Rexmere Village Introduce
Rexmere Village, situated at 11296 Rexmere Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33325, USA, presents itself as a beautiful and amenity-rich community for those seeking 'RV parks near me' in the Fort Lauderdale area or considering long-term residency. The park can be contacted at (954) 378-8825 or +1 954-378-8825. Based on the available customer reviews, Rexmere Village offers a desirable environment with notable features, although it's important to be aware of a specific community policy.
One reviewer describes Rexmere Village as a "Beautiful neighborhood" and highlights its positive attributes, including being a "Great non-gated community" with "Good amenities" and the significant advantage of "No HOA." The aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood suggests a well-maintained and visually pleasing environment, which is often a key factor for both short-term RV visitors and long-term residents. The fact that it is non-gated could appeal to those who prefer a more open and less restrictive community setting. The mention of "Good amenities" implies that the park offers facilities that enhance the living experience, although the specific nature of these amenities is not detailed in this review.
The absence of a Homeowners Association (HOA) is a significant feature that can be attractive to many. Communities with no HOA often have fewer regulations and restrictions, potentially offering more freedom to residents regarding property use and modifications. This could be a considerable benefit for both mobile homeowners and potentially long-term RV residents who prefer less oversight.
However, another reviewer expresses an otherwise positive sentiment, indicated by a near-perfect rating of 5 stars, but notes a significant policy that might be a drawback for some: "they don't admit alcohol on the premises." The reviewer's comment, "Come on, we're adults smh," suggests that this policy is perceived as overly restrictive by at least one potential resident or visitor. This is a crucial piece of information for those who may wish to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly within their RV or home site. It is essential for prospective residents and visitors to be aware of and comfortable with this community rule.
Considering the platform category 'RV parks near me,' Rexmere Village's description as a "Beautiful neighborhood" with "Good amenities" and no HOA could be appealing to RV travelers, particularly those seeking a longer-term stay in the Fort Lauderdale area. The aesthetic appeal and the potential for fewer restrictions (due to the absence of an HOA) could enhance the overall experience. However, the strict policy regarding alcohol on the premises is a significant factor that RV travelers should consider, as it might differ from the policies of other RV parks they have encountered.
To determine the suitability of Rexmere Village for RV stays, prospective visitors would need more information about the specific amenities and services offered to RVs, such as:
- Types and availability of RV hookups (electrical, water, sewer).
- Designated RV parking spaces or lot sizes that can accommodate different types of RVs.
- Access to comfort facilities like restrooms, showers, and laundry rooms.
- Waste disposal stations for RVs.
- Any recreational amenities that might be of interest to RV travelers.
While the "Good amenities" mentioned in one review likely benefit all residents, including any long-term RVers, it is important to confirm if the park is equipped to adequately accommodate recreational vehicles.
For individuals considering Rexmere Village for long-term residency in a mobile home, the community's beauty, non-gated nature, good amenities, and lack of HOA fees are significant advantages. These features could contribute to a more relaxed and potentially cost-effective living experience. However, the policy prohibiting alcohol on the premises is a crucial factor that potential long-term residents must consider and be comfortable with.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Rexmere Village, both those interested in RV stays and potential long-term residents should:
- Contact the management at (954) 378-8825 or +1 954-378-8825 to inquire about the availability and terms for RV stays (if offered) and long-term manufactured home residency.
- Specifically ask about the "Good amenities" mentioned in the review, detailing what facilities and services are available to residents and guests.
- For RV stays, inquire about hookup types, site sizes, comfort facilities, and any RV-specific policies.
- For long-term residency, inquire about the process of purchasing or leasing a manufactured home, lot fees, community rules and regulations (beyond the alcohol policy), and the benefits of the non-HOA structure.
- Clarify the community's policy regarding alcohol in detail to understand the specific restrictions.
Rexmere Village is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a major city in Broward County known for its beaches, boating canals, and vibrant cultural scene. The specific location on Rexmere Blvd suggests a more suburban setting within Fort Lauderdale. The community's non-gated nature might offer easier access to the surrounding area. Potential residents and visitors may want to research the proximity of Rexmere Village to local amenities, services, and attractions in Fort Lauderdale to assess its convenience.
In conclusion, Rexmere Village presents itself as a beautiful, non-gated community in Fort Lauderdale with good amenities and no HOA fees, which could be highly attractive to both RV travelers and long-term residents. However, a significant policy prohibiting alcohol on the premises is a crucial factor that must be considered. Prospective residents and visitors are encouraged to contact the management directly to obtain detailed information about RV accommodations, long-term residency options, the specific amenities offered, and a clear understanding of the community's alcohol policy to determine if Rexmere Village aligns with their preferences and lifestyle.

Oct 27, 2024 · Jon SmithExpensive lots rent, you don't get anything back, no security, no cable, no landscaping, too many rules. just get written complaints for nothing, not enough parking, you can't park on the swell, not even one tire, or you get a ticket and a fine, you have to pay for the year land taxes , stupid landscaping rules, the office always are evicting people for different and unreasonable excuses. Terrible 😞 place to live.
May 14, 2023 · JORGE RAMIREZStopped in to check one of the few All Age Communities in Southern Florida. I spoke with a salesman, who took me to two houses within my budget. The first, no one was home, they didn't have keys to it either. The neighbors next door had a literal jungle next door, VERY overgrown and yellowing bushes. A dead tree right next to the mobile home. The 2nd home he had keys for, needed at LEAST 3 power washings on the outside. The stove was worn, the dishwasher was original, and there was literally a small tree growing out between the horizontal seams on the vinyl siding outside. Don't get me started on the gutters. AGAIN small trees growing out of the gutters....The salesman kept boasting the house was WELL maintained. They wanted 87K for a 1981 mobile home. Then told me that the lot rents start at 776.00 a month and go up 3 - 5% per year as MANDATED by the state of Florida. (I found out at another All Age Park that statement is TOTALLY WRONG and illegal to state to a potential buyer)Overall the grounds are meticulous, it really is a BEAUTIFUL park. But I can't recommend a community that uses false statements and tries to dress up a 30+ year mobile home then slap a 87K sticker on it.I advise ANYONE who thinks of purchasing there to get a personal home inspection and appraisal.
