While the primary focus appears to be on mobile homes, it is common for such parks to also accommodate recreational vehicles for extended periods. To gain a comprehensive understanding of the services and features available for RV users, direct contact with the management at (706) 422-8175 or +1 706-422-8175 is highly recommended.
Based on the limited reviews available, the environment at R & M Mobile Homes seems to be evolving under new management. One potential future resident noted that the property appeared "quiet and cleaned" and looked "very nice," indicating a potentially pleasant living environment. This positive initial impression suggests that the new management may be focused on maintaining a respectable community. However, another recent resident highlighted an issue with littering within the park, particularly around the new playground. This suggests that while there are positive aspects, maintaining cleanliness across the community might be an ongoing concern.
In terms of services and features, one notable amenity mentioned by a resident is a "new play ground," which is a significant positive for families with children. This indicates an effort to provide recreational facilities within the community. However, the same resident also pointed out the need for better waste management, suggesting the potential absence of adequate trash receptacles throughout the park. For RV owners, essential services typically include utility hookups such as water, electricity, and sewage. To confirm the availability and specifics of these services for RV sites at R & M Mobile Homes, it is crucial to inquire directly with the management.

One review mentioned needing repairs to flooring in a mobile home, indicating that while the community might be appealing, the condition of individual units can vary. The discussion about allowing motorcycles as vehicles suggests that there might be specific park policies regarding the types of vehicles permitted. For RV owners, understanding these policies, as well as any restrictions on the size or type of RV allowed, is important.
The mention of pets being present in the community suggests that R & M Mobile Homes likely has a pet-friendly policy. One resident described a friendly stray dog within the park, indicating a generally relaxed attitude towards animals. However, it is essential for potential RV residents with pets to inquire about specific pet policies, including any restrictions on breed, size, or leash requirements. Understanding these rules will ensure a harmonious stay within the community.

However, it is always worth inquiring with the management about any current incentives for new residents, whether for mobile homes or RVs. R & M Mobile Homes Reviews
Haven't lived here yet. But hoping to be there soon! Just need a 2 bedroom. It'll just be my husband, my sister, and I living there. And plus we would be very close to my husband's parents and mine and my sister's grandmother if we need any help with anything. I was staying the night with my ex best friend and it was quiet and cleaned. Looked very nice. She told me before she moved out that it's under new management and said they are very nice. If there's anything available please let me know and how much it will be. Thank you! Have a blessed day!
Sep 10, 2023 · Sierra Dinese BennettWe have been here for three days so far. My children love the play ground new play ground. Just one problem the other adults and children who live here leaves their trash all over the park. I think it would be the best idea too put a trash out there. Anyway everything going OK. We are still settling in. I've heard the pros and cons about this place. There is a few things I need fix like my bathroom floor is falling thru. And my kitchen floor in front of my sink is too. But I don't want it half fast fix I want it done the right way. But other than that so far I am loving it here. Except the motor policy. Motorcycles are a type of vehicle we should be allowed. I get not having side by side and stuff like that. But Motorcycles are a type of vehicle. Now on the pet subject um I don't really know I have really asked about that yet. But from what I see it's allowed bc some of the renters here have cats and dogs. There is one old male dog here who runs around loose I don't know his name but he has a massive scar on both back legs. I call him old man or Bubba but he is sweet and so far I notice he has a morning routine 🤣 which I love to watch him. He goes to each house getting up all scrap that's been thrown out and if there any kids or adults out he'll come to them if they invite him over and to have a few pets and then he is off to do whatever he does after all that. I'll let yall know more after I've been here alittle longer.
May 17, 2024 · Jennifer HefnerThe owner is a tyrant. You will be thrown out if you have someone live with you. You can't plant flowers, have lawn furniture anything! He's greedy. Hell has a special place for him. We were always on time with our rent and he threw us out over our daughter living here. We didn't cause any problems and he threw us out over family. I do not suggest this place to anyone. RENTERS BEWARE! steer clear of this place!
Feb 20, 2018 · Debra CopleyI lived there for almost a year, to say it was a disaster was a understatement. We were assured when we moved in that if anything was broken or needed fixed all i had to do was call the landlord or the maintenance man and they would fix whatever issues i had and to say they were useless is being nice. We had a leak that turned into a a pipe spraying under our bathroom sink for over 2 months, our bathroom, hallway, and daughters room was all ruined. Our bathroom stayed flooded so we were constantly having to lay towels down and ring them out and keep buckets under our sink. We asked them over 20 times to fix it and it wasn’t “fixed” till over 2 months later and when he “fixed” it he just capped the pipe so we couldnt use hot water in that bathroom. By the time anything was done mold or mildew was growing up the walls, in the air vents bc when it would flood it would pour down the air vent, my daughters closet, her walls, the hall walls, im sure under the floors, and when you walked in my daughters room water would start seeping threw the laminate floors which cause the flooring to bubble up. Shortly after our ac started pumping smoke and a burnt chemical smell all into our house and it took him over 3 weeks to come “fix” so me being 5-6 months pregnant the time had to stay in a 80+ degree house with no ac till tyler decided he had the time to fix it. This happened 2 more times so a total of 3 times in less than 3 months before he would even called a ac guy to come fix it and each time it would take him atleast 2-3 weeks to come put a band aid on it. The next issue we had was our septic tank, 4-5 different times poop, piss, and whatever was in our septic tank would start coming out of our bath tubs, toilets, and sinks. Again it would take days if not weeks to fix and he would always blame us when we never did anything wrong. It would always happen when it rained really hard then come to find out we shared a septic tank with one of our neighbors and it hasn’t been pumped in god knows how long, he even mentioned that our pipes were different than the rest of the trailers there and needed to be replaced. Those was just the bigger issues, we also had 2 leaks in our ceiling, one was looked at but never fixed the other was never even addressed, Our kitchen sink started leaking, our key broke off in our front door and was never even looked at, A neighbor broke a key off in our mail box and it wasnt fixed for months so we couldnt get mail and when he finally did fix it he just completely took the lock off of our mail box, outlets were hanging out of the wall that was supposed to be fixed before we moved in, our ceiling fan didnt work, the dryer plug in was melted and looked at but never fixed, handles were missing from cabnits and we even have a few cabinets just fall off, and to top it all off we paid for pest control monthly and only seen the pest guy once, twice at most even when we told him we had a issue with aunts, wasps, and a mouse in our house. Mind you we were never late on rent or had no complaints. We reminded tyler about all these issues so many times i couldnt even count, so many times that he would get mad at me and blame all the problems at our house on me and my boyfriend. Most of the time me and my boyfriend would have to stay with family or try to stay out of our house as long as possible bc of the issues that we was having. My family would even call him and get upset with him bc i was pregnant about to bring a baby in that house and he always said he never knew about any of the issues when i have screen shots to prove ive told him multiple times either by calling, messaging him, or telling him every time we paid rent. We talked to alot of the neighbors there and all of them all had the same issues with the septic, ac, or other issues i listed and all of them all said the same thing about tyler and adam, that they never fixed any of the issues or when he did it would take him weeks to put a band aid on the problems. Pleas think twice before moving in there and if you do don’t expect tyler to do anything.
Apr 15, 2021 · gabby davisNeeds attention to many things. The road is horrible. Seems like a quiet place though. I have heard of many bug problems. Owner doesn't provide pest service.
