregon, Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon offers a range of amenities and a location that aims to provide a pleasant stay for those seeking "RV parks near me" on the Oregon Coast. You can contact the resort at (541) 996-2778 or +1 541-996-2778 for inquiries about reservations and services.
The environment at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon appears to be well-regarded by some guests. One reviewer described their stay as "wonderful," highlighting the kindness and welcoming nature of the staff. The mention of a scavenger hunt for kids with a prize suggests a family-friendly atmosphere and thoughtful engagement for younger guests. The facilities are noted as "clean and easily accessible," contributing to a comfortable experience. The provision of a morning newspaper is also mentioned as a positive touch. For pet owners searching "RV parks near me," the securely gated and clean pet areas are a significant advantage, offering peace of mind while allowing pets to exercise safely. The presence of a "cozy and inviting" fireplace area suggests a communal space for relaxation, although one reviewer did not have the opportunity to use it. These positive aspects indicate a resort that strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for its guests.
However, another, more detailed review presents a significantly different perspective on the services and policies of Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City. This reviewer recounts a "really disappointing experience" related to a booking misunderstanding and subsequent interactions with staff and management. The core issue involved attempting to camp in a Tesla, which the reviewer believed was permissible based on their interpretation of the website's booking options (selecting "camper van" and specifying "Tesla" as the make and model). Despite paying extra for a 50-amp site, upon arrival, they discovered a no-car-camping policy buried in the booking confirmation, which was not visible before completing the reservation. The subsequent request for a refund for the unused and incompatible site was denied, leading to a dispute over the charge. This incident raises concerns about the clarity of the resort's booking policies, particularly regarding alternative camping arrangements like sleeping in vehicles that are not traditional RVs or camper vans. It also highlights potential issues with customer service and the handling of booking errors or misunderstandings.
Features of Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon, based on the positive review, include a focus on family-friendly activities (the scavenger hunt), clean and accessible facilities, pet-friendly amenities (secure and clean pet areas), and communal spaces (the fireplace area). The provision of a morning newspaper adds a touch of hospitality. These features suggest a resort that aims to cater to a broad range of travelers, including families and pet owners looking for "RV parks near me" with added conveniences and a welcoming atmosphere. However, the negative review points to a potential lack of flexibility and customer-centric policies regarding booking discrepancies. The strict enforcement of a policy not clearly visible during the booking process, coupled with the alleged hostile reaction from staff and management when attempting to resolve the issue, could be a significant drawback for potential guests who value clear communication and understanding customer service. The discrepancy between the positive experiences highlighted in one review and the negative experience detailed in the other suggests that while the resort may offer appealing amenities, potential guests should be aware of the reported issues with booking policies and customer interactions.
Promotional information for Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon can be inferred from the positive review, which implicitly promotes the resort's kind staff, family-friendly activities, clean facilities, pet-friendly environment, and cozy communal spaces. These aspects would likely be highlighted in the resort's own marketing materials to attract families and pet owners seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay along the Oregon Coast. However, the detailed negative review serves as a cautionary counterpoint, suggesting potential pitfalls related to booking policies and customer service that may not be evident in standard promotional content. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," the positive aspects might initially draw interest, but the reported negative experience warrants careful consideration and potentially direct inquiry about booking policies, especially for those with unconventional camping setups or those who value transparent and accommodating customer service.
Given the contrasting customer experiences at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon, it is advisable for potential guests to conduct thorough research before making a reservation. Contacting the resort directly at (541) 996-2778 or +1 541-996-2778 to inquire about their specific policies regarding different types of camping setups (including sleeping in vehicles like Teslas), their booking procedures, and their cancellation/refund policies would be prudent. Asking about the visibility of all relevant policies before finalizing a reservation could help avoid potential misunderstandings upon arrival. Additionally, seeking out more recent reviews from a variety of sources might provide a broader perspective on the current state of the resort's facilities, staff interactions, and overall guest experience. While the positive review highlights appealing amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, the negative review raises concerns that potential guests should be aware of and address before booking their stay.
