May 24, 2019 · Donna OThis community might be a great place to live if you have money to burn. All you need to do is see how many homes are for sale to know that something is seriously wrong. The lot fees range from $800 - $1,000! And that doesn't include water/sewer and garbage pick-up. I feel sorry for the people who are trapped in their homes because they can't sell them due to the outrageous lot fees. If you decide to live here, you better not plan on leaving because you will never be able to find a buyer.
Nov 04, 2017 · Clowd WalkerI notice some people posting here have "visited", they have not lived here. Here's the truth: The setting is wonderful and there are lots of mature trees. But it is only possible for people with lots of income to live here. The space rent is outrageous and in Arizona there appears to be no limit to how much it can escalate. As others mentioned it is very difficult to sell here because of the space rent. I would strongly warn people this is Not affordable housing for seniors on a limited income. Far too many good people have been pushed out for this reason. Shame shame on the owner.
