Sep 10, 2018 · Brendan LalQuiet park, nice neighbors, close proximity to Taft beach. Can walk to beach, restaurants, coffee shops, bar, grocery. What more could you want? Management for the most part is 'invisible ', but there are basic rules which are enforced - which is as it should be when we live in such close quarters. I feel very blessed to live here.
Apr 01, 2016 · Juanita CareyNice location, but whoever owns this property needs to seriously put alot of $$$$ to fix it up--- it looks like a slum!
Jan 22, 2024 · Rik ThomasScary, run down park. This place really does not fit in this area at all. In my opinion, it should be moved and cleaned up. Adding more fun places, cool shops, etc....oh and parking would big a huge WIN!
Dec 22, 2018 · Jennifer TaylorWell turns out my Mother went to high school and same age as the owner Curtis Perry @ Rex Putnam High School . My two friends live here . The place does need some TLC. Other than that it's okay . Close to beach .
