Sea & Sand RV Park Introduce
Welcome to Sea & Sand RV Park, an exceptional destination for those searching for "RV parks near me" offering breathtaking oceanfront views in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Located at 4985 US-101, Depoe Bay, OR 97341, Sea & Sand RV Park has garnered rave reviews from visitors who have been captivated by its spectacular location, well-maintained facilities, and welcoming atmosphere. This introduction aims to provide local users with a detailed overview of the park's environment, services, and features based on the enthusiastic feedback from real customers who have experienced the magic of this coastal gem.
The environment of Sea & Sand RV Park is undeniably its most prominent feature, with multiple reviewers emphasizing the "absolutely spectacular" ocean views. The park offers "terrace view" campsites that are accurately represented on their website, promising and delivering stunning panoramas of the Pacific Ocean. Imagine waking up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and being treated to mesmerizing sunsets right from your RV site. The experience of "listening to the ocean all night" is described as a "true delight," creating a serene and unforgettable ambiance for guests. The desire of one reviewer for the park to remain an RV park for decades to come, rather than being developed, speaks volumes about the unique and cherished natural setting that Sea & Sand RV Park provides.
While the primary allure is the oceanfront setting, the upkeep of the grounds and the cleanliness of the facilities also contribute significantly to the positive experience at Sea & Sand RV Park. One reviewer specifically commends the park for being "well looked after," indicating attention to detail in maintaining a pleasant and orderly environment. The bathrooms are highlighted as being "very clean," which is a crucial aspect for overall comfort and satisfaction, especially for travelers relying on park facilities. This commitment to cleanliness and maintenance underscores the park's dedication to providing a high-quality experience for its guests.
The check-in process at Sea & Sand RV Park is also noted for its exceptional service. One first-time visitor described the "lady at the check-in desk" as "super sweet." This initial positive interaction sets a welcoming tone for the stay. Furthermore, the staff goes beyond just the check-in process by providing valuable local recommendations. The reviewer mentioned trying restaurants suggested by the staff and enjoying a fantastic seafood dinner sourced from Barnacle Bills, a local establishment also recommended by the park. This willingness to share local knowledge and enhance the guests' overall experience demonstrates a commitment to hospitality that extends beyond the confines of the RV park itself.
In terms of services and features, the reviews provide insights into the types of campsites available. The mention of "site 90 on the top ocean view terrace" indicates that the park is terraced, offering different levels with varying perspectives of the ocean. While this particular site was noted as "pretty skinny," the reviewer loved the top level and intends to try for a different site on the same level upon their return, suggesting that there are various site configurations to choose from, some potentially more spacious than others. It is advisable for prospective guests to inquire about site dimensions and preferences when making a reservation.
The availability of "campsites" (referred to as "room" by one reviewer, indicating they are interchangeable terms in this context) suggests that the park primarily caters to RVs. While the reviews do not explicitly detail the hookups available at each site, the fact that guests are staying in RVs and appreciating the overall comfort implies the presence of essential amenities such as water and electrical hookups. It would be prudent for potential visitors to confirm the specific hookups (including sewer, if available) when booking their site.
The positive experiences shared by multiple reviewers, including the desire to return and the explicit recommendation of the location as "spectacular," serve as a powerful form of implicit promotion for Sea & Sand RV Park. The emphasis on the breathtaking ocean views, clean facilities, and friendly service creates a compelling picture for those seeking a memorable coastal RV experience. While no specific promotional offers or discounts are mentioned in these reviews, the consistently high praise suggests that the inherent value of the location and the quality of the park itself are the primary draws.
In conclusion, Sea & Sand RV Park in Depoe Bay, Oregon, offers an exceptional experience for RV travelers seeking unparalleled oceanfront views along the Oregon coast. The "absolutely spectacular" scenery, combined with well-maintained grounds, clean facilities, and friendly, helpful staff, makes it a standout destination for those searching for "RV parks near me." Sea & Sand RV Park Reviews
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our recent anniversary stay at your property. We rented a terrace view, and it was exactly as described on your website. The view was absolutely spectacular! Listening to the ocean all night was a true delight, and we were treated to beautiful sunsets that made our stay even more special.Additionally, I want to commend you on the upkeep of the grounds; everything was well looked after, and the bathrooms were very clean, which added to our overall comfort. Can't wait to come back.
Apr 27, 2025 · Tammy CuppRoom= campsites. This was our first stay and we will be back. We had heard this location was spectacular and that is 100% true. I hope they can keep this as an RV park (not develop it) for decades to come. We were in site 90 on the top ocean view terrace. That site was pretty skinny; I’ll try for a different one next time. I loved the top level though. The lady at the check in desk was super sweet and we tried some of the restaurants she recommended, and also got dungeness, shrimp and cocktail sauce at barnacle Bills and had an amazing dinner.
Apr 26, 2025 · Jennifer NeumannI had site 114 in the tiered beach area. In my opinion, it’s one of the best sites in the campground. The views are amazing! The facilities are very clean and the bathrooms are spotless. The staff were very helpful and friendly and got to know you on a first name basis. You can tell they really cared that you enjoyed the camping experience. I had excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning for a future visit. The Oregon coast has so much to offer and Sea and Sand RV Resort is a little gem located in the heart of it!
Apr 07, 2025 · Tammy CooperGreat location, best I’ve seen along the OR coast. Spaces a little tight but that seems to often be the case wherever you go. Very clean, lovely and well maintained grounds. Awesome beach right there. Fantastic showers, that was a treat! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Mar 31, 2025 · Denis & Michele LacroixIncredible views of the Pacific Ocean right from the window of our rv including rolling whales. But the best part of this place is the courteous and friendly service that we receive each time we visit. Brett, Alicia, Charles and Patty are special. We are so grateful and hope to be back visiting as soon as possible. Thank you.
