Rexmere Village Sales Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area, Rexmere Village Sales, located at 11296 Rexmere Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33325, USA, is a mobile home park that may present itself as a residential option. However, it is critical for those considering this location for RV living to thoroughly examine the extensive and overwhelmingly negative feedback from current and former residents to understand the potential environment, services, and features.
The online reviews for Rexmere Village Sales paint a concerning picture, with multiple residents describing deeply unsatisfactory living experiences spanning several years. One long-term resident of over ten years unequivocally advises to "live anywhere but here," labeling it "the most horrible place I have ever lived." This strong condemnation is a significant indicator of potentially severe issues within the community.
A particularly disturbing allegation from this long-term resident involves the park owners reportedly hiring a trapper known for "inhumanly killing ducks and cats," with the reviewer claiming to have witnessed this. Such accusations, if true, would indicate a severe lack of compassion for animals within the community and could be a major concern for animal lovers seeking "RV parks near me."
Several reviews highlight significant problems with the park's management. One former resident's review from a year ago, which a current resident states still rings true today, mentions that the "so called amenities are always closed down because they don't pay their employees enough," leading to staffing shortages. This suggests potential limitations in the availability and maintenance of any advertised amenities that might be relevant to RV guests, such as clubhouses, pools, or recreational facilities.
The same former resident also points out "penny pinching" practices, such as fees for a third car or even for a cat that allegedly never goes outside. This indicates potentially restrictive and costly policies that could affect RV owners with additional vehicles or pets.
Another review from seven years ago raises serious concerns about the value proposition of living in Rexmere Village. The reviewer suggests that the monthly costs, reportedly over $1,600 for living in a trailer, are comparable to renting a "real" house. They also allege significant overpricing of the mobile homes for sale within the park, claiming they are marked up substantially from the manufacturer's price. This raises questions about the overall cost-effectiveness of residing in Rexmere Village, whether in a mobile home or potentially an RV.
Furthermore, the seven-year-old review details a lack of maintenance and responsiveness from the park management, citing issues such as broken windows in the clubhouse that remained unrepaired for years, neglected playground equipment, and a failure to report street light outages. These allegations suggest a pattern of neglect in maintaining the community's infrastructure and amenities, which could negatively impact the living experience for RV residents as well.
The same review also mentions receiving "violations for things that don't even make sense," such as being told to paint vinyl siding. This points to potentially unreasonable and arbitrary enforcement of community rules, which could lead to unnecessary stress and conflict for residents, including those in RVs.
A more recent review from someone who has lived in Rexmere Village since 2020 describes the experience as "nothing but a nightmare." This resident echoes the sentiment that the "office staff has absolutely no care in the world about the people that live within the community because they don’t live in the community." This lack of empathy and responsiveness from management is a recurring theme in the negative feedback.
This resident also details frustrating experiences with the office regarding requests for help, despite consistently paying rent on time and addressing any cited violations. They express feeling unfairly treated and recount numerous negative interactions with the office over issues such as overcharging, unwarranted parking tickets, and erroneous bounced check fees. These accounts highlight a potentially hostile and unhelpful management environment that could make resolving any issues as an RV resident extremely difficult.
The resident's frustration is further compounded by the park's operational inefficiencies, such as requiring rent payments by check only, limited office hours (including being closed on Wednesdays), and a perceived lack of human decency among the office staff. These factors contribute to an overall negative living experience.
The resident also mentions observing inconsistencies in property maintenance, with some homes being unnecessarily rebuilt while others in disrepair are neglected. This suggests a lack of transparency and fairness in how the park manages its properties.
Finally, this resident expresses feeling discriminated against and deeply regrets purchasing a home in the community, emphasizing the importance of due diligence before moving into Rexmere Village. Their concluding statement calls the company and its employees "disgusting and inhuman," underscoring the severity of their negative experience.
Given this overwhelming and consistent negative feedback across multiple reviews spanning several years, prospective RV owners searching for "RV parks near me" in Fort Lauderdale should approach Rexmere Village Sales with extreme caution. The reported issues concerning management, animal welfare, amenity maintenance, community rules, and overall living experience raise serious concerns about the suitability of this location for RV living.
It is highly recommended that anyone considering Rexmere Village Sales for their RV needs look at alternative "RV parks near me" in the Fort Lauderdale area that have more positive and reliable reviews regarding their management, amenities, safety, and overall living environment. The numerous red flags raised in the existing feedback strongly suggest that Rexmere Village Sales may not provide a satisfactory or comfortable living experience for RV residents.
Without any positive reviews or specific information about RV amenities or services offered at Rexmere Village Sales, it is impossible to provide details about the environment, features, or any potential promotional information relevant to RV owners. The available information focuses almost entirely on negative experiences related to mobile home ownership and park management, which could likely extend to RV residents as well.
