Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp Introduce
Located at 3310 Simmons Rd # T33, Vernon Center, NY 13477, USA, Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp presents a residential option in the Vernon Center area of New York. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it is important to understand that Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp is primarily a mobile home park catering to individuals and families seeking long-term residency in manufactured homes. Mobile home parks differ from traditional RV parks, which typically accommodate short-term stays for recreational vehicles. Although some mobile home parks may occasionally accommodate RVs, their primary focus is on providing a stable community for homeowners of manufactured dwellings who lease the land within the park.
The available customer reviews for Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp paint a concerning picture of the community and its management. One potential resident shared a negative experience regarding the application process, citing a lack of professionalism from the park manager who was unresponsive to multiple inquiries, ultimately requiring the applicant to obtain information from the seller of a trailer. This lack of communication and follow-through raises questions about the efficiency and professionalism of the park's administration.
Furthermore, the same reviewer, who had spent time in the park visiting friends and family, strongly advised against living in Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp. Despite the potential for cheap rent, the reviewer described several significant issues, including the presence of drug users, littering throughout the park ("People that leave garbage everywhere"), speeding vehicles on the 10 mph roads ("People zoom through the 10 mph roads"), concerns about pet safety ("Pets come up dead or missing"), and inadequate maintenance ("maintenance there is unreal. Apparently homes need to explode in order to get any kind of help from the maintenance"). These are serious allegations that paint a picture of an unsafe and poorly maintained living environment.
The second review, while deeply personal and focused on a tragic past event, also provides context about the community. The reviewer recounts a childhood experience of losing their father while living in the park. While this review doesn't directly comment on the current state of the park's management or environment, it does indicate that Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp has been a long-standing community in the area, with residents forming significant life memories there.
Considering Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp in the context of "RV parks near me," it is crucial to highlight the typical differences in services and features. RV parks generally offer amenities tailored for short-term travelers, such as full utility hookups for RVs, dump stations, restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and recreational areas. Mobile home parks, while providing essential utilities for long-term living at each lot, may have different amenities. These could include community centers, playgrounds, and on-site management offices. Based on the negative review, it appears that adequate maintenance and possibly enforcement of community rules regarding safety and cleanliness may be lacking at Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp.
For individuals considering long-term residency at Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp, extreme caution is advised based on the strongly negative feedback received. A thorough personal investigation would be essential, including a visit to the property to assess the conditions firsthand. If possible, speaking with current residents (beyond those mentioned in the reviews) could provide a broader understanding of the community's current state and the responsiveness of the management. It would also be crucial to inquire about safety measures, maintenance protocols, and the enforcement of park rules.
Given the serious allegations of drug use, littering, speeding, and inadequate maintenance, any promotional efforts for Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp would need to address these concerns directly and transparently. Highlighting the affordability of rent, as mentioned in one review, might be a potential draw for some, but this would need to be balanced against the significant negative aspects described. Responsible promotion would encourage potential residents to conduct thorough due diligence and make an informed decision based on their own assessment.
The contact phone numbers, (315) 829-3992 or +1 315-829-3992, provide a direct way to inquire about the park. However, the negative review regarding the manager's unresponsiveness suggests that communication might be challenging. Potential residents should be persistent in their attempts to gather information and should be prepared to ask direct questions about the issues raised in the reviews.
In conclusion, Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp in Vernon Center, NY, has received significant negative feedback regarding unprofessional management, safety concerns related to drug use and speeding, issues with litter and maintenance, and potential risks to pets. While the rent may be perceived as cheap, the overall living conditions, according to one reviewer, are undesirable. For those seeking long-term residency in the Vernon Center area and considering options within the "RV parks near me" category (understanding the distinction), Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp warrants extreme caution and thorough investigation. Potential residents should prioritize a visit to the park, attempt to speak with multiple current residents, and directly address the serious concerns raised in the reviews with the management before making any decisions. The deeply personal review highlighting a past tragedy underscores the community's history but does not reflect on its current living conditions as described in the more recent negative feedback.

Quiet Valley Mobile Village Mhp Reviews
Tried to get a home here for my partner, daughter and I. We sent in the application and patiently waited for the news to come back. After A few weeks I called and then had to leave a message. Called multiple other times and he never answered. Had to get the final answer from the guy I was trying to buy the trailer from. Very unprofessional of the park manager. But other than that. I’ve been in the park for months just being with other friends or family. And I can tell y’all that that park is not something you want to live in. Yes the rent is cheap. But there are a lot of druggies. People that leave garbage everywhere. People zoom through the 10 mph roads. Pets come up dead or missing. And maintenance there is unreal. Apparently homes need to explode in order to get any kind of help from the maintenance. And now, I have to wait god knows how long to get a place of my own because of this virus. So I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Mar 17, 2020 · Shayna GreeneI miss this place so much. I lived here with my dad only. We lived in #79, May 31st 2010 my three year old self woke up, walked over to my dad's bed to wake him up and I remember how fast my arm hit the side of the bed when I went to reach over for him. My eyes opened so wide I was just surprised, I looked over at the door and realized his boot was by the door. I walked into the living room and little did I know he passed away in the middle of the night. Wasn't until a little while later my grandma called, I answered. She asked what my dad and I were doing and I just told her daddy is sleeping and won't answer me.. she told me she was coming over and needed me to unlock the door. Few minutes went by and I heard a knock on the door, I unlocked it and she came in and all she said was "where is daddy?" I just pointed to the floor. 10 years later and I still haven't forgotten her face. She called 911 and I was crying on the porch, I kept watching the police go in and out of the house until finally my grandma took me back to her house so they could carry on and I wouldn't have to watch the rest of it. I'm now 14, still traumatized and remember this clear as day. I wish I could see the trailer one more time, just for a little bit of closure. I really do miss this place, made quite a few memories here.
