Rancho Santa Teresa Mobile Est Introduce
Located at 510 Saddlebrook Dr, San Jose, CA 95136, USA, Rancho Santa Teresa Mobile Estates is a mobile home park that may also offer long-term options for those seeking "RV parks near me." The community can be contacted at (408) 227-9033 or +1 408-227-9033 for inquiries regarding residency and availability. Reviews from residents provide contrasting perspectives on the management style and overall living experience within the park.
One detailed review offers a positive perspective spanning ten years of residency. The reviewer, identifying as non-white, praises the current management for their efforts in transforming what was once a "DUMP" into a "clean and beautiful community" that residents can be proud to call home. This long-term resident highlights the management's commitment to maintaining standards, which includes ensuring residents keep their spaces clean and adhere to community rules. They recount witnessing instances where the manager was perceived as aggressive by applicants who were unwilling to provide proper identification or by residents who received notices to clean up their yards. In these situations, the reviewer interprets the manager's actions as upholding community standards rather than being gratuitously aggressive or racially biased.
This positive review also emphasizes the management's diligence in handling mail for residents with common names, ensuring that individuals receive their correct correspondence, even with multiple families sharing the same last name within the park. Furthermore, the reviewer credits the current management as the only ones who have collaborated with the owners to implement improvements within the park, suggesting a proactive approach to enhancing the living environment for all residents.
In stark contrast, another review describes the "overall experience" as "poor," citing a manager who was "very rude for no given reason" and came off as "very aggressive from the jump." This reviewer acknowledges errors in their application process but felt that the manager's demeanor was unwarranted, leading them to withdraw their pursuit of a mobile home in the community. The only positive aspect mentioned in this review was the front office lady, who was described as "very sweet and helpful."
These contrasting reviews highlight a potential point of contention regarding the management style at Rancho Santa Teresa Mobile Estates. While one long-term resident appreciates the emphasis on cleanliness, rule adherence, and community improvement, another prospective resident found the manager's approach to be off-putting and aggressive. This suggests that the management may have a firm and direct style that is perceived differently by individuals based on their expectations and interactions.
For those considering Rancho Santa Teresa Mobile Estates as a potential long-term living option within the "RV parks near me" category, it is important to weigh these perspectives. If the park does accommodate RVs for extended stays, the emphasis on maintaining a clean and orderly community, as praised by the long-term resident, could be appealing. However, the report of aggressive behavior from the manager by a prospective resident is a serious concern that should not be overlooked.
Given the limited information about the park's environment, services, and features, it is necessary to infer some aspects based on the reviews. The positive reviewer mentions a transformation towards a "clean and beautiful community," suggesting that the park management prioritizes the aesthetic and upkeep of the grounds. The fact that notices are given to residents regarding yard cleanliness indicates an expectation of a certain level of maintenance for individual spaces as well.
Services typically offered in mobile home parks that may also extend to long-term RV residents include utility hookups (electricity, water, sewer), waste disposal, and possibly common area maintenance. The reviews do not provide specific details about these services at Rancho Santa Teresa Mobile Estates. Similarly, features such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, pet policies, or community events are not mentioned in the provided feedback.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Rancho Santa Teresa Mobile Estates, prospective residents, including those with RVs, should contact the management directly to inquire about:
- Availability of spaces for mobile homes and RVs, including the size and type of hookups for RVs.
- Specific amenities and services offered, such as laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, recreational areas, and Wi-Fi.
- The park's policies regarding pets, parking, and guests.
- The cost of lot rent or RV space rental, including any utilities that are included or extra.
- The community rules and regulations, particularly those related to maintaining the cleanliness of individual spaces.
- The management's communication style and processes for addressing resident concerns.
The contrasting experiences reported in the reviews underscore the importance of direct communication with the management and potentially visiting the park to form a personal impression of the community and its atmosphere. While the park may strive for a clean and well-maintained environment, the management's approach appears to be a significant factor in residents' overall satisfaction.
In conclusion, Rancho Santa Teresa Mobile Estates in San Jose is a community that, according to one long-term resident, has undergone positive changes under the current management, focusing on cleanliness and adherence to community standards. However, a prospective resident reported a negative interaction with the manager, citing rudeness and aggressiveness. For local users seeking long-term residency in a mobile home or potentially as part of the "RV parks near me" category, Rancho Santa Teresa Mobile Estates presents a situation where the emphasis on order and cleanliness may be appealing, but the management style warrants careful consideration and direct inquiry. It is recommended that interested individuals contact the park directly to gather more information and assess whether the community and its management style align with their expectations.

Rancho Santa Teresa Mobile Est Reviews
I have a common name. There are about 6 Miller families in the park. We return mail to the office and the management always makes sure we get what belongs to us. I have been in the office when people have thought the management was supposedly aggressive. What I have witnessed when people are angry is when applicants don't want to give their real identity or the management is refusing to accept expired identification. I also saw where someone who had a child with the same name and the manager caught on to the identity on the social security card. The applicants were outraged and called her racist. At the same time someone came in and was angry at her for giving them a notice to clean their yard of all the garbage. The managers goal is to have a clean and beautiful community where you would be proud to call it your home. False tales are when you think you are purchasing the land. You are RENTING the land. Follow the rules and respect your neighbor's. The community looked like a DUMP before these managers came. That is why some preferred prior managers. They didn't make you keep your place clean. You could hide everything behind your trailer. These are the best managers this place has ever had. They are also the only ones who have worked with the owners to make improvements to the park. I am proud to call it my home. I am not a white person. I have never in ten years been treated rudely.
Oct 26, 2024 · Gary MillerThe overall experience was poor, and the manager was very rude for no given reason. Came off very aggressive from the jump. Although we had some errors in our application, there was no need for the aggressiveness she brought. We decided to pull out of pursuing a mobile home due to these reasons. The only good thing I would say was that the front office lady was very sweet and helpful.
Jun 15, 2024 · Kevin MontoyaIf the manager’s are doing their job and writing violations for messy homesites, they will eventually get fired! Happens all the time.
Dec 05, 2024 · MickeyManagement is EXTREMELY unprofessional, extremely rude, and cannot cary a rational conversation. My recommendation would be for the morbidly obese whale of a manager to learn to have some respect and decency to both current and potential tenants.
Jul 03, 2024 · Liliana BarraganThe distinctive contemporary mission style will make you fall in love with this beautifully landscaped community boasting two clubhouses and a refreshing swimming pool. 🏊 The family isn’t restricted to the kids, as this park is pet friendly! 🐾 Additional community amenities include two billiards rooms, two car wash stations, two horseshoe pits, a basketball court, a tether ball court, RV storage, and a private chapel! 🛍️ The wonderful Rancho Santa Teresa is not a community to overlook.
