The visual appeal, with "impeccably maintained" sites, "roses and green grass everywhere," and "spectacular" red rock and Oak Creek views, would be a strong visual draw. Promotional materials would highlight the park's suitability for those who prioritize a beautiful, peaceful environment and convenient access to Sedona's world-class attractions over traditional resort amenities. The testimonials from guests planning "on returning but staying longer" speak to a high level of satisfaction and repeat visitation potential, which is powerful promotional content. Apr 24, 2025 · Danny CastilloMy wife and I spent three nights here while on an extended trip around the states. We made our reservation based on what we found available online and were blown away when we arrived. Very site was impeccably maintained with roses and green grass everywhere. The views of the red rocks and Oak creek which flows next to the Park were nothing less than spectacular. Site hookups were in great condition and the cable provided had over 90 DIGITAL channels. Don’t expect any amenities like a pool, gym, or clubhouse, but the common gathering spaces are beautiful gardens with plenty of shade and views.
May 04, 2025 · Keith CooperWhat a nice Camp site. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Book in advance as the site gets full quickly. Spots are nicely arranged and have a bench to each plot.Shower and toilets are brand new. Saying that, only two showers and toilets for the whole of the campsite. Can get crowded in the morning.
Feb 28, 2025 · Alex ThielStayed May 2025. They should warn every person before reserving at night there is major construction performed directly across the creek! First night sounded like gun fire broke out, scared us!! We kept listening and it was a jack hammer! 10pm it started and did not stop until 3:01am!!Second night, huge explosions! First around 10pm, sounded like a garbage truck backing up with the beeping but it didn’t stop! The crashing sounds followed by 2 separate explosions, assuming dynamite. After googling for an hour read the city is building an underground parking lot, that would make sense, waiting until the restaurants & many tourist businesses all close then they start construction.I kept thinking of my nephew who suffers from PTSD and how this could have really been an issue vs the 4 of us getting zero sleep for our 2 night stay. We continued our travels and stayed in Page AZ, slept like babies in the very full Walmart parking lot!The campground acted like they knew nothing of the noises we were hearing and there is no way they don’t know about a construction project that big right in their backyard! Our last visit was 2 years ago, with no issues but seeing they didn’t have the courtesy to warn us that there would be loud noises all night we have checked this campground off our list. Also paying $168/ night because your rate doesn’t include all the fees & taxes and it only covers 2 people, not a family of 4! $30 extra per person!
May 04, 2025 · The SkoopMy stay at Rancho Sedona RV Park was an incredible experience. This RV park is a true oasis in the heart of Sedona, with breathtaking views of the red rocks and desert. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with modern and comfortable bathrooms and showers. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us in finding the perfect spot for our RV.We enjoyed a scenic walk along Oak Creek, which runs adjacent to the park, and explored the trails and panoramic views of the area.Overall, Rancho Sedona RV Park is an ideal destination for those seeking a high-quality RV camping experience amidst stunning natural beauty.Recommendation: Don't miss the opportunity to witness a breathtaking sunset over Sedona's red rocks."