In conclusion, Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon offers a potentially pleasant stay with amenities like a scavenger hunt for kids, clean facilities, and pet-friendly areas, as highlighted in one positive review. However, a detailed negative review raises significant concerns regarding the clarity of booking policies, particularly for non-traditional camping setups, and the quality of customer service when addressing booking misunderstandings. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," the resort's amenities and location on the Oregon Coast may be attractive, but it is crucial to be aware of the reported issues and to seek clear and comprehensive information about booking policies and customer service expectations before making a reservation.

Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon Reviews
We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They offer a scavenger hunt for kids with a small prize at the end, and my children absolutely loved it—it was such a thoughtful addition. The facilities were clean and easily accessible, and we even received a newspaper every morning. The pet areas were securely gated, which gave me peace of mind while letting my dogs out, and they were kept very clean. Although we didn’t get a chance to use it, the fireplace area looked cozy and inviting.
Mar 29, 2025 · Jonna MendozaMy wife and I had a really disappointing experience at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City. We planned to camp in our Tesla, a practice we’d heard was allowed at some RV sites. We checked their website, found no policy against it [edit: despite reply assertions, still no FAQ on website], selected "camper van" (the closest option), and "Tesla" as "make" / "Model Y" as "model", so there would be no confusion. We paid extra for a 50-amp site compatible with our charger.Arriving after hours, we discovered a no-car-camping policy buried in the booking confirmation—not visible before booking. Acknowledging our oversight, we respected the policy, emailed for a refund since we didn’t get the 50-amp site we paid for, and stayed at a hotel instead. The next morning, we received a curt email denying a refund because we selected "camper van" despite clearly noting our Tesla. We visited in person, hoping to resolve the misunderstanding, but the front desk staff and an owner (Jim?) were immediately and shockingly hostile, accusing us of lying. Despite no services provided, an incompatible site, and ample vacancies that night, they refused a full refund, offering only a 50% refund, which we declined. We’re now disputing the charge with our credit card.*Edit* More passive aggressive unprofessionalism and half-truths in their reply below. I'll paste their own words from their "curt email" acknowledging we DID specify clearly up front in our reservation that we were camping in a Tesla. They saw this and still processed our reservation, including a hand-addressed welcome packet. They could have noticed the Tesla thing and cleared up the misunderstanding day 1. But apparently they are happy to take your money and be sticklers only for customer oversights, not their own. Steer clear!"I'm just looking at your reservation. ... I'm now seeing that you have a Tesla car and we don't allow car camping." -- email from lincolncity@premierrvresorts.com the morning after the reservation.

Jan 02, 2025 · Wendy BrocklebankWe are 3-season campers. This was the perfect place to end our camping for the year. We usually stay at forested state parks where we can have a campfire and cook our meals outside and set up a dining tent to hang with our camping buddies. This place is more refined (glamping). We knew that beforehand and were looking forward to a quick weekend getaway with less cooking and cleaning and more relaxing. We were almost set up when we realized we forgot our power cord! Jim was so helpful. He was going to loan us one. Unfortunately, he didn't have the correct plug. We really appreciate how much time he spent trying to help. We ended up going to an RV service shop in Newport to purchase another cord. This park is well maintained and well managed by both Jim and Rhonda. I liked how well you kept a watchful eye on things. We're looking forward to returning next year. Thanks so much!Christine and Andy
Oct 14, 2024 · Christine HaskinsStaff here were friendly incredibly helpful. Restrooms were clean. Our site was pretty small and we had no space to sit outside. Most of the sites were larger than ours - we booked late so I was glad they squeezed us in. Overall the park was very clean. You'll have to cross the highway to get to the beach which can be a challenge, but once you do it's a short 5-minute walk to the nearest public access and the beach is beautiful.I would stay here again, though next time I would book earlier to get a larger site.