In conclusion, while Rexmere Village Sales is located in Fort Lauderdale and might appear in searches for "RV parks near me," the extensive and severely negative feedback from residents strongly advises against considering this location for RV living without conducting an extremely thorough and independent investigation. The reported issues with management, maintenance, community rules, and overall living experience present significant risks for potential RV residents. Exploring other "RV parks near me" with more positive reputations is highly recommended.

Feb 17, 2024 · Bonnie UAs Alon Klars wrote a review here year ago, still rings true today: “ Rexmere so called amenities are always closed down because they don't pay their employees enough. Nobody wants to work for them. Also they are penny pinching everywhere like 3rd car or pet fee for a cat that never steps foot outside. Thank God I left a few years back. Warning don't move here. You will regret it dearly.”Or Ann H wrote 7 years ago!!!!:“You can by a "real" house for the prices they are charging. Do you want to pay over $1,600 a month to live in a trailer? They are overcharging for all of the tailors. $100K for a tailor that costs $30k from the manufacturer in Florida. The park fails to repair things like windows in the clubhouse (broken for years now), playground equipment and report street lights that are out to FPL. They send you violations for things that don't even make sense; like "need to paint". Paint what? Who paints vinyl siding? Save yourself some aggravation and try to find a place somewhere else.”Alon & Helen , thank you - nothing you said has been incorrect and this was this last year Vs 7 years ago - NOTHING has changed.I have lived here since 2020. It has absolutely been nothing but a nightmare. The office staff has absolutely no care in the world about the people that live within the community because they don’t live in the community. Any time I’m asking for any type of help at all cause I’ve never been late on rent, I have always fixed every little thing that they left a note on my house for, and they sold my house in a condition in which I should not have been sold. We have to pay over $1000 every single month for rent & I’d love to know for what. This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever dealt with in because the actual community doesn’t care about its people. In numerous occasions, dealt with the office going back and forth because I am sick and tired of feeling like the only young person living in this community that has been treated like this. In coming to this page, I’m seeing more similar reviews & I see that I should never have bought my home in this neighborhood. I should have done my due diligence. They do absolutely nothing to help you out, they don’t care if you have any issues, they work less hours than most peoples typical daily hours. We pay by check, it’s archaic. They’re not open on Wednesdays. There’s four people working in the office and not a single one of them actually has a single shred human decency. I’ve had to go back-and-forth with the office at least 2000 times in a three years that I’ve lived in this community about issues that I’ve had with them either overcharging me and not letting me know, giving me tickets for people who are parking on my apparent lot that I don’t even know when I’m not home or at work, also charging it to my house without even letting me know and saying that my check bounced one month and it didn’t and then adding a $250 service fee for the check bounce fee. I would absolutely never tell anyone to move into this community. They’ve commented under this for me to add my own surveillance so I can tell them who to ticket- I’m not doing that? It’s not my job and I honestly don’t care where they park? The houses are over priced at this point I could sell my house for double what I bought it three years ago. So at this point, the way I’ve been treated in this community, I feel discriminated against. To all my fellow Rexmere village homeowners, I appreciate you sharing.I have watched them rebuild several homes that did not need to be rebuilt to the eye, yet keep homes that should’ve been replaced. I’m beyond fed up and I’m too busy for this, truly.I really just want to live in my house without feeling like I’m gonna get kicked out every other month. OH and I bought this home cash, I own it OUTRIGHT. Do better, even though you WONT.Disgusted. I’m a first time homeowner and I’m beyond floored at how disgusting and inhuman this company and the people that work for it are.
Aug 15, 2023 · Skylar StegnerI had a very disappointing experience at Rexmere Village. The president's management style is incredibly outdated, and it seems like she sees herself as all-powerful. What's particularly frustrating is the lack of fairness – she only fines residents on the main road, which is clearly biased. We desperately need a new president, and it's astonishing that we can't make online payments in this day and age.The high fees we're paying are not justified, and accessing the pool has taken several months. It's evident that this is a result of poor management, which ultimately falls on the president's shoulders.Furthermore, it's concerning that every complaint is attributed to the owners, but it's the president who resides at Rexmere Village and seems to lack basic interpersonal skills. It's crucial that she steps down or is removed from her position for the sake of the community's well-being.
Nov 06, 2023 · Mile HgtGood luck selling your property in Rexmere. Management makes selling by owner nearly impossible. They delay applications and then make up rules that work in their favor. Our buyers secured a 25 year loan, Rexmere declined them and said it can be no more than 20 years. Nowhere in the Prospects does it say anything about the length of loan. This was just one of the many random requirements that buyers and sellers need to battle with management.

Only money money, no humanity.**They try charging you ticket every single penny from the pain to the car parking,….**If you not live nearby office u don’t have space for guests coming, they ticket for parking on street , the car have to park on top of the roofing, even holiday, night time,….** lady name Netasha restricted, horrible, bossy , bad attitude, get out of community office, you not belong there, not a humanity
